As Devon stepped out of Elena’s hospital room, the door clicking shut behind him, his body thrumd with the electric afterglow of their raw escapade.

The scent of her arousal clung to his skin, his cock still pulsing faintly beneath his scrubs, but his mind was razor-sharp. A familiar chi echoed in his consciousness, and a translucent screen materialized in his vision.

Devon’s lips curled into a sly, triumphant grin, his eyes glinting with satisfaction. The Advanced Surgical Precision Module coursed through him, a subtle heat sharpening his already razor-sharp reflexes, his hands tingling with an even finer edge of control.

He had always been extrely good in the operating room, his hands steady, his incisions precise, guided by the system that had elevated him to the top of his field. This reward didn’t fix a struggling surgeon, it polished a diamond, making his movents even more fluid, his precision surgical artistry now bordering on supernatural. Complex procedures, from microsurgery to trauma cases, would beco effortless.

The grin widened as he flexed his fingers, already envisioning how this upgrade would make him even better in the OR.

He adjusted his scrubs, his expression sliding back to cool professionalism, and As he approached the nurse’s station, the fluorescent lights cast elongated shadows across the counter, where Nurse Carter was imrsed in her tablet, her auburn hair framing her focused expression. Her fingers moved with rhythmic efficiency, logging patient data, but she sensed an approach before she looked up, a shift in the air, perhaps, or the magnetic pull of his presence.

When her eyes t his, a spark of admiration flickered there, mingling with sothing warr, more intrigued. Devon’s stride was unhurried yet commanding, each step exuding an aura of unassailable confidence that drew eyes without effort.

"Dr Devon," she greeted.

Devon leaned casually against the counter, his posture relaxed yet dominant, his gaze holding hers with an intensity that made her pulse quicken imperceptibly.

"Prepare 800 milligrams of ibuprofen for her in Room 312. The pelvic pain has subsided, but ensure she’s comfortable. Deliver it within the hour."

Emily nodded, her fingers resuming their movent across the tablet screen, though her glance lingered on him a mont longer, tracing the faint flush on his chiseled jawline and the glint of satisfaction in his eyes. "Okay , Dr Devon," she said, "Is there anything else you need?"

"Not at the mont," Devon answered.

Before she could respond, heavy footsteps thundered down the hall, and Devon turned to see Robert Kellan charging toward him, his face a storm of rage, his fists clenched. Beside him was a middle-aged man in a well tailored suit, his hospital ID badge identifying him as Dr Gregory, Vice chief of Staff, his stern and cold expression barely masking his authority.

When he was sent out of the room earlier, he had hurried to Gregory’s office quickly to call upon him.

Robert had fled the room earlier in a blur of confusion, his mind reeling from the sounds that he heard inside the room, it twisted his gut with suspicion.

He’d rushed to Gregory’s office, demanding intervention, his words tumbling out in a frantic plea for clarity. Now, as he halted a few feet from Devon, his gaze locked on the surgeon with a intensity born of doubt and fury. "This is the doctor," he muttered to Gregory, his voice rough, edged with accusation.

Then, turning fully to Devon, he struggled to form the words, his jaw working as if chewing on the bitter taste of betrayal. "What... what was going on in there? It didn’t sound right at all. Elena... she was making these noises, moaning, even calling out your na... it was like, well, like it wasn’t just an exam or sothing."

The words spilled out haltingly, laced with hesitation, as if he couldn’t bring himself to voice the full horror of his suspicions. "Exams don’t make those kinds of sounds," he added, his tone wavering, eyes searching Devon’s face for denial or confirmation.

Deep within, his thoughts churned in a maelstrom of uncertainty, Could it really be that? No one’s bold enough for sothing like that in a hospital... right? It has to be a mistake, so kind of misunderstanding... but those cries, they didn’t sound dical.

The doubt gnawed at him, fueling a volatile blend of rage and disbelief, leaving him teetering on the edge of confrontation without fully committing to the leap.

Devon’s eyes narrowed slightly, his faint smile holding steady, a shield of composure against the brewing storm. He regarded Robert with a asured calm, his voice erging smooth and authoritative, threaded with a front of understanding.

"Mr Kellan, concerns like this are understandable in tense situations," he said, his words carefully chosen to deflect. "The procedure was a routine pelvic examination. The region is exceptionally sensitive, particularly with her level of pain. Reactions can be quite pronounced, intense vocalizations are not uncommon under such circumstances. Rest assured, it remained entirely within professional bounds."

The assurance was delivered flawlessly even as his mind wandered back to the raw intimacy, Elena’s body quivering under his hands, her wetness slick against him, her pleas echoing in a way that no standard exam could evoke.

Dr Gregory stepped forward, his tone sharp and accusatory, his eyes boring into Devon. "Devon, I’ve heard enough from Mr Kellan to question your thods. Screaming? That doesn’t sound like any exam I’ve overseen. Explain yourself, or I’ll have you before a review board by tomorrow."

Devon’s eyes narrowed, his grin sharpening into sothing dangerous as he faced Gregory, who raised a hand to speak. Before Gregory could get another word out, Devon cut him off, his voice low and venomous. "And who the fuck are you to question ?" he snapped, his tone slicing through the air like a scalpel.
