Capítulo 1764: Story 1764: The Rewoven Root

Light exploded across the Prism Path—

a cascade of gold, violet, and amber twisting into one blinding surge.

Erian stood at the center of it, the Dreamfire’s mory raised high, its prismatic blaze wrapping around the Root-Hollow like a cocoon of searing potential. The creature thrashed, shadows splitting and reforming, struggling against the colors binding it.

But this ti, the Weave did not resist.

It allowed itself to be rewritten.

Allowed the Root to be touched.

Marra shielded her eyes as the brilliance intensified. “Erian! You’ll burn yourself out!”

Tovin clutched the amber thread with trembling fingers. “The Root isn’t just a monster—it’s the base code of the Weave! If we change it wrong—”

Erian shouted over the roaring light,

“Then we change it right!”

The Dreamfire’s mory pulsed again—

but this ti, not with destruction.

With intention.

With creation.

The threads binding the Root tightened, not to shatter it but to reshape it. Tendrils of darkness lted into luminous strands, dissolving like ink in sunlit water. The Root’s shifting form grew still, as though waiting to know what it would beco.

The Weave whispered:

“Define the fracture… and the fracture becos its definition.”

Marra stepped closer, violet thread vibrating in her hand.

“So what’s the new definition?”

Erian’s eyes remained fixed on the Root, glowing with the fire that lived between dreams.

“Not fear. Not certainty. Not collapse.”

He lowered the blade slowly, letting the Dreamfire spiral around the Root like an embrace instead of a cage.

“We redefine the Root as origin without hunger.

Potential without devouring.”

Tovin stared. “You’re… teaching it not to be Hollow.”

The Root quivered—then released a sound unlike anything they had heard.

Not a shriek.

Not a growl.

A sigh.

Light swirled upward from its form, forming spirals that matched the colors of the three threads. The darkness within it dimd, fading into soft gray rather than abyss-black. Where void once clung, threads began to appear—faint, fragile, but real.

The Root spoke again, but this ti its voice was clear, echoing like a single tone struck upon crystal:

“I… am becoming.”

The Prism Path trembled.

The echoes of souls watching from the horizon leaned forward, witnessing the rebirth of the oldest fracture. The infinite threads around them shimred, patterns shifting as the Weave adjusted to this new foundation.

Marra’s blades dimd. “Is it… stable?”

“For now,” Erian replied, breathing hard. “But we need to guide it.”

The Root—no longer Hollow—looked at them with soft, silver eyes, like a newborn spirit still learning what sight ant.

Tovin cautiously lifted his hand.

“Hi. Please don’t… unravel us.”

The Root tilted its head, mimicking curiosity.

Marra smirked. “I think it likes you.”

A ripple of energy surged across the Path—gentle, warm.

The Weave’s voice returned, softer now:

“The first fracture has been rewritten.

But all beginnings demand a next step.”

Before them, the Prism Path reshaped, threads bending into a new road that glowed with newborn light.

At its end stood a silhouette—familiar, waiting.

Erian tightened his grip on the Dreamfire.

Tovin exhaled shakily.

“Guys… I think soone wants to talk.”

Marra stepped forward.

“Then let’s hear what the new Weave has to say.”

Together—

with the newborn Root at their side—

they followed the Path into the next creation.
