"It's alright. Bronya still has a lucky charm."

Along with Bronya's call, the Herrscher Core of Death automatically released Honkai energy and rged into the body of the newly born Herrscher of Reason, becoming her new power.

"Such gentle power... as expected of him..."

Duck's lips curved slightly upward.

Her exhaustion was swept away in an instant. Honkai energy surged within her to an unprecedented degree. Bronya closed her eyes and enjoyed the healing of [Creation], feeling as though she were being embraced by a certain white-haired boy.

The three hundred thousand minds were equally stunned.

"She actually has another Herrscher Core?"

"What incredibly gentle authority."

"She just said it's her lucky charm."

"That Core has already undergone ascension."

"It must have been given to her by soone who loves her very much."

The three hundred thousand minds stared in astonishnt at Bronya's transformation. What had been consud earlier was replenished in an instant. With the stance of a dual-Core Herrscher, the girl reached a new realm.

Moreover, this Gem of Serenity had been one of the first few cores Elias had obtained. It had already been developed within the white-haired boy's body for a long ti.

It had long since ascended from the original Herrscher of Death into the Herrscher of Rebirth. Its might was far beyond that of an ordinary Herrscher.

If Bronya could not reach the realm of Truth, then even if she developed the authority of the Herrscher of Reason to one hundred percent, she would still be unable to rival the ascended Herrscher of Rebirth.

Now possessing the complete authority of the Herrscher of Reason, Bronya clearly sensed this and could not help but shake her head with a wry smile.

(Elias handed such an important power to Bronya so easily, and his only purpose was to treat the side effects of using the Herrscher of Reason's authority. That really is just like him...)

Perhaps in Elias' eyes, whether the power of the Herrscher of Rebirth was strong or not simply did not matter. What mattered was that this authority could offset the side effects of the Herrscher of Reason, allowing Bronya to suffer a little less when using her power.

"Bronya must not disappoint his intentions!"

Having beco an enhanced Herrscher of Reason—or perhaps it should be called the Herrscher of Life and Reason, or the Herrscher of Death and Reason (either na sounded strange)—Bronya continued to pursue the path toward Truth.

Guided by her authority, she reached the end of the Herrscher of Reason and then advanced toward an even greater height.

The three hundred thousand minds silently cheered her on. With each step forward, Bronya raised the authority of the Herrscher of Reason by another fraction, and she herself grew stronger by another degree.

This made the minds sigh in admiration. This third successor was far more outstanding than they had imagined.

She could bear all of them. She could carry their will. She could surpass their ideals.

"Much better than the previous one."

"Agreed. That one was too serious."

"And girls are cuter anyway."

"Cute girl √, middle-aged uncle ×"

"As expected, young people are better."

The minds whispered among themselves. If Welt heard this, he would probably faint from despair in a bathroom sowhere.

But it was, in fact, the truth.

Although Welt's spirit and will were beyond reproach—an unquestionable pure hero—unfortunately, his own configuration had been far too poor.

As a male, Welt's resistance to Honkai energy had never been high to begin with. In fact, the re fact that he had any resistance at all was already rare. In terms of aptitude, he had never been a qualified Herrscher vessel.

At the ti, when Welt Joyce was on the brink of death, there had simply been no one else to whom he could entrust the Core. So he could only pass both his Core and his na to Welt, who lacked the proper configuration but possessed unwavering will.

What Bronya was doing now—Welt could have done as well. After all, the man who in his original fate had staggered forward with the world on his shoulders—how could he possibly fail to carry all three hundred thousand and continue onward?

But as always.

Welt's body was simply too frail.

Even if he no longer suffered the repeated foundational damage from constantly being on the brink of death, his rely average Honkai resistance ant his body could never keep up with his steadfast will.

The reason the three hundred thousand minds had not handed over all authority to Welt was not because he was unqualified, but because his body could not withstand the complete authority of the Herrscher of Reason.

But now that problem no longer needed to be considered.

Because, like a certain elderly gentleman next door, he could finally retire.

However, at that very mont.

"Guh—!!"

Carrying the power of two Herrscher Cores, Bronya once again reached her limit.

Unwilling, the girl looked ahead.

To the shock of all the minds... she had failed.

The authority of the Herrscher of Reason had indeed evolved significantly, yet Truth still remained impossibly distant.

The vast Honkai energy provided by being a dual-Core Herrscher had already been completely exhausted by Bronya.

And Bronya had a premonition that even with more Honkai energy, the current her still could not touch Truth.

Because...

"Bronya's experience is still too insufficient."

Duck helplessly stated her own weakness.

"Although Bronya now possesses the complete authority of the Herrscher of Reason, she has not fully digested it. She rely possesses the power, but has no proficiency whatsoever."

Upon careful thought, until now Bronya had never personally constructed any creation. She had absolutely no real combat experience as the Herrscher of Reason.

A Herrscher who could not even skillfully use her own authority.

How could she possibly reach a higher realm?

This was a shortcoming Bronya could not make up for at present. She already possessed sufficient will. Perhaps in the future, once she fully mastered her authority, she could easily achieve Truth.

But the current Bronya Zaychik could not.

"..."

With that thought, Bronya stopped walking and sat down directly on the ground in a duck-like posture. Even if she forced herself forward now, she could only slightly raise the output ceiling of the Herrscher of Reason.

No matter what, she could not beco the Herrscher of Truth.

Bronya knew this was unavoidable. It was not sothing that could be resolved through willpower or sheer idealism, but...

"Elias, I'm sorry. This ti Bronya has disappointed you. I originally... wanted to give you a surprise, and then have you praise Bronya properly."

Duck clenched her fists. Just as she helplessly prepared to stop here—

"I'm already surprised. As expected of my Duck. I didn't think you had already co this far."

"E-Elias?!"

A warm embrace enveloped Bronya.

A pure white figure suddenly appeared within the Gem of Truth, standing beside the girl.

Bronya looked at Elias in astonishnt, unable to stop herself from thinking how this person always appeared at the exact mont she needed him most.

"H-How did this person get in here?"

"I can feel a terrifying power from him!"

"He also possesses the authority of the Herrscher of Reason?"

"No, far more than that!"

"Eh? The Core is resonating with him?"

The appearance of Elias shocked the three hundred thousand minds as well. The Herrscher Core of Reason resonated with him, as if yearning to rge into his body.

Perhaps that was only natural.

After all, the white-haired boy who had once constructed an entire world was the strongest Herrscher of Reason in history.

But Elias refused the Gem of Truth.

For soone at his current realm, a Herrscher Core would rely raise his upper limit of Honkai energy slightly.

Even if he installed it into himself, it would be a waste. It was far better used as an enhancent tool for his girls.

Bronya's performance had already far exceeded his expectations. She had already obtained her motorcycle license, but Elias had not expected her to imdiately attempt a ch pilot certification!

However...

(Duck, you didn't even morize the material. Of course you can't pass. Let help you out!)

In the real world, their bodies were pressed together. Elias directly shared his vast, ocean-like Honkai energy with Bronya, instantly replenishing the deficit she had just exhausted.

"Don't give up, Duck. I'll make up for what you're lacking. This ti, you'll definitely succeed."

"Mm. Bronya believes in Elias. But what should Bronya do now?"

"It's simple. Just like you did with those three hundred thousand minds—co to understand all of as well."

Elias lifted Bronya—who was sitting on the ground in a duck-like posture—into a princess carry, then continued forward.

The three hundred thousand minds watching were stunned. The path Bronya had just struggled through so painfully was sothing Elias traversed as though he felt no pressure at all.

They could not help but wonder to what extent he had developed the authority of the Herrscher of Reason.

At the sa ti, they realized that this white-haired boy was likely the person in the world closest to Truth.

"Understand all of you? I see. Bronya understands now!"

Duck's eyes lit up. As intelligent as she was, she imdiately grasped his aning. Though she herself was a novice Herrscher of Reason, the person before her was the strongest Herrscher of Reason.

The gap between them was like that between soone who had just received a driver's license and a veteran driver with countless years of experience.

Thus, by understanding all of Elias, Bronya could make up for her lack of experience.

"ntal synchronization, begin! Th-This is—?!"

"Cough. Mine is a bit large. Duck, endure it."

"Mm... Bronya... understands..."

Duck responded with difficulty. Elias had completely opened his mories, allowing Bronya to take whatever she wished.

Faced with such an opportunity, Bronya naturally did not restrict herself to rely reviewing the instruction manual for the Herrscher of Reason. She began to understand all of Elias—every one of his temporal crossings, every cycle of the Previous Era, even the mories of his forr life.

Elias did not stop her. If he had been unwilling, he would never have opened all his mories to Bronya in the first place...

(But these mories are far too many—guh! Is this truly Elias' life until now? It's absurd. Just his single lifeti is more extraordinary than the three hundred thousand lives Bronya previously witnessed!)

Elias displayed everything without reservation. It was a life far, far too long for a single "person," and one that had reached the extre in every aspect.

He had experienced joys beyond ordinary imagination.

He had tasted the most agonizing sorrow in existence.

He had once borne the glorious honor of saving the world.

He had also fallen into despair countless tis after losing those important to him.

This life—over ten thousand years long, yet belonging to an eighteen-year-old boy—was so excessively full that it had already reached the extre of what a human could be. Bronya felt her brain trembling, as if even her soul were about to take on Elias' shape.

Just as everyone who had co to know Elias believed—

He was soone utterly incompatible with diocrity.

Even the mories of his previous life as an ordinary person, placed alongside all the rest, appeared extraordinary. For a Fla-Chaser who had experienced countless adventures of Deliverance and Eternity, "ordinary" itself had beco sothing special.

"C-Can a single person truly possess such mories?"

"He has crossed countless trials."

"He has overturned endless sorrow."

"He is one who defies fate itself."

"He is the most heroic person I have ever seen."

The three hundred thousand minds also witnessed Elias' entirety. They gazed at the white-haired boy's back with deep admiration.

They were shaken by his life, moved by his story.

Perhaps Elias did not need it, but they silently decided to rember him. If in the future another Herrscher of Reason were born, they would pass down the story of this white-haired boy together with the authority of the Herrscher of Reason.

"Guh! Elias, you truly are..."

Bronya trembled all over. She was the one most deeply shaken. The girl clutched Elias' clothes tightly with both hands and embraced him with all her strength.

"From now on, Bronya will never let you challenge fate alone again. Never!"

"Mm. I believe in you, Duck. Then... you're ready now, right?"

"Yes. Bronya now completely understands the Herrscher of Reason. There are no problems left."

Bronya nodded. Elias' practical combat experience as the Herrscher of Reason far surpassed even Welt's. She had been force-fed an overwhelming experience package, raising her proficiency directly to a master level.

At this mont, she could wield the complete authority of the Herrscher of Reason with perfect mastery. In theory, as long as she had sufficient Honkai energy, replicating every miracle Elias had ever constructed would pose no issue.

Thus, Bronya stepped out of Elias' embrace.

She once again began moving forward on her own two feet.

And with each step the girl took, the authority of the Herrscher of Reason underwent a fundantal evolution.

Truth was no longer out of reach.

"Bronya will not give up again! Because if it's for him, Bronya can do anything!!"

The girl reaffird her will and ran boldly along the path toward Truth, like an angel reconstructing her blood-stained wings and soaring back toward heaven.

"...Thank you, Duck."

Elias revealed a joyful smile. He had done everything he could. In terms of the authority of the Herrscher of Reason alone, Bronya now stood on the sa level as him.

And she was flying toward a realm he himself had yet to tread.

Thus, Elias used the authority of the Herrscher of Reason to construct a speaker and began playing the song "Cyberangel."

After all, his girl was ascending—challenging a realm none had ever reached. A scene this exhilarating absolutely required appropriate background music.

Upon hearing the lody that seed to exist solely for her, Bronya ignited completely and accelerated once more.

Finally, at a certain mont—

Her ascension was complete.

Bronya: "Truth manifests here!"

Brand-new power transford into a new set of armor.

Over her blue-and-white close-fitting combat suit, technologically advanced armor covered her arms and legs. A skirt-like armor resembling a bird's tail extended behind her, adorned with holographic blue strears.

Her original four spiral twin-tails rged into one, and above her head appeared an angelic blue halo. Finally, a blue lance materialized in Bronya's hand.

Elias laughed freely, offering thunderous applause and heartfelt blessings without restraint.

"Bronya, may the love of the pure white one protect your body and grant you the glory of Deliverance! May the love of the world's na protect your body and grant you the echo of Truth!!"

"I hereby praise the birth of the Herrscher of Truth!"
