During the contract period they could never leave the country, their jobs would be confidential so they could not even tell another soul about it but that would only be for more important works for rest of the period they were free to move around. Not just them, everyone else felt the sa when interacting with him. It might be an influence of his leadership title but a big portion of it was because he didn’t hold anything back from them. He could have told them that they were only going to do so work for him and he would let them go promising them all the freedom in the world but he laid it out like it was.
