" Why are you leaving in a hurry then? Can I take another look at it?" Rick was embarrassed about it, but it was too good of an opportunity to pass.
" What should I do? you are not letting see her so I can only try again later right?" He pressed a little.
" Who said you can't see her? Rosa! Rosa! Co down, Samuel is here to see you!" He suddenly starts shouting.
" Father! But you said-" Rosaline seed to be already spying on them as she was already at the stairs.
" Forgot what I said. Co, your friend is here. Allie, you should get so refreshnts too. The boy must be parched because of this dreadful heat!"
" Right, I should whip sothing up." She gave him a thumbs-up when Rick was not looking. Samuel was the first boy that made it over the line.
" Hey, I told you I will do sothing about it," Samuel said to Rosaline, who gave him a glowing smile.
" Yes, I was looking. I thought I had to hurl your body to be buried. But that was splendid." She whispered while giving him a tight hug.
" Oh my, glad to see you are getting along." Allie clapped her hand to see them lovey-dovey.
" What are you doing? I only permitted for you to see him not to wrap him around you!" Rick said furiously, but Samuel handed him the case. Seeing his conflicted face was strangely satisfying to look at!
They went back and forth for a while before the whole family sat down to get to real business. Samuel and Rosaline sat beside each other while her parents sat opposite them.
" Why do you look serious all of a sudden?" Allie asked.
" I want to take Rosaline to another party. Last ti, I didn't ask you about it but this ti I want to ask you first." Samuel laid it out for them directly.

Suffice it to say Samuel had to work extra hard to convince them. It would definitely take more than a day, probably a week which was their main concern. No one among them ever set foot outside the USA, but now Samuel, a boy she had t a few days ago, was asking them to let her elope to a foreign country?
