The negotiation between Sony-Colombia and Kazir was done before November ca and now he was officially the director of the Spider-Man franchise again.

Zack thought that it was a scam, the manager even gave him Kazir's contact number, telling him that Kazir was interested in him.
He thought it was a scam. But he decided to call the number anyway, he was shocked when he realized that the manager was not lying.
The person on the call was indeed Kazir Grey!
That was the mont he knew that he had to take this opportunity or else he might regret it.
