[Chapter 180: The Won Reunite, Auntie's Double Standards]
The premiere concluded successfully. Linton ignored Sharon Stone's farewell invitation and also declined the harem group's request to throw a party. Instead, he took Catherine directly back to the mansion.
With the movie about to be released, paparazzi were keeping a close watch on him. One wrong move could lead to scandal; none of them gave him peace.
...
What Linton didn't expect was that that evening, while he and Catherine were on the third-floor terrace at the mansion, sipping drinks and chatting with Aunt Kelly's family and enjoying the view, eight compact cars arrived one after another.
Madonna, Sophie Marceau, Cristiana Reali, Winona Ryder, Shania Twain, Caron Diaz, Jennifer Connelly, and Heidi Klum -- all of them quietly showed up at the mansion. It seed they all missed the yacht party.
Seeing these beautiful won, whom they usually only saw on TV and in movies, casually co over to greet everyone, Aunt Kelly's family was stunned.
In front of Aunt Kelly's family, even Linton's thick skin was tested. But since they were here, he couldn't just send them away. So, he shalessly introduced them to Aunt Kelly's family.
...
Finally, Aunt Kelly, unable to hold it in any longer, pulled him aside and whispered, "Be honest with , what exactly is your relationship with them?"
"Just as you think -- they're all my girlfriends," Linton admitted.
"The sa kind of girlfriends as Catherine?"
"Yes."
"Have you all slept together?"
"Yes."
"Don't they argue among themselves?" Aunt Kelly asked, surprised.
"Do they look like the fighting type to you?"
"How do you manage that?"
"Must be my charm," Linton said, feeling increasingly shaless.
"So what's the aning of them coming over tonight? Forcing you to pick sides?"
"No, nothing like that. They just finished the premiere, happened to be free, and wanted to co and celebrate."
"Wait, you don't all sleep in the sa bed at night, do you?" Aunt Kelly asked in disbelief.
"Probably."
"How can you be so reckless? You'll lead Judy astray and corrupt your uncle," Aunt Kelly felt her values shattered and beca worried about Jeff and Judy.
"I didn't plan this either. They ca on their own, and I couldn't just kick them out."
"No matter. Tonight, no strange noises, and tomorrow we leave for San Francisco early. I don't want Jeff and Judy influenced by you all," Aunt Kelly said angrily.
...
Afterward, she returned with Linton and forced a polite smile at the ladies. "You all enjoy chatting; we'll head downstairs to rest."
She pulled Jeff and Judy away, ignoring their protests, and went downstairs.
"Mom, what's wrong? I finally t my idol Madonna and was having such a great ti chatting with everyone..." Judy's complaint ca from afar.
...
"Linton, is your aunt upset about our relationship?" Seeing Linton's awkward expression, Madonna took his arm and asked, while the other won looked concerned.
Looking at the beautiful faces before him, any dissatisfaction in Linton's heart quickly dissipated. At this point, this was inevitable. It was just a matter of ti.
"It's fine. She just needs ti. She might have trouble accepting it now, but eventually, she'll co around."
...
Since Aunt Kelly's family all stayed on the second floor, Linton used his power for the first ti in the bedroom to create a sound barrier, completely isolating the bedroom sounds from the outside world. Fortunately, being at the late Radiant Core stage, he could easily maintain the barrier all night.
Inside the bedroom, everyone finally relaxed, indulging fully. At first, the won were worried their sounds might carry upstairs since the elders were nearby, so they held back a bit.
After Linton assured them of the special soundproofing, they began singing loudly, performing passionate group songs nonstop through the night.
...
Downstairs, Aunt Kelly inford Jeff and Judy that they would return to San Francisco the next morning.
"Mom, why? We finally got to vacation at cousin's house, t my idol and so many big stars, and they promised to play ball and swim with tomorrow. Why leave so soon?" Judy protested.
"Don't ask why. We're leaving tomorrow morning."
"Did cousin upset you just now? But I saw you both laughing and talking."
Seeing Judy's carefree attitude made Aunt Kelly even more frustrated. "Your cousin is good at many things, but when it cos to relationships, he's a complete scumbag. When you find a boyfriend, be sure to avoid soone like him."
"Wait, you an cousin and those nine ladies are... That's unbelievable!" Judy, slow to realize, finally understood.
"So your cousin's a scumbag. We're leaving tomorrow to avoid trouble and to keep him from corrupting you.
And Jeff, if you ever do what Linton does and ss around with other won, don't bla for killing you," she warned and made a scissors gesture to her husband.
"Don't worry, I only love you," Jeff quickly reassured, though inwardly jealous of Linton.
"It's a sin, Linton's reckless lifestyle. I worry about his health. He's my sister's only son. If his health breaks down due to these vixens, what will I say to my sister?" Aunt Kelly fretted.
After warning her daughter and husband, she worried about Linton's health, causing Jeff and Judy to roll their eyes at her double standards.
That night, Aunt Kelly feared Linton and company might get too wild on the third floor, making inappropriate noises that could influence Judy.
Unexpectedly, it was quiet upstairs until late into the night, which comforted her. "At least they know to restrain themselves, considering elders downstairs."
Slowly, she fell asleep, never having imagined such a magical thing as a sound barrier existed.
