Pregnant for three months, it was almost the sa period she and Edward Stephens went to the United States to handle Robert Stephens’ matters.

That is to say, when she was living with Edward Stephens in Banyan City, she was already pregnant.

And because of her slender figure and the absence of any morning sickness, she hadn’t realized the whole ti.

Daisy Ginger placed the ultrasound printout in front of Edward Stephens, shaking her head, sighing, "Edward Stephens, just look at what you’ve done to ."

The man couldn’t help but refute for once, "You can’t bla for this..."

He was very diligent in using protection.

Is a contraception failure really his fault...

Daisy Ginger gave a light huff, turned around, and sat on the sofa, crossing her legs, "In any case, you have to take responsibility for this."

Edward Stephens walked over and pinched her shoulder, being extrely attentive.

"Of course." Forget about re responsibility, he would even pluck the stars from the sky for her.

Daisy Ginger looked up, eting the man’s gaze.

Though he was silent, his dark eyes were filled with warmth and joy. He said nothing, but his feelings overflowed from his pupils.

She hadn’t thought about giving Erin Ginger another little sibling, after all, Erin will be nine this year, a big age gap between siblings, and she worried they might have a generation gap.

But since she was already pregnant, it was too late to worry about that.

Erin Ginger turned out to be more optimistic than she expected; when he learned she was pregnant, he even ca over to ask if it was a brother or a sister.

Daisy Ginger didn’t specifically check the gender, so she didn’t know if it’s a boy or a girl yet. But Edward Stephens, seeing her struggle with bad morning sickness once, secretly told her he wanted a son.

"I would never have guessed you would have a preference for boys over girls," Daisy Ginger teased him.

The man wiped her mouth with a towel, helped her sit on the sofa, and expertly knelt down to massage her swollen legs due to pregnancy.

By the sixth month of pregnancy, Daisy Ginger’s belly had gradually grown, her morning sickness was severe, making it difficult to eat, unable to touch at, yet she needed to nourish herself, often eating sothing only to turn around and throw it back up.

When she was pregnant with Erin, he wasn’t by her side, and when he first t Erin, he was already four years old. Now, experiencing Daisy Ginger’s pregnancy cycle firsthand, he simply couldn’t imagine how Daisy got through it by herself when having and raising Erin.

He doesn’t want a daughter, not wanting her to experience Daisy’s suffering in the future, such a thought was very selfish.

Daisy Ginger comforted him: "You’re overthinking it, Erin was mostly taken care of by Jas Shelton, the one who really suffered was probably him."

Though Erin Ginger had been well-behaved since he was little, almost not like a baby, it was Jas Shelton and the nanny who changed diapers, fed formula, and made baby food. After having Erin, apart from enduring during pregnancy, she wasn’t tired at all.

After all, they had Jas Shelton as a nurturing ’dad,’ tirelessly caring for Erin Gingery day and night.

Upon hearing this, Edward Stephens’ face darkened, feeling not at all comforted.

His child being raised by another man and even calling soone else dad for four years—it always felt like another man had reaped the benefits of wearing a green hat.

One week before the due date, Daisy Ginger moved into the hospital early, while Edward Stephens and Erin Ginger both seed inexplicably nervous. Neither of the two n returned ho, sticking by her side, the two of them, one big and one small, pitifully nervous.
