The Ling family’s actions were indeed swift. Clearly, when Emma Magus had stirred up all sorts of trouble on the hot search a few days ago, nobody bothered with her, but now that she had really offended soone she shouldn’t have, they imdiately ca to take her away.
However, with the matter settled, Daisy Ginger still breathed a sigh of relief upon hearing the news.

There was still so distance to the airport.
At the mont, a black sedan was driving along the winding mountain road.
Inside the car, Emma Magus was held between two tall bodyguards in black. Her hair was disheveled, her face pale, with faint swollen red marks visible, almost bleeding through her fragile skin.
She lowered her head, her eyes red and swollen as if she had been crying for a while. After a mont, she raised her head and begged bitterly, "Daniel, please let go. I promise not to cause trouble anymore, not to disgrace the Ling family."
The one sitting in the front passenger seat was a teenage boy who bore so resemblance to her. He fiddled with a handheld ga, not lifting his head even once. As Emma Magus pleaded again, he impatiently told the bodyguards behind him, "Make her shut up, it’s so noisy! She made lose my ga!"
The bodyguard imdiately obliged, reaching out to cover Emma Magus’s mouth, nearly covering her nose as well. Emma struggled with all her might, finally breathing smoothly, her face turning blue from the effort.
Perhaps her unfortunate appearance amused him, as the boy with a similar appearance put down his ga and turned his head, his long eyebrows angled dramatically, exuding a sense of arrogant command.
He looked at Emma’s embarrassed state, clapping and laughing, "Sister Emma, Mom said upon your return, they’ll confine you in a psychiatric hospital for a few years. If you act crazy in my car again, I’ll tell Mom to send you to the ntal hospital imdiately!"
Emma’s eyes widened in terror, moaning in despair, tears instantly streaming from her bloodshot eyes.
Perhaps her terrified appearance delighted him, as he laughed even more joyfully and arrogantly.
"Didn’t you say you’d marry the second young master of the Stephens family and beco the second young mistress? How did you end up like this in just a few years? Locked up in jail? Sister Emma loves to boast, no wonder she couldn’t accomplish anything."
The boy’s smile turned cold. "Not only did you fail to get close to the second young master, but you also caused a rift between the Ling and Stephens families! No wonder Mom is so disappointed in you, wanting to lock you up! You’re useless! Not capable of anything! And you want to let you go? With the stupid things you’ve done, when I inherit the Ling family, I’ll keep you in a psychiatric hospital for the rest of your life!"
