Emma Magus ca to see her.
This news took Daisy Ginger by surprise.
In her impression, Emma Magus was quite arrogant and crazy, but not very smart.
Otherwise, she wouldn’t have done things like deliberately hitting her with a car or hiding her disappearance.
Anyone with a bit of brains wouldn’t be so blatant.
A woman like her: young, immature, pampered, and vain.
If she were Robert Stephens, she would also utilize her without rcy.
"Take them to the reception room."

Daisy Ginger finished organizing the files and then went to the reception room.
She saw Emma Magus and her agent sitting at the round table.
She heard that her forr agent left after Emma Magus was blacklisted recently. The new one was specially headhunted from a famous agency in the United States, and her forr clients included an Oscar-winning actress famous in the entertainnt industry.
As soon as Daisy entered, the blonde, blue-eyed agent greeted her in impressively standard Chinese, which surprised Daisy a little.
The other person was very polite, and Daisy exchanged pleasantries. Emma Magus, due to her injury, was not wearing makeup and sat in a leather chair in all black. While Daisy and her agent chatted, she remained with a cold face, silent throughout.
"... Miss Ginger," the agent finally smiled and got to the point, opening her phone to show Daisy a picture of Emma Magus, "we’re in the sa circle. Last night, Emma was indeed in the wrong, but you did get so satisfaction. Emma’s face in this state can’t do any photo shoots or acting for days. Blowing this up is a bit too biased and aggressive, don’t you think?"
Daisy turned her head to look at Emma Magus sitting not far away. The girl, without makeup, appeared much younger than usual, lacking her usual arrogance.
Daisy replied, "If I truly wanted revenge, I should have called the police last night. The police could have given justice, whether Emma’s brake failure was an accident or she deliberately hit ."
The agent’s eyes flickered, and she smiled without batting an eyelid, "You an—"
"The pictures weren’t posted by ," Daisy said, "I have better ways to handle this. Why would I use a thod that harms myself to that extent?"
"If it wasn’t you, then who?" Emma Magus finally spoke, full of anger. She stood up, confronting Daisy across the table, furious, "Your face is so obscure; who even knows you? What loss could you suffer? Now the whole entertainnt circle knows I’ve been beaten, and countless people are laughing at . Do you know what they call ? A mistress! Who’s really the mistress here?! Daisy Ginger, you’re shaless."
Daisy leaned back in her chair, arms crossed. She remained calm in the face of her anger.
Emma Magus’s reaction was just as Edward Stephens had analyzed; she indeed thought Daisy was the culprit.
"Miss Magus," the agent next to them said seriously, "contact the marketing account to take the pictures down. We don’t wish to pursue this further. Emma was indeed wrong, but aren’t you going too far beyond her cri now?"
The two of them sang the sa tune, believing Daisy was the mastermind behind it all.
"I’ve said it wasn’t ," Daisy said coldly, "if you’re determined to think it was, there’s nothing I can do. As for contacting the marketing accounts, sorry, I don’t have that kind of money. That’s your job."
"Daisy Ginger!"
Emma Magus scread, looking as if faint from anger. Her pale face turned red with fury, eyes blazing, and she slamd her fist onto the table.
"What do you want? Do you have to drive to death because Edward Stephens protects you?"
Daisy was bewildered by her twisted accusation.
"Emma Magus, it was you who left to die, it was you who deliberately hit with your car, and now you turn it around and accuse of being ruthless. Is there sothing wrong with your head?"
"You knew I liked Edward Stephens, and yet you couldn’t stay away from him!"
"You like him, but does he like you?"
"You’re already married!"
"That has nothing to do with you."
"You shaless!"
She trembled with rage.
"..." Daisy ended this pointless argunt, frowning at Emma Magus.
"Believe it or not, I’m not admitting to sothing I didn’t do." Her voice deepened, frowning at her, "I heard you’re getting close to Robert Stephens now..."
Emma Magus suddenly widened her eyes, staring at her warily, "Daisy Ginger, are you trying to seduce Brother Stephens now?"
Daisy frowned, an indescribable expression on her face, "Are my tastes that poor?"
"I’m warning you, stay away from Brother Stephens!" Emma Magus practically jumped like a cat whose tail had been stepped on, her gaze sharper than before. Daisy noted her deanor, realizing sothing, "You..."
Emma Magus seed to realize she’d exposed sothing, her face hardened, and she abruptly turned, saying, "Annie, let’s go!"
"Wait," Daisy instinctively stopped her, "are you..."
Emma Magus brusquely shook off her hand, "Shut up!"
As if unwilling to let Daisy finish her sentence, she left with her bewildered agent without further negotiation.
Daisy watched her hurried figure leave, frowning even more.
Emma Magus had fallen for Robert Stephens.
A woman falling for a handso and brilliant man like Robert Stephens wasn’t surprising.
Just that this approach was exactly the sa as when he deliberately seduced Abigail Perry.
A man who uses beauty to have won kill for him is utterly despicable.
Even knowing Robert Stephens was out for her, she had no imdiate way to defend herself.
She was weak, her opponent was strong and in the shadows. She couldn’t avoid going out forever, constantly on guard for when he’d make his move.
Once they left, Daisy stayed in the eting room, feeling troubled. She sat there for a mont, then sent a WeChat ssage to Jas Shelton.
"When you can, take Erin abroad for a vacation."
Hopefully, Robert Stephens, focusing on her, wouldn’t involve Jas and the others.
She exhaled gently, pressing her fingers to her brow, suddenly wanting a cigarette.
Being with Edward Stephens was so stressful...
Yet, even so, this ti, she didn’t want to let him down again.
