"Uhh..."
From the ruined manor, a wail of despair, fear, and desperation resounded.
Voldemort's body stiffened, his scarlet pupils filled with a vacant look.
He looked down at his body, trying hard to reverse what had happened, but all he could do was watch as his body turned to ash and gradually dissipated in the air.
"We won..."
Harry was sweating profusely, his face covered in dust, panting as he gazed at the place where Voldemort had disappeared, his eyes lingering on the spot with a sense of unreality.
That Voldemort, who had lood over him like a shadow ever since he set foot in the wizarding world...was really dead?
"Hoo..."
Andy let out a breath, casually thrusting his wand into its holster, while his eyes fixed on the wand in Dumbledore's hand.
The Elder Wand...it really is sothing!
The battle with Voldemort was not particularly intense. Caught between Andy and Dumbledore, Voldemort was unable to evade his doom, even though he put up a fierce resistance.
The reason Harry looked a little dishevelled was mainly because he was avoiding the aftermath of the battle – in a battle like this, an average Shield Charm was useless.
On the other hand, the Elder Wand in Dumbledore's hands gave Andy a big shock.
A wand that could amplify Dumbledore's magic.
Andy even felt that Dumbledore, ard with the Elder Wand, was not inferior to him in terms of pure magic attack power.
You should know that Andy had now completed the fusion of mind and magic, making him comparable to an alternate Obscurial wizard.
But Dumbledore...
Andy frowned and asked, "Professor, how much power did you use in that battle?"
Andy felt that Dumbledore was still reserving so of his strength.
Dumbledore gazed at the place where Voldemort had disappeared, lost in thought for a long while.
For Voldemort, Dumbledore was the professor who had introduced him to the world of magic. In turn, for Dumbledore, Voldemort was also his student.
Seeing his student reach this point with his own eyes and ultimately dying at his hands filled the old headmaster with a deep sense of failure.
Upon hearing Andy's words, Dumbledore let out a soft sigh and said slowly, "Collins...there are certain things that you may have already grown tired of hearing, but I still want to say them again. Perhaps...this is the last ti I will say this."
Andy: "..."
You've already spoken, so what else can I do?
Andy assud an attentive posture.
"You are a mature child, and you understand the ways of the world better than many others."
Dumbledore turned to Andy and said in a serious tone, "But your power makes you disregard the rules of the world."
"You should have noticed this yourself."
"Collins…this is a sign of getting lost in power. If you ignore it, you will beco more and more reckless and even a slave to your power."
"You must stay vigilant."
"Those criminals who have committed heinous cris all started with small misdeeds."
Andy's brow furrowed slightly at this.
Dumbledore's words certainly hit the bullseye.
Naturally, Andy understood all of this.
After gaining such great power, Andy developed a sense of superiority and a tendency to treat others from above.
However, Andy was also very aware of this change in his own ntality.
If you analyse his actions in detail, there were things that Andy had done in the past that would be enough to get him locked up in Azkaban for life.
But Andy never cared.
So what if he broke into Azkaban? So what if he broke into the Ministry of Magic?
Even if he was discovered... could they defeat him?
Even if the Ministry of Magic had a large number of people, Andy only needed to lurk in the shadows, and then they would be unable to do anything to him.
Wizards with a certain level of power could indeed ignore many things.
In fact, even though the Ministry of Magic has been cracking down on dark wizards, many powerful dark wizards are still living a carefree life.
In the British wizarding world, the most prosperous Diagon Alley and the darkest Knockturn Alley adjoin each other.
Apparition, Portkey...
Wizards have too many ways to escape.
Andy is well aware of his changing ntality, but he considers this change to be perfectly normal.
Well...it's like a nouveau riche.
If a poor person won a lottery and beca rich overnight, their ntality would change instantly. So people would go overboard and spend indiscriminately in revenge consumption.
Compared to that, Andy felt that he had behaved very well.
After all, people need ti to grow.
"Professor, you're overestimating ..."
Andy smiled lightly, unconcerned. "I'm just an ordinary person; you can't expect to adapt to my own changes overnight. Um...to beco like you, unmoved by external things."
"It's nothing to do with intelligence, but with life experience."
Dumbledore paused for a mont.
He hadn't expected Andy to respond in this way.
As Dumbledore had said, Andy knew what was right and what was wrong, but Andy didn't want to change.
Because so things need to be experienced.
Without sufficient life experience, people in their forties and even older may act more naïve than children.
"Of course, everyone needs to grow up."
"But..."
Dumbledore said sternly, "Collins, no one can restrain you anymore. You must learn to restrain yourself."
"You are different from most people."
"You don't like interacting with people; you prefer to quietly study magic by yourself. If one day, all the little connections you have in this society are gone, and you abandon the rest of the society. Have you ever thought about what will happen then?"
"Collins, you are a smart boy; you should understand what I an."
Andy frowned.
Indeed, Andy is a bit of a loner.
He prefers to be alone in peace than to socialise with others.
Abandoning society may be a bit of an exaggeration.
But Andy has thought about living a solitary life like Nicolas Flal one day.
However, there is one thing that differentiates Andy from Nicolas Flal.
While Nicolas Flal abides by the rules, Andy tends to do whatever he wants, even defying the laws of society.
This is precisely what Dumbledore is worried about.
Andy is still bound by society, but once he is disconnected from it, there will be nothing to keep him in check.
He will beco a very dangerous person.
An outcast who is too powerful to be restrained.
Over ti, he will no longer even see others as his own kind.
"Hm..."
Andy thought about it seriously. "I need so ti to think about it."
Dumbledore nodded lightly, "People are always afraid of the unknown... Collins, I hope you understand."
"Of course." Andy smiled.
Dumbledore was worried not about the present but about the future, decades from now.
He wasn't sure how far Andy would grow in the future.
But there was no denying that Andy was already at the top of the wizarding world.
So the future Andy would be even more terrifying!
