Looking at Rita Skeeter with a distorted face, Sebastian showed a playful smile.
He released a surge of magic power from his body and pressed it towards the opponent.
In just a mont, the expression on Rita's face froze.
She felt like she was standing in front of a giant dragon, and the opponent's aura alone made her feel a little breathless.
This feeling reminded her of the past.
When the mysterious man was at the height of his power, she was frightened to death just by looking at him from afar in Diagon Alley.
She hastily drew out her wand and pointed it tremblingly at Sebastian.
Before she could even open her mouth to utter any harsh words, she was surprised to find that a layer of white frost had covered the tip of her wand, and thick ice crystals condensed in the blink of an eye.
As soon as the ice crystal appeared, it spread to her fingers at an astonishing speed.
"ah!!!"
There was a sharp crack in Rita Skeeter's throat.
She quickly let go of the wand and let it fall to the ground.
In an instant, her entire wand was covered with thick ice crystals.
Then with a "bang", it fell to the ground and shattered into pieces.
Seeing the shattered wand, Rita Skeeter could no longer suppress the fear in her heart.
She fell to the ground, trembling, "You...you...how dare you? The Aurors will co to catch you!"
In Rita Skeeter's imagination, the worst outco would be that the two sides would continue to engage in a war of words through the Daily Prophet and Swan dia.
Being attacked by soone with a magic wand?
This option had never entered her mind.
Because, no matter how you look at it, Sebastian has no reason to take action!
Although he is a powerful wizard, he has now achieved success and even beco a professor at Hogwarts.
How dare he?
Isn't he afraid of going to Azkaban?
"Auror?" Sebastian smiled softly. "Ma'am, would you like the help of an Auror?"
"I am always happy to help!"
"How about this, I'll help you cast a warning spell!"
As he spoke, Sebastian drew out his wand and cast a spell out the window.
Then he looked at Rita Skeeter and took out a small bag of Galleons and placed it on the table.
"I'm sorry about your wand, you can go to Ollivanders and choose a new one."
In less than half a minute, the door of the house was opened.
"Aurors are investigating the case. No one inside is allowed to move!"
Hearing that the Aurors were coming, Rita Skeeter finally suppressed the fear in her heart.
She jumped up excitedly and rushed to the door.
"Mr. Auror, I want to report a cri!"
Sebastian sat on the sofa without any panic.
He waved to the two wizards who ca in, and then greeted one of them.
"Hello, Dawlish!"
After eting the Auror, Rita Skeeter's courage suddenly returned to her.
She hid behind Dawlish, pointed at Sebastian and shouted wildly.
"Mr. Auror, he was the one who attacked !"
"Catch this murderer and put him in Azkaban!"
Dawlish walked towards Sebastian and said seriously, "Mr. Swan, please cast the Flashback Spell."
"We need to test whether you have attacked this lady!"
Sebastian stood up and very graciously handed his wand to Dawlish so that he could cast the Flashback Charm himself to check the spells that his wand had cast.
Warning spell!
Muggle Repelling Charm!
Cleansing spell!
...
More than a dozen spells flashed by, but not a single offensive spell appeared.
Dawlish returned the wand to Sebastian and said with a smile, "It seems this is all a misunderstanding."
"Mr. Swann, you are innocent."
"Innocent?!" Rita Skeeter jumped up. "This man attacked . How can he be innocent?"
"My wand is broken!"
Sebastian gave Rita Skeeter a look of pity.
How co such a smart person has lost his mind?
Can't I tell now that the two Aurors in front of are my people?
Sebastian had already arranged everything before coming!
Given his character, he never fights an unprepared battle.
As for checking the wands, it was just to make it easier for Dawlish to write a report after returning to the Ministry of Magic.
"Shut up, are you doubting our Auror's ability to handle cases?"
Dawlish shouted, "According to the evidence collected at the scene, your wand was clearly broken by yourself."
"If you continue to make trouble and falsely accuse Mr. Swann, we have the right to take you back to the Ministry of Magic and put you in Azkaban!"
Rita Skeeter's face turned pale. She didn't understand why this was happening.
Isn't the evidence obvious?
How could I possibly smash my wand into pieces? !
She looked at the serious-looking Aurors, then at Sebastian who seed to be smiling, and her heart shuddered.
She realized that the two groups were in the sa group!
She was really scared inside.
How co there are two random Aurors here, both of them are Sebastian's n.
It's terrifying when you think about it!
How many Aurors in the Ministry of Magic sided with Sebastian?!
Besides the Aurors?
Just how deep a web had Sebastian woven in the Ministry of Magic?
Rita Skeeter didn't dare to think about it any further...
She regrets it so much now!
She couldn't understand why she was so blinded by greed as to provoke this guy.
I was actually deceived by the good image created by Sebastian and thought he was just a person who valued his reputation.
How naive!
Seeing that Rita Skeeter stopped talking, Dawlish nodded to Sebastian, then walked out and closed the door.
The sound of the door closing startled Rita Skeeter, who was lost in her thoughts.
She looked at Sebastian with horror on her face.
"Can we sit down and talk now?"
Ca Sebastian's gentle voice.
"Of course!" Rita Skeeter shuddered and imdiately nodded and said, "Professor Swan, please take a seat."
After Sebastian was seated, Rita Skeeter carefully sat down opposite him.
"Professor Swan, what do you want?"
"Don't worry," Sebastian said soothingly, "I did co here today to share so important news with you."
As soon as he finished speaking, a lifelike beetle made of ice crystals appeared on the table in front of them.
Rita Skeeter was in an icy hole.
This beetle looked exactly like the beetle she had transford into using the Animagus.
Damn it!
He actually knew I was an Animagus!
And he knows my Animagus form!
What else doesn't he know?
Rita Skeeter's mind was in a ss and she had no idea what to do.
"Ms. Rita Skeeter, is this information I am showing you valuable?"
Rita Skeeter suddenly showed a smile that was uglier than crying.
She stamred back, "Yes...very valuable!"
Sebastian said frivolously, "Guess how many malicious people have coveted Swann Alchemy on its way to developnt? And how did I treat these guys?"
"Ms. Rita Skeeter, you have offended a lot of people. They don't like you, a little bug, but they can't find you, so they can't do anything to you."
"Many people are too proud of their status to bother with you!"
"But I'm different," Sebastian changed the subject, "I'm a true Slytherin. When faced with disgusting attacks, I like to fight back with even more disgusting thods!"
"You're used to having everything go your way, so I'm going to teach you a lesson to help you rember it!"
As he spoke, Sebastian raised his wand towards Rita Skeeter.
A yellowish ball of light lit up, then whooshed and hit Rita Skeeter's chest, disappearing over her heart.
"This is your punishnt," Sebastian's expression turned cold, "I have planted a 'seed' in your heart!"
"If you ever upset again..."
"Then I'm afraid your end, little bug, is not going to be pretty."
Sebastian snapped his fingers, and the parchnt filled with reports on the table suddenly burst into evil orange flas.
"Lihuo!!!"
Rita Skeeter scread and fell to the ground. She used her hands and feet to quickly crawl to the wall.
She looked at Sebastian, who was sitting peacefully on the sofa, with a look of horror on her face, as if there was a demon sitting there.
Under Sebastian's exquisite control, the ferocious flas were like a docile lamb. After burning the parchnt, they disappeared without even damaging the table top.
In just a blink of an eye, the parchnt on the table was burned to ashes.
Sebastian stood up and saluted Rita Skeeter very gentlemanly.
"Ms. Rita Skeeter, I hope we won't see each other again for a long ti!"
"Besides, I sincerely wish you a good dream tonight!"
"goodbye!"
