Harry hurried over, excited and proud, holding up a shimring silver cloak.
"This was given to this morning, Darren… and I want you to have it."
He said it with complete seriousness, eyes bright and warm.
"This is Dad's cloak. His real relic. And the more I thought about it, the more I realized I shouldn't keep it for myself. I lived with Mum and Dad for a year… but you didn't even get to hear their voices. If I kept this cloak just because I'm twenty minutes older than you… that would be unfair."
He gently pushed the cloak toward Darren, expression full of noble big-brother energy.

[Ding! A Holy Father scenario has been detected. Temporary mission issued:]
• Stroke the Invisibility Cloak with a loving expression.
• When Harry believes you're going to accept it, push it back into his arms.
• Say: "Brother, I know how you feel… but you need it more. You and Ron sneak around at night, and with the cloak, I won't worry about you getting caught."
Reward:
✔ Death's Invisibility Cloak
Accept mission?
[Accept!]

Darren accepted instantly.
The original Potter cloak was one of the Deathly Hallows. Even if the books insisted the Hallows couldn't revive the dead—only help the wielder face death—it was still incredibly powerful.
But a system-issued version?
That could be a whole different story.
He lifted the cloak carefully. The mont he touched it, he felt sothing… watching him. A distant awareness, ancient and cold.
But he pretended not to notice and stroked the cloak gently, eyes warming.
"I really want to see how Dad looked wearing this," he whispered. His eyes reddened.
Harry's throat tightened. He wanted to comfort him, but he didn't know how—he'd never seen Mum or Dad either.
Then Darren pushed the cloak right back into Harry's arms.
"Darren—hey—no, I said you could—"
"No, brother. Listen."
Darren smiled softly.
"This cloak belongs with you. Dad was your father just as much as mine. And you sneaking around the castle with Ron—don't look at like that, I can guess—if you keep the cloak, I'll worry less. I'd really prefer you not get dragged to detention by Filch… or worse."
Harry held the cloak tightly, his ears turning red.

[Ding! Congratulations to the host for acquiring: Death's Invisibility Cloak]
Death's Invisibility Cloak (System Version)
• A cloak once worn by a Reaper.
• Conceals sound, breath, and magical trace.
• Cannot be detected by any spell or magical eye, including a Magic Eye.
Darren grinned inwardly.
So unlike Harry's cloak—which Moody's magic eye could see through—this one was perfect. Even the Ministry wouldn't detect him later.
Harry cleared his throat loudly.
"Little brother—seriously? ? Being caught? Impossible."
They spent the entire afternoon celebrating. The Great Hall was packed with food—heaping turkey, sausages, roast ats, potatoes, mountains of treats. Firecrackers burst everywhere, spitting out hats, chess sets, and even guinea pigs.
Dumbledore handed Darren a firecracker. Darren tugged gently—BOOM. Green smoke, and a brand-new set of wizard chess pieces spilled out.
Ron groaned in jealousy.
By the end of dinner, both brothers carried piles of trinkets and toys.
Darren was about to return to the Slytherin common room when Harry grabbed him.
"I'm going on a night tour tonight. First use of the cloak. And I want you with ."
Darren nodded imdiately.
He knew Harry would find the Mirror of Erised tonight.
At midnight, Darren slipped out of Slytherin. He wore the invisibility cloak Snape had gifted him—he couldn't risk the system's cloak. If Dumbledore followed them, he might sense sothing strange.
He arrived at their eting spot. Nobody in sight… but he could hear breathing.
"Harry," Darren whispered.
The air rippled, and Harry slowly appeared.
"Oh my—Darren, you have an invisibility cloak too?"
"Yeah. Professor Snape gave it to ."
Harry froze.
Then his eyes narrowed. Wand out. Suspicion flared.
He looked Darren up and down as if seeing a stranger.
Maybe Snape had overheard their plan…
Maybe he'd hurt Darren—
Maybe this was Snape in disguise—
"Say it," Harry demanded. "Where's the real Darren?"
Darren:
…Bro, what?
