The priests all showed expressions of disbelief.

They did not doubt the High Priest's words because the High Priest was the only person in the temple able to ascend the altar, cleaning the divine's bedroom once every seven days.

"What...what did that child destroy?"

The priests felt chills run down their spines.

"I also want to know that. Send soone to follow them, see where that little...where that person plans to take the Dream Guardian Queen." The High Priest's eyes flickered intensely.

"The apocalypse is coming; we cannot lose another Dream Guardian Queen..."

His voice was extrely hoarse.

Carrying intense unease and fear.

...

As he stepped into this ancient city of Pompeii.

Ian truly felt he had entered history.

Surrounded by ancient buildings, people on the streets wearing peculiar robes, conversing in a form of Ancient Italian, with so mixing in Old English.

It was fortunate that Ian had, in order to hone his Language Mastery skills, learned most of the Earth's languages, or he would likely find it very difficult to communicate with others in this era.

"Did Riddle also study these languages?"

Ian couldn't forget his yearning for the Black Demon King.

Of course.

Soon, his attention was drawn to the new things around him—everything here was filled with exotic charm, the market full of fresh fruits and handmade goods, street perforrs juggling, children laughing and running on the streets, the inhabitants of ancient tis living contentedly and peacefully.

While Ian was looking around.

A group of people in bright red robes caught his attention. Their stride was steady, and their gaze held a mysterious dignity, drawing awe-filled looks from the surrounding people. Based on his wizard intuition, Ian determined that these people in red robes were definitely not ordinary humans, as they emanated waves of magic power.

"They are Night Watchers." The young girl Cassandra quietly explained to Ian, "An organization established by the city's master to maintain the stability of the entire city."

Admittedly.

This situation indeed ca sowhat as a surprise to Ian.

"Wizards and humans coexisting harmoniously, even with wizards becoming guardians of the law?" Honestly, Ian felt that Grindelwald might very much like such a place.

"Who is the city's master?"

Ian's curiosity was thoroughly sparked.

A world of wizard supremacy that Grindelwald aspired to had existed two thousand years ago, which definitely qualified as a miracle not discovered by scholars of Magic History.

"A wizard."

It was an expected answer.

"If there's an opportunity, I genuinely wish to et such a wizard." As Ian strolled around with the young girl Cassandra, he even saw wizards selling magic potions by the roadside.

To this, people showed no fear, no terror, and no sign of any resistance. It was like a wizard utopia, perhaps this was also the reason for its destruction.

"Where is the frightening thing you ntioned?" Ian, of course, rembered the reason the young girl Cassandra brought him into the city, noticing that she led him to a hospital.

Indeed.

A hospital.

Although there was no Red Cross symbol above it, nor was it called a hospital, but rather a temple of Escorpius, it was, in fact, a genuine hospital.

Ian saw quite a few people coming out of it with dicine.

"It's been more than a month since a strange disease started spreading in Pompeii Cornelia. The temple has been hiding it, but I saw through their hidden things with my 'Celestial Eye'."

"It's a disease caused by evil magic." As she spoke, the young girl Cassandra led Ian into the temple, amidst many people bowing to her, guiding him into the depths of the temple.

This was a region where miscellaneous people were prohibited from entering.

In the tranquil atmosphere, a faint trace of lancholy was subtly detectable.

Sunshine filtered through sparse clouds, mottling the ground of this forgotten land, starkly contrasting with the solemn grandeur before the temple, with a subtle scent of herbs lingering in the air.

"Many patients infected by the epidemic, or those whom ordinary dicines can't cure, are placed behind here." Cassandra continued to quietly introduce to Ian.

At that mont.

An archaic-robed priest approached, his gaze scanning, first looking at the young girl Cassandra, and then warily observing Ian.

"Queen Cassandra, you shouldn't bring strangers here." The elder priest showed respect toward the young Cassandra, but he held a strong sense of precaution toward Ian.

"Priest Laine, this is our God; he and I wish to see those patients you hide away." Cassandra perhaps felt nothing wrong with her words.

However.

Ian was flushed red with embarrassnt.

Wishing to find a crack in the ground to hide.

He never thought the young girl would call him this in front of others. Seeing the priest's gaze glaring at him strangely, Ian hurriedly waved his hands, beginning to explain.

"I am just a wizard traveling here, with so research in Magic Potion." He pulled out finely crafted magic potions from his pocket, high-quality potions prepared with the good uncle's premium materials.

The priest, looking at the magic potions in Ian's hands, eyes flickering slightly, remained silent for a mont, but in the end, he nodded, "Magnificent work, your teacher must be very skilled."
