"Uh..."

The Little Wizard montarily found himself at a loss for words. He was so focused on pondering the issues surrounding Tom Riddle that he hadn't really paid attention to analyzing and understanding the current state of this era.

Naturally.

Upon hearing Ian's remarks about the volcanic eruption, the little girl's lack of concern misled Ian into not considering the possibility that the girl might possess prophetic abilities.

"How are your prophetic abilities?"

Ian started probing indirectly.

He couldn't just directly tell the girl that the volcano here was really about to erupt, as he'd read about this piece of history in books. It would definitely terrify this innocent-eyed child beside him.

"I am the most powerful prophet! Only I can see your figure! But the High Priest and others say I'm hallucinating, only I know that I'm not hallucinating!"

The little girl proudly puffed out her chest, her tone filled with excitent and thrill—as if Ian's appearance was like seeing the very person who would shape her entire life finally stand before her.

She knew she didn't have any ntal issues.

"You can see ?"

Ian had heard the girl say this more than once, and he was quite astonished, his eyes slightly flickering. In the realm of magic, nothing was ever a coincidence.

"Mm-hmm."

The little girl nodded vigorously.

"What do you see?"

Ian asked seriously.

"I see you eating, sleeping, and running around in an iron box in dreams. I can only see fragnts, but the images I see most are you fighting different people in dreams." The little girl didn't hide anything and directly shared the scenes she had "witnessed" over the years.

"..."

Hearing this, Ian was completely unsure how to respond.

He confird that perhaps there was a certain link between them, which he still didn't understand, but he didn't know how to correct the girl's understanding about him fighting people.

"That was to punish evil and promote good, to uphold justice..." The Little Wizard, after a long silence, could only defend his actions. Indeed, he wasn't fighting without reason.

"Besides, it's not a dream."

After a mont of contemplation, Ian corrected the girl's misconception.

"Not a dream? But there are boxes that run, iron birds that fly, and buildings taller than the Temple... I've never seen cities like that in history."

The little girl blinked her eyes, sowhat bewildered.

"Of course, you wouldn't find them in history; they haven't been born yet, needing at least two thousand years to co into being and reach where I co from."

Ian gently patted the girl's head, his tone soft.

"But isn't that still history?"

Perhaps the girl didn't fully understand Ian's words, or maybe she had her interpretation of what Ian said. In any case, her eyes still held traces of confusion.

"Do you also read history?"

Ian switched the topic.

"Is that also a basic quality of the Dream Guardian Queen?"

He was quite curious about the Wizarding World of this era.

"I read history books every day since I was three. I've been reading for five years now... The Dream Guardian Queen knows all history, but I'm an exception."

The girl's voice carried a hint of sadness, "The last Dream Guardian Queen went missing during a trip, so I couldn't receive the heritage a Dream Guardian Queen should have."

"That's why I can only study history myself. Fortunately, there are plenty of history books in the Temple, and I've almost morized them all." The girl sounded like a student eager for praise.

Ian, with his emotional intelligence, gave her a thumbs up.

"I know, I know, that's your way of saying I'm great. I've seen it in your dreams." The girl's face instantly turned a rosy hue, gleeful.

She still didn't correct her term for the future. For the people of this era, that peculiar world was indeed difficult to understand, considering it as a bizarre dream was normal.

"Back to the main topic." Feeling a bit helpless, Ian didn't continue correcting her; instead, he looked again at the volcano emitting black smoke. Still probing in a relatively subtle manner.

"As a prophet, haven't you foreseen anything that makes you uneasy and fearful?" The conversation circled back. Ian was genuinely concerned about the volcanic eruption.

There was no choice.

He needed to confirm the timing of the eruption.

This was not just to deduce Riddle's whereabouts.

But it also concerned his own life.

Under the fierce eruption of a natural volcano, even a wizard's power would struggle to resist. Ian didn't want to be buried underneath this ancient city, becoming part of a tragic tale.

If he couldn't return to the future in ti.

Ian planned to leave before the eruption. Of course, he intended to warn the city's people, although likely few would believe such horrifying words from an outsider.

"Leave at least several hours in advance; otherwise, when the disaster strikes, who knows whether Apparition will still work." Ian mused internally.

The books he had read ntioned the relationship between nature and magic.

Changes in nature can affect magic's efficacy; this was the conclusion reached by many scholars in later generations. For this reason, Ian certainly didn't want to bet on the expertise of magic academicians.

While the Little Wizard was contemplating his plan.

"Foresee anything that makes

uneasy and fearful? Yes, yes, you ca, surely to save us once." The little girl, after hearing Ian's words, imdiately fell into thought. Her brows slightly furrowed, like dewdrop-touched willow leaves gently bending, carrying a touch of innocence in confusion and puzzlent.
