Chapter 519: Chapter 156: The Strongest Defense Against the Dark Arts! (Part 5)

When he talked about the channels for purchasing potions, he glanced in Ian’s direction with a helpless look. Ian didn’t mind; he was watching Mr. Roger Skelant’s red-faced embarrassnt.

To be honest.

I didn’t understand Daphne Greengrass’s operation either. He initially thought Daphne Greengrass planned to steal the test papers, but unexpectedly, it was to conduct such an outrageous grade trading.

You can only say, worthy of the pure-blood clan’s heiress, even the way of making money is different from ordinary people, making even a money-making expert like Ian sigh in admiration.

"That annoying Professor Flitwick!"

"Why didn’t he expose us when we were cheating!"

"I finally understand why the naughty kid went to Ravenclaw College. The hearts of Ravenclaw College’s wizards are all ssed up; Professor Flitwick must relish seeing us making fools of ourselves."

"Ah, this is indeed a morable lesson."

...

After the theoretical exam.

There were quite a few little wizards as frustrated as Daphne Greengrass. After all, it was the first-year final exam, and quite a few little wizards wanted to cheat to get good grades.

The senior students couldn’t help but laugh heartily at these little wizards. Having been through it themselves, they obviously found joy in seeing the cheating get exposed. Of course, this odd joy wasn’t without any rit.

"This is such... magic." Ian witnessed firsthand that a senior student successfully cast the Patronus Charm using this odd joy while moving between exam venues.

You can only say that sotis magic is indeed incredible.

It might just be a coincidence, but after entering Professor Flitwick’s one-on-one magic spell practical exam, the test he gave Ian was the Patronus Charm, a sophisticated magic.

It certainly wouldn’t be a test for all little wizards and perhaps not even for all grade levels. It was a unique exam set by Professor Flitwick for Ian.

"Quick, let

see, let

see." Professor Flitwick rubbed his hands eagerly, making it hard not to suspect he was indulging his curiosity under the guise of his duties.

Ravenclaw College people have abundant curiosity. Professor Flitwick had studied Ian’s Patronus Charm for quite so ti, so being uncontrollably curious about it made sense.

"Is this really the test?"

Ian sighed sowhat helplessly.

"Well, in principle, a wizard should keep their Patronus secret, but... I’m your headmaster, I won’t betray you!"

Professor Flitwick chuckled and rubbed his hands again.

Ian felt this was a hint from his headmaster to show his principles.

"Summoning God Guardian."

It wasn’t sothing to be kept as a bottom card, and Ian didn’t believe Professor Flitwick would use it to harm him, so he generously demonstrated his Patronus Charm.

Countless silver threads erupted like the brightest teor in the night sky from the magic wand. They intertwined and spun in the air, emitting a soft yet unwavering light.

Illuminating everything around the protagonist.

As the silver threads continued to intertwine, a sight that amazed Professor Flitwick gradually took shape. The previously flickering silver threads gathered into the form of a young girl.

The girl had long, smooth silver hair, eyes like the brightest stars in the night sky, and her skin was crystal clear as if sculpted by moonlight and morning dew.

"rlin’s pants! A human-shaped Patronus! Now I understand why you were so evasive when I asked you! This is truly an incredible miracle!"

Professor Flitwick stared at the figure in mid-air, utterly speechless. He had always had vague suspicions, but he never expected Ian’s situation to be more outrageous and bizarre than any of the dozens of possibilities he guessed... almost absurd! Such a Patronus could very likely change many norms in the Wizarding World!

"Can she speak and communicate? Is she soone who lives sowhere? No! This feels sowhat like a ghost! Unbelievable! This is really incredible!"

"Perhaps you can use your Patronus to enhance our understanding and perceptions of many things!" Professor Flitwick’s knowledge and insights were indeed impressive. He circled around Ariana more than ten tis until he was dizzy before finally stopping.

"I think she can communicate... She’s called Ariana, she’s my..." Ian introduced his Patronus sowhat tactfully.

He hadn’t figured out how to introduce Ariana properly yet.

"Oh! My God! A dwarf from a fairy tale!" Ariana, already awakened, imdiately interrupted Ian’s half-ford thoughts with an exclamation. The young girl was adorned in a long dress woven from silver threads; its hem swayed gently like feathers dancing in the wind, both light and solemn.

Yet, her exuberant deanor sowhat clashed with her appearance.

"I’m not a dwarf; I just have so elf blood." Professor Flitwick retorted Ariana, showing no trace of offense.

"I’m sorry, sir, it was my mistake." Ariana apologized with a bow, feeling a bit embarrassed, mostly due to her lack of worldly experience while alive.
