Chapter 124: Chapter 86: That Year, That Night, That Truth (Part 6)

"You despicable, treacherous liar! Madman! You bewitched my brother! Get out of my house right now, go back to where you ca from!"

Abeforth drew his magic wand in an attempt to threaten.

Gellert Grindelwald looked disdainful.

"Abeforth, calm down!" The young Dumbledore tried to persuade Abeforth, but his eyes were already red, having determined that Gellert Grindelwald was a howrecker. He had lost his senses.

"Reducto!"

Abeforth cast a terrifying evil curse at Gellert Grindelwald, but Gellert Grindelwald, having anticipated it, simply raised his hand and deflected Abeforth’s attack.

Between the two brothers.

Though Abeforth possessed strength far beyond his age, he was clearly much weaker than Albus and Gellert Grindelwald, facing soone standing at the peak.

"Crucio!"

Gellert Grindelwald retaliated without rcy, quick as lightning, at a tricky angle. Abeforth was knocked to the ground, convulsing painfully.

"Damn it! Gellert, stop, that’s my brother!" The young Bulido also grew anxious, drew his magic wand, and directly released a spell towards Gellert Grindelwald.

Interrupting Gellert Grindelwald’s casting.

"He obviously can’t see the trend of the future, doesn’t know what we as wizards should do. Such a person is a stumbling block worthy of being despised on our path to success!"

Gellert Grindelwald showed displeasure but stopped casting. Unexpectedly, after being rescued by the young Dumbledore, Abeforth tried to sneak attack him again.

"Sectumsempra!"

It was a cruel evil curse.

This directly angered Gellert Grindelwald, who was dodging.

"You’re courting death!"

He was evidently intent on killing.

"Calm down, Gellert!"

The young Dumbledore was very nervous, fearing his brother would be killed by Gellert Grindelwald, but Gellert Grindelwald apparently no longer wanted to listen to his pleas.

A chaotic fight.

Occurred at that mont.

Screams and shouts of anger filled the entire room.

"No... stop fighting... I beg you." Ariana, curled up in the corner, was full of fear as dark mist kept erging from her body.

However.

The three of them did not notice.

"Ian, this lesson is very important for you." The aging Dumbledore suppressed his surging sorrow and spoke with a trembling voice full of remorse just as it fell.

A terrible spell was blocked by the Iron Armor Spell.

It veered off course.

The already erupting Mormon Ariana, under Ian’s horrified gaze, slowly fell to the ground, her face pale, eyes quickly losing the color of life.

Abeforth imdiately lunged at Ariana, and even Gellert Grindelwald looked pale, while the young Albus Dumbledore stood there dumbly with his magic wand raised.

"What!?"

The incredulous Ian suddenly looked at the disappearing mory of the chaotic battle, and the direction of the spell’s release was exactly where the young Dumbledore stood.

In that mont.

Emotions in Ian’s heart surged like a tidal wave.

Impossible to calm.

"So things, there’s no chance for regret." The mory hadn’t completely faded; the scene didn’t return to the office but beca a grassy field in a breeze in the valley.

The river in the valley was crystal clear, like a silver ribbon winding through the green valley, with gentle sunlight piercing the thin mist and caressing a solitary tombstone.

[Where your treasure is, there your heart will be also]

Ian saw the inscription on the tombstone, beside which the elderly Headmaster Dumbledore seed only at this mont to dare to squat down and gently stroke his sister’s na on the tombstone.

"Was it you who accidentally killed Ariana?"

Ian spoke only after a long silence.

"Haven’t you already seen it?"

The headmaster let out a wretched laugh, his voice filled with sorrow and pain.

Ian’s gaze flickered slightly as he silently looked at the elderly man who seed suddenly ancient, experiencing for the first ti the greatness attributed to Dumbledore by others.

"Thank you for teaching

this lesson."

Ian bowed slightly.

"My uncle says I am a natural Legilins. The reality may be sowhat different, but I think my ability to capture others’ emotions and thoughts should be fairly good."

"So your disguise today... wasn’t really that good."

Before he finished speaking.

Dumbledore suddenly raised his head, with a few hints of panic in his eyes.

"No more talking, child, mory doesn’t lie!" His trembling voice was more intense than before, and he was already covered in tears.

"What I saw was just mory, not reality."

Ian’s eyes flickered.

"Your Legilincy is indeed much stronger than a certain old friend of mine, and sotis, this truly allows you to discern secrets that shouldn’t be spoken of."

"Very powerful, but also very dangerous."

Dumbledore quivered as he stood up, taking one last deep look at the tombstone in the mory, and the surrounding scene began to grow fuzzy and spin.

"I hope this secret remains buried in your heart forever."

In Ian’s ear.

Ca Dumbledore’s voice full of pleading.

On that day.

He lost his sister.

Couldn’t afford to lose his only brother again...
