Chapter 781

Over the years, not only has it recovered, but it has also developed quite well.

Half of the South belongs to the Whites’ territory.

If we could form a marriage alliance with the Whites...

This idea gradually beca clear in Tristan Collins’ mind.

-

On the other side.

Chloe Collins was listening to the recorded conversation captured by Heijii -

"Before the test results co out, you have to guard this thing well. Otherwise, your head will not be spared."

"I’m guarding it 24 hours a day, don’t worry. But, why is it so noisy outside tonight? What happened?"

"We caught a woman, tall and thin, with snowy white skin, tied in two braids, and she looks quite terrifying."

"A woman? What are you doing bringing a woman here?"

"This is no ordinary woman. She was sneaking around our branch’s surrounding area and even has so martial arts skills. She may be a spy, so we need to interrogate her thoroughly."

"Where is she now?"

"She’s locked up, still unconscious. We’ll wait for the Elder to return before deciding further."

"I’ve never seen a terrifying-looking woman before. Is there a photo? Let see."

"Why do you want to see that? Anyway, she looks very sickly, her entire body really is as white as snow. Have you ever seen a normal person as white as snow?"

The recording stopped there.

Heijii said, "Based on the descriptions of these two people, it’s very likely that the woman they caught is the sa woman from last night."

Chloe Collins pondered, "With her skills, she shouldn’t have fallen into a trap and gotten stuck."

Heijii: "Do you suspect that she purposely got herself caught?"

Chloe nodded, her thoughts heavy.

Heijii stroked his chin and thought for a mont, murmuring, "What does she want, then? Does Cold Lizard have sothing she needs? What does she want?"

Chloe said, "Send soone to infiltrate and keep an eye on things, especially to ensure her safety."

She then asked, "Have the results co back from the Base?"

Last night, when she left Heijii, she had given him a tissue stained with the blood of the tall woman for testing at the base, to see what the data showed.

Heijii checked the information and answered, "No results yet."

"You just ntioned on the phone that Polita has so clues? What happened to her over there?"

Heijii smirked and couldn’t help but laugh, "You’ll have to ask her in person. The events were too...well, I can’t say them out loud."

Chloe leaned back, her face lazy, "Go ahead and tell ."

After laughing for a while, Heijii said, "She went too far this ti and injured two young n. Both n were so infatuated with her that they fought each other. When Polita tried to break up the fight, she was accidentally hurt, and both n insisted on taking her to the hospital, which delayed her work, resulting in the current situation."

Heijii spread his hands out.

Chloe: "..."

"Will she die if she doesn’t flirt with n?"

Heijii couldn’t help but laugh again, "Why don’t you keep her in check?"

Without opening her eyes, Chloe asked, "What clues did she find?"

"Oh, it seems to have sothing to do with that woman. She took these photos at the scene of the accident."

Heijii picked up the tablet and swiped through the photos one by one.

"Boss, look at this pit. It’s obvious that it was pressed down by a huge rock before, but now it’s gone. Where did it go? Here."

As he narrated, he swiped to the second photo. It showed a large rock smashed in half, surrounded by nurous smaller fragnts. The surface of the rock was smooth, as if it had been sat on by people for many years.

"This rock is about 660 pounds, and the distance from the pit to here is about 35 ters. There are no signs of wear on the rock, apart from the cracks. Besides being lifted by soone, I can’t think of any other possibilities."
