Chapter 1536

Valleys grumbled unhappily, "Wanda Wesley has escaped. Harmony Complex will definitely be on high alert now. We’ll have to change our location."

"You old scoundrel, you actually made a mistake and let her get away alive?"

This sarcastic remark was t with a lesson from Valleys.

An apple flew straight from the table to Milton White’s face.

The next second, Ethel Collins intercepted the apple and bit into it in front of him.

Milton White remained calm and composed, a picture of relaxed serenity, he continued the conversation, "Tell what you’re thinking."

Valleys pointed emphatically with his gloved hand and spat out two words: "Train station!"

"So your plan to fra and shift the bla will fail soon?" Milton said lightly.

"That’s why it’s your problem to solve." He said arrogantly.

Milton White was not displeased. His wicked eyes were full of calculating thoughts.

"Of course, aren’t we allies?"

The two n chuckled.

The little girl stood beside them, staring at Milton White’s profile. Suddenly, she felt that the man in front of her seed a bit unfamiliar and inscrutable.

Valleys didn’t stay long. Before leaving, he playfully brushed Ethel Collins’ chin with his finger, as if he was petting a small dog, and said, "Little thing, quite a sight for sore eyes."

Ethel Collins was annoyed and raised her hand to slap his hand away, but she ended up slapping air.

Yes, that man disappeared in a flash.

She was stunned.

She thought that her own speed was fast enough, but she never imagined that there would be soone faster in this world.

She turned to Milton White, "Milty, who is he? What are you guys planning to do?"

Milton White was looking at the information on his phone, expressionless, "Go. Wash your face."

Ethel Collins was taken aback, she touched her face and there was no dirt.

"My face isn’t dirty."

"Huh?"

The man glanced at her, scaring the little girl.

She nodded, "I’ll go wash right now."

She got up and ran into the washroom, splashed water on her face, ready to wash up. But when she looked at the mirror, she didn’t see any dirt.

She was a bit frustrated.

After washing her face and coming out, she walked towards the man still sitting on the couch.

She took a left and right glance, and felt that sothing was off.

"Milty, why do you seem a bit different?"

The man didn’t respond, his eyes glued to a photo on his phone.

Ethel Collins peered at it and was imdiately surprised.

Wasn’t this the woman who blocked her the other day?

It seed like it was a photo of the woman when she was younger.

As he flicked through the photos, there was even a picture of the two of them together.

"Milty, are you guys friends?"

The man still didn’t respond.

Suddenly, she saw him delete all the photos in the album with a smug smile on his face.

Just like a villain who maliciously deletes soone else’s album.

"Milty..."

Her voice trailed off, feeling that the man in front of her was becoming more elusive and even frightening.

Did her parents make a mistake?

Can he really keep her safe?

Why does he seem so dangerous to her?

The man gazed at her with deep eyes, like the night sea, waves pushing waves, undercurrents surging.

"Tell , what’s your na?"

She frowned, why did he need to ask again?

Hadn’t she explained it before?

"My na is Ethel Collins, Ethel as in ’eternal’."

The man casually tossed his phone on the corner of the couch, extended his hand towards the little girl’s forehead, brushed it like a pet dog, and said nonchalantly, "Don’t like the na, change it."
