Chapter 1517

"Milton White’s" eyes quickly change color, and his smile suddenly becos gentle: "Mr. Foster, can we sit down and talk if you have any issues?"

"Yes or no?" Alex’s voice deepens even further!

"Milton White’s" smile gradually beca rigid, his face paled, and he subconsciously tried to raise his hands to cradle his head.

Alex narrowed his eyes, showing no signs of relenting.

Chloe Collins took a step closer, observing the expression on "Milton White."

He seed to be in severe pain, as if his head were about to split open.

Behind him, a little girl was continuously yelling since she couldn’t get closer.

Chloe got annoyed, made a move with her hand, and the girl was pushed back another ten ters!

She exchanged a glance with Alex, both pondering the sa thing.

She tried calling out, "Senior?"

Alex squinted at her, paying close attention.

Milton White suddenly lost consciousness, his hand also dropped weakly.

"What are you doing!"

A stern voice sounded from behind, followed by Hans White and others coming out from the door.

Seeing this, the little girl shouted, "They’ve knocked out big brother! They’re too much!"

With his hands behind his back, Hans White slowly approached, his sharp eyes sizing up Chloe and Alex.

"So, it’s you two. What are you looking for my son for?"

As soon as Hans White finished speaking, two people ca forward and took Milton White from Alex’s hands.

"Take him away," Hans White said.

The two nod, silently helping the man away.

Hans White’s gaze lingered on Alex, expecting an answer.

"President White, you’ve always known about his condition." Alex’s sentence was assertive, his expression indifferent.

Hans White bore a "little children, stay out of adults’ business" expression, dismissive of everything, "Family matters should not be ddled with by outsiders. This so-called brother of yours, distancing himself for a woman, doesn’t seem like a good brother at all. Since it’s already like this, keep your distance and don’t provoke him."

Having said that, his disdainful gaze shifted towards Chloe, even carrying a hint of loathing.

Chloe wasn’t familiar with him at all, in the truest sense.

Even though she had known Milton White since she was a child, he rarely took her ho to et his family, or even ca to the Whites’.

She did not know the exact reason in the past, but she understood now.

While not closely acquainted, she had watched Milton White being beaten when they were young.

At that ti, Milton White had been staying at Harville Temple and refused to leave. Hans White had sent soone to fetch him multiple tis but was unsuccessful.

Until one day, one car beca three, and five n turned into ten plus.

Those ten n were Hans White’s security detail.

At that ti, Milton White tried to steer her away, but she disobeyed and hid nearby to watch.

She saw Hans White’s grim face, kicking Milton as he approached and cursing him for being an unfilial son.

Back then, Milton White was even injured.

Recalling these incidents, she was furious.

"The person who made him this way is you, isn’t it?" She asked directly.

Hans White’s face suddenly darkened, his stern eyes sweeping over her: "You?"

That one word "you" was said mockingly, as if to say, "Who do you think you are?"

Chloe’s face was cold, and she retorted with a sarcastic laugh: "Seems like I guessed correctly, you have a big part to play in this matter. From his childhood, you’ve been putting trendous pressure on him, which made him escape his true self, resulting in his present state."

Hans White laughed heartily, "Is the daughter of Chase Carrington always so rude and wild?"

His laughter suddenly died, "Even if it were your two fathers who ca, they might not dare to question this way! How rude!"
