Chapter 413: Chapter 413: Disgusted with Them

Chapter 413

Vanessa Brooke was satisfied as she took it, "It really caused you so trouble and expense. I, as a teacher, could have bought it myself."

Raine Nolan laughed, "This is the first perfu I’ve developed and that’s been put up for sale. I think it’s very aningful. I want to give it to those who have been kind and grateful to . You must accept it, Teacher."

Vanessa Brooke smiled kindly, "Then I will accept it. I am proud to have such a student."

"Achoo! Achoo!"

Wanda Wesley sneezed again.

Vanessa had no choice but to turn her head. Facing both of them, her expression was indifferent, "Work through this paper by yourselves for now, and ask

if you have any questions."

She handed out the prepared materials to both of them.

"I have to go to the restroom." With that said, she took the perfu and left.

Wanda sneezed a few more tis.

Chloe Collins said, "Go sit over there, the scent isn’t as strong on that side."

Raine Nolan’s face changed abruptly, "What do you an?"

Chloe ignored her, casually picked up the paper, and walked to the other side where the window was open and a breeze was coming in.

Seeing Chloe had always upset Raine Nolan. Now that she found a pretext, she was anxious to vent her dissatisfaction.

She stood up abruptly, walked over, and closed the window.

"The heater is on in the room. You can’t open the window."

Chloe Collins had a dull gaze, filled with a hint of coldness.

Wanda suddenly grabbed her arm, looking gently at Raine Nolan, "I know, I won’t open it."

Raine looked impatiently at Wanda too.

"If you’re allergic to perfu, go to the hospital and have it checked. Can’t even sll such a wonderful thing; there must be sothing wrong with your nose."

Wanda replied seriously, "Raine, there’s nothing wrong with my nose."

Just then, Vanessa Brooke walked in and saw the two glaring at each other, imdiately frowning, "Wanda, what’s with the fierce look, what are you trying to do?"

Ever since the two had tead up to make her lose face last ti, she had been very annoyed by them.

If it wasn’t for the task assigned by the school, she wouldn’t have bothered with them at all.

Thinking of this, she continued, "Wanda, I asked you to co here to study, not to cause trouble. What on earth do you want to do?"

"Teacher, I didn’t..." Wanda sounded wronged.

"Teacher, accusing soone without finding out the truth is inappropriate, isn’t it?" Chloe said coldly.

Vanessa Brooke heard this, looked at the surveillance cara in the conference room, and slowly put away her stern expression, swallowing her words.

"Go take your seats," she said.

Raine Nolan looked at Chloe and Wanda in disgust before sitting down.

She gave them half an hour to write the test, only standing behind Raine Nolan to guide her throughout.

Chloe noticed that Wanda on the side was hesitating to ask a question, so she said directly, "What don’t you understand?"

Wanda pointed to a problem, "This one."

Chloe imdiately picked up a pen and began to explain it to her on the paper.

The voice was just loud enough to reach Vanessa Brooke’s ears.

"Who allowed you two to whisper to each other? Do your own work."

Wanda was embarrassed, "Teacher, I didn’t understand a problem, so Chloe was explaining it to ."

"Don’t you know to ask

if you don’t understand?"

"Then, please explain it, Teacher," Chloe stood up straight, putting down her pen.

Vanessa Brooke sighed, "Wait, I’ll deal with Raine’s problems first."

The whole lesson passed, and Vanessa Brooke never ca. Raine had questions all along.

When the bell rang, Vanessa didn’t even raise her head. She just waved her hand for them to leave.

Wanda looked at the problem she hadn’t done yet and said softly, "Teacher, I’d like to ask you about a problem."
