"Could you please stop addressing as Mr. Smith? Just use my first na," Dominique requested softly, nuzzling his nose into her hair, slling her sweet scent.

Athena slamd her eyes shut, feeling their closeness. His face was buried against her nape as he tightened his grip around his body. He was holding her close, with no plan of letting her go.

"Call my na," Dominique pleaded, his fingers gently rubbing her stomach.

Athena clenched her fists before complying with his request, "Dominique..."

His heart skipped a beat when Athena called his na. Her voice truly reminded him of Sabrina. His longing for her intensified further.

"Do you hate so much?" He asked her out of the blue.

She was caught by surprise by his direct question. ’Yes. I hate you so much,’ she thought inwardly, not voicing it out.

In response, she shook her head. "Of course not. Why would I hate you?" She forced a giggle.

"For so many reasons," Dominique responded.

He was being carried away by his longing and regrets. Furthermore, with his fever and his hangover, he couldn’t think clearly. His mind was only preoccupied by Sabrina. He might have already been hallucinating, imagining that Athena was Sabrina. Because of that, Dominique beca more clingy to her.

"I’m so sorry for hurting you. I was a fool. I was selfish. A total jerk. I took you for granted. I thought I could be able to endure it. But I was wrong..." Dominique continued expressing his thoughts and feelings, making Athena confused.

’What is he talking about? Why is he apologizing to ?’ Athena wanted to clarify the aning of his words because she couldn’t understand why he was saying all these to her. However, Dominique’s next words made her utterly speechless.

"Sabrina... I know I deserve to be hated by you. But I hope you can forgive soday. I promise... I’ll make it up to you. I will do my best–"

Dominique’s words were abruptly cut off by Athena’s sudden outburst. "I’m not Sabrina! I’m not your dead wife!" she exclaid, forcefully extricating herself from Dominique’s embrace.

Whirling around, she delivered a resounding slap across his cheek.

Pak!

Athena failed to control her emotions. She had never expected to hear those words from Dominique. Why did he have to apologize to her, thinking she was Sabrina? Anger and frustration bubbled within her. What ga was he playing?

The slap served as both a release of pent-up emotions and a defense chanism, reminding herself that she should not listen to his lies. He was good at deceiving her. But despite her resolve, she had to admit that Dominique’s last remarks had stirred emotions within her.

When Dominique gazed at her, he saw Athena’s anger as tears threatening to fall from the corners of her eyes.

"I’m not Sabrina," Athena reiterated firmly, her voice clear and resolute. "She’s gone!" she added.

"No. I refuse to believe she’s gone," Dominique persisted, his tone tinged with stubborn defiance. He shook his head, his conviction unwavering as he clung to the hope that she was still out there sowhere.

"Then why are you here? What do you want from ? You should go out there and search for her!" Athena pointed her finger at the door, gesturing Dominique to leave, her chest rising and falling from anger and frustration.

"Because you remind of her," he truthfully responded. He stood up, facing her. "No... I think you are her. You are Sabrina."

Athena was stupefied when she heard his assumption. Dominique was staring at her eyes intently. Then he stepped forward, wanting to close the gaps between them.

Athena instinctively stepped back, keeping her distance from him. "Are you crazy? You ca here because you think I’m Sabrina. Should I feel glad or be offended?" she asked him in disbelief.

"You are already happily married to your wife now. Why are you still obsessed with your ex-wife? She’s dead!" Athena emphasized those words. She had conflicting thoughts right now. Dominique’s strange actions were making her more confused.

"I don’t love Sasha... I love–" Dominique didn’t finish his words. After eting Athena’s gaze, he thought he didn’t deserve to say it.

’Oh yeah. What can I expect from you, Dominique Smith? You are incapable of loving soone. You only love yourself.’ Athena ridiculed him in her mind. She unknowingly smirked at him.

Not letting her resist, Dominique cupped her face and leaned in, capturing her lips. He stole a kiss from her once again.

Athena stood rooted to the spot, her mind reeling as she struggled to comprehend the unexpected scene unfolding before her.

Dominique’s lips delicately caressed hers with each tender brush. His movents were both tempting and sensual, alternating between nibbling on her lower and upper lip. This sudden kiss sent shivers of anticipation down her spine.

Before she could fully process the intimacy of the mont, Dominique’s tongue gently teased her lips, coaxing them apart in a silent invitation. With a hesitant breath, Athena yielded to his silent plea, allowing him to deepen the kiss with a newfound sense of urgency.

His arm encircled her waist, drawing her body closer to his with an irresistible pull, while his other hand tenderly cradled the back of her head. He was holding her in place, savoring the sweet taste of her mouth. This was all he needed to quench his longing for Sabrina.

Succumbing to Dominique’s insistent advances, Athena surrendered, finding herself gently guided backward onto the plush surface of the couch.

Dominique’s kisses were fervent, igniting a fiery passion within her as he devoured her lips with an intensity that left her breathless.

With a firm yet tender grip, he pinned her beneath him, pressing her against the soft cushions of the couch. His touch was electric, his hands roaming boldly over her body as if mapping every curve and contour with a gentle yet sensuous touch.

His fingers traced the delicate curve of her waist, slipping beneath the fabric of her shirt with a boldness that sent a thrill coursing through her veins. As his hand ventured higher, his touch grew bolder, finding its way to her plump breast.

Athena gasped as Dominique’s skilled palm cupped her breast, his touch sending waves of pleasure rippling through her. His fingers danced across her sensitive skin, teasing and tantalizing in a sensuous rhythm that left her longing for more.

’No! I should stop him! I can’t let him be in control of once again,’ Athena scread in her mind.

But her body was not listening to her. For her entire life, she only let one man touch her. It was Dominique. And now, the mories of their intimate monts that they had shared nurous tis ca flooding her mind.

Yes, she hated him! But why? Why was her body not cooperating with her? Why was her body responding to him, longing for his touches and kisses?

Was it because of Dominique’s words? Was it because he apologized to her with regrets and remorse in his voice? Or was it because she sensed his longing for Sabrina?

While she was having an internal battle within herself, Dominique had already managed to unhook her bra, his lips trailing a path of soft, gentle kisses across her face and neck.

A shiver of pleasure coursed through her as he squeezed her breast, eliciting a moan from her lips.

Before she could fully comprehend what was happening, the sound of fabric tearing filled the air, followed by Dominique’s lips pressing against the bare flesh just above her breast.

Athena’s heart raced with alarm as Dominique’s lips finally closed around one of her nipples, sucking it with a fervor that sent a jolt of electricity coursing through her body.

She unconsciously arched her back while tilting her head to the side, slamming her eyes shut. ’Am I doing the right thing? Will I not regret this? Am I really prepared to accept those consequences?’ she pondered to herself.

After careful consideration, Athena found her resolve. ’Yes, this is what I want. I’m going to make him crazy for ... and I will break his heart just like what he did to . I will beco his mistress to punish him and take back everything that belongs to .’

She opened her eyes once again and gazed down at Dominique who was busy lapping and fondling her breasts alternately.

With a determined look in her eyes, she held Dominique’s head, making him stop.

"Dom, stop. Look at ."

Hearing her voice, Dominique obediently lifted his head to look at her.

"I’m Athena... and I’m not your ex-wife, Sabrina. And let remind you that you are a married man. But despite that, do you still want to have an illicit relationship with ?" she questioned him directly.

"I might not be a conservative type, but I want to know what I would gain from this? I can have every man that I want... a rich and successful man who is not married. Why should I let you touch ? What do I get in return for becoming your woman?"

Dominique was not able to respond upon hearing those words from Athena. He didn’t know what to say. He crossed the line when he initiated this intimacy.
