The party of five included two won holding a staff and three individuals with one of them wielding a spear while the other two wielded swords.
Looking at the party, Zack could tell that they were going to be big trouble since he could already sense that they were leagues above his level.
'Wait, shouldn't I have leveled up after all that grinding that happened?'
Zack opened his status page before hiding behind the rock again.

He pressed the one notification after his level option and saw countless notifications appear in front of him.
He had leveled up to level 18 just by grinding the dungeon for a few hours and if he had waited for a day, he would have reached level 20.
Zack then distributed the 20 stat points he had gotten and leveled up agility and dexterity.
'I guess I have no choice except calling upon both of them.' He thought with a sigh before ntally contacting Icarus and Daedalus.
'Co to our location as soon as you can, we need your help.'
The eagles replied with a yes and a few seconds later, the two giant birds were flying above the hole.
However, it was too small for the two birds.
'Icarus looks like your skills will be useful here.' Daedalus comnted as the black eagle swooped towards the hole in the ground.
He opened his beak and released a shrill scream that resounded throughout the forest.
The scream was heard by all those under the ground too as the group of five looked up.
All of them were standing still in their positions as though they were discussing a few things amongst themselves.
'They are probably using group talk.' Zack chose this mont to stealthily look across the rock to see Emma hiding 20 ters away from him.
The pink-haired woman gave him a slight nod as though saying that she was fine. By the looks of it, she too had managed to climb to the sa level as Zack.
'Icarus, that's not going to be enough to attract their attention. You need to do sothing big.' Emma said telepathically as she heard the eagle chuckle inside her mind.
'I never said it was just for attracting their attention.' All of a sudden, the five people closed their ears with their hands.
They looked in pain as one of the won started chanting a spell.
"Oh goddess of the light, lend us your blessing. Healing light!" She raised her staff in the air and showered all of them with light.
Their hands moved down in relief before they stared at the top of the dungeon.
"We will co here later on. I am pretty sure that those guys from earlier are dead and that their stuff is lying sowhere around here." The spear-wielding person said as they all nodded.
"Then let's go above." The woman who had blessed them moved towards the exit and was the first to leave.
Soon, the other four followed her example as they vanished, leaving Zack and Emma alone.
[ We can either run with the two eagles or fight them. What do you want to do] Though the group was gone, Zack didn't take any chances and used private ssages to talk.
[ As much as I hate to admit it, we are risking it by fighting 5 people. Let's just go. ]
After getting her reply, the duo also exited the place. The mont they appeared outside, they imdiately ran and took cover behind trees.
Icarus was currently flying above the five people's heads by releasing the occasional scream.
But every ti he scread, all the mbers of the group would close their ears with pained expressions on their faces.
'It's because of my skill.' Icarus suddenly said before a window appeared in front of Zack and Emma.

It was pretty clear that Icarus was only using the skill at a low level otherwise he would have dealt so serious damage to the group.
However, both the eagles were allied with the light side so even they had so restrictions to things they could do to humans.
For example, if they sohow killed one of the group mbers, they would receive a huge penalty which would be enough for so of their enemies to find and attack them.
That was why Icarus was using the attack to only distract the group and let Zack and Emma escape silently.
'Climb onto my back.' The duo turned back to see Daedalus floating in the air behind them.
He had easily managed to sneak up on them but there was nothing that either of them could do about it.
Zack and Emma then climbed on the eagle's back before he took off and left the place behind.
Icarus too got the signal from his brother and with another powerful scream, all of them exited the place.
'You guys need to get stronger quickly or else a ti will co when we won't be able to help you.' Daedalus said telepathically as Zack sighed.
'We want to get stronger too and believe when I see that we want to do that more than anything.'
The only way for them to level up further was if they went ahead and talked to the king again.
Jonathan was responsible for the citizens of the Eizenburgh kingdom and the duo counted under them too.
So if what they thought was correct, there was a chance that they would be able to make the king spare them a quest.
"So we are going to butter him up again?" Emma asked with a sigh as Zack nodded.
"We don't have any other choice left."
