These were the states once achieved by ancient powers as recorded in the scriptures of the Bright Temple's Vajra Kung Fu,
In this End Dharma Era, the attainnt of Grandmaster Realm through the refinent of Viscera was already the highest achievent among the currently serving masters of the Bright Temple.
Chen Yi listened with longing, but he did not get ahead of himself. He decided to take things step by step,
First, complete the five stages of body refining.
According to Monk Kong Jian's narration and Chen Yi's understanding and speculation,
