“Actually, I also have sothing to say,” Su Mian sat down beside Lu Rui.
She wanted to talk to Lu Rui about Lu Ting’s situation.

“Boarding school?” Su Mian said irritably, “No way! It’s her senior year now, if you send Tingting to boarding school, what would she think of us? Won’t that make her even more anxious?”

Lu Rui gave a bitter smile, “You know Qiaoqiao’s personality, how could she possibly tell us? If President Pei hadn’t ntioned it to , I would never have known in this lifeti.”
He had not told Su Mian about Qiao Yun being bullied at school, afraid it would worry her.
Su Mian’s voice was strained, “I’m not a qualified mother. Qiaoqiao has been back for so long, and only now do I realize I completely don’t understand her.”
Qiaoqiao was too well-behaved, never crying, causing a fuss, or complaining. Su Mian took for granted that Qiaoqiao had adapted to life here.
