"How many Heretic Feng Shui Masters are there within this provincial city?"

Yin Tian slowly asked.

Upon hearing this, Master Lu imdiately shook his head, "I don’t know. We Heretic Feng Shui Masters always act alone, never in contact with other fellow Daoists. Even if we do make contact, it’s all done through phone calls, not knowing each other’s locations."

"However, I can be certain that within this provincial city, there definitely isn’t just myself as a Heretic Feng Shui Master."

Yin Tian nodded in satisfaction, then asked another question, "Recently, did the Heretic Feng Shui Masters make any significant moves?"

"I don’t know."

Master Lu shook his head again, "How would soone like , a re underling, know about any major actions?"

"So you’re just a small fry after all. And here I thought I had caught a big fish."

Yin Tian spoke helplessly, his expression peculiar as he glanced at Master Lu, "No wonder your Feng Shui Skill is so poor."

Master Lu’s face turned red with an urge to retort, but he ultimately held back.

"Give your phone."

Yin Tian reached out his hand toward Master Lu.

Master Lu hesitated, looked at Yin Tian, and finally reached into his pocket and took out a phone.

He handed the phone to Yin Tian, "No password."

"Hmm."

Yin Tian acknowledged as he fiddled with Master Lu’s phone.

Seeing that Yin Tian’s attention wasn’t on him, Master Lu tried to secretly bite the poison capsule hidden in his mouth.

But just as his tongue touched it, a hand suddenly shot out and grabbed Master Lu’s throat, lifting him off the ground.

Master Lu struggled desperately, his hands clawing at Yin Tian’s fingers, to no avail.

Yin Tian’s eyes kept on the phone in front of him, yet his indifferent voice ca through, "I told you, don’t think the sa thod can be successful twice in my presence. That’s impossible."

Thump!

Yin Tian loosened his grip, and Master Lu fell to the ground.

He clutched his throat, gasping for air in great heaving breaths.

Soon, Yin Tian tossed the phone back to Master Lu, "Nice security asures. You didn’t leave a single trace."

Master Lu remained silent, unwilling to divulge any confidential matters.

"An organization like yours isn’t like a group of undisciplined soldiers."

Yin Tian looked at Master Lu with a smile, "You... definitely have a superior, don’t you? Soone who informs you whenever there’s movent."

"I don’t have any other demands, just tell who your superior is, and I’ll spare you. How about that?"

Master Lu just stared intently at Yin Tian.

Suddenly, his body shuddered, and a stream of black blood trickled from the corner of his mouth.

Yin Tian’s expression changed slightly, and he moved quickly forward, then noticed that Master Lu was holding a silver needle that was turning black — evidence it was coated with a lethal poison.

"Damn it!"

Yin Tian cursed quietly, not expecting the man to have a second plan!

He had been watching for any movent in Master Lu’s mouth, not anticipating that Master Lu would actually use a poisoned needle to end his own life.

"Damn it..."

Yin Tian muttered.

It had been hard enough to capture a Heretic Feng Shui Master, yet he still had failed to extract any information from him.

"Sigh..."

Yin Tian sighed, turning to look at Chen Yu’s stepmother.

The beautiful woman was pressing her hands tightly over her mouth, leaning against the wall, her face pale.

Upon seeing Yin Tian turn to look at her, her body trembled even more, her eyes brimming with tears of fear.

"As you have seen, he committed suicide, which has nothing to do with ."

Yin Tian spoke indifferently, "As for you, I never intended to kill you. After this, we probably won’t see each other again."

The beautiful woman trembled uncontrollably, unable to utter a complete sentence.

After glancing at the beautiful woman again, Yin Tian shook his head and stepped out of the courtyard.

Minutes passed.

Yin Tian had completely disappeared, and inside the courtyard, only the beautiful woman and the body of Master Lu remained.

Suddenly, all signs of terror faded from the beautiful woman’s face, replaced by a cold hardness.

She stood up, her expression indifferent, and walked over to Master Lu, "Well done, you didn’t give away my identity."

"But I guess even you did not know that the one issuing you orders was ."

She kicked Master Lu’s body with her foot, a disdainful sneer appearing on her face, "It’s about ti. It seems I can’t stay in this provincial city any longer. Otherwise, I really would have liked to play with you a bit more."

The "you" she referred to was naturally Yin Tian.

"Such a pity..."

The beautiful woman reached up and peeled off a Human Skin Mask from her face, revealing an older yet still enchantingly beautiful visage, "Since I can’t continue playing with you, guess I’ll see you in the Imperial Capital..."

As she spoke, she casually tossed the Human Skin Mask onto Master Lu’s body.

Then, she strode off toward the distance with her long legs...
