When I ca to, I found myself in Yoo Eun-ha's space.

I was seated at a table, directly across from the author. Yoo Eun-ha stared at for a mont, her gaze sharp and unrelenting, before letting out a deep sigh.

“Haah, so you finally went through with it, huh?”

“Went through with what?”

“When I woke up, I found this written in my notebook—it says you devoured Seo Ji-yeon.”

She pulled out the notebook resting on the desk and showed it to .

“Really?”

So, that notebook records all of my actions.

“When do you plan on turning her into a monster?”

“Hmm, not sure. I’ll do it whenever Seo Ji-yeon wants it. No rush, right?”

After all, Seo Ji-yeon had already risen to the top ranks as one of the strongest characters in the previous series. In terms of digital monsters, she was practically a ga-level. Her transformation wasn’t urgent.

Of course, turning her into a monster would an she could use her abilities instantly, without needing to move a finger—that would be convenient, though.

“Well, depending on how you fight, she might already be stronger than Yoo Jin-seok.”

Take positioning, for example.

Right now, Yoo Jin-seok was weakened after losing the Divine Sword. His power wasn’t what it used to be.

But I wasn’t summoned here for a debate about who would win between Korea and Japan.

“So, why did you call today?”

“China might start moving soon. In preparation, the Baekhwa Cult needs to put in more effort. Thanks to soone wiping out all the hunters under Ha Jung-seok, the stage is set.”

Well, that had to be done. Sure, it was a bit of a waste, but if I hadn’t taken care of it, Ha Jung-seok would’ve kept underestimating and sending trouble my way.

“Alright. I’ll take responsibility for it.”

“Then go ahead and head back. I need to get so sleep now.”

Yoo Eun-ha waved her hand dismissively, like she couldn’t be bothered anymore.

Seriously, calling here and then sending off? Her attitude is sothing else.

“You always seem to sleep just as I’m about to leave. Do you really like sleeping that much?”

At my comnt, she pressed her temples with her fingers and spoke.

“Maybe because I want to have sweet dreams? Who knows.”

Sweet dreams, huh. I feel like I’m always having them.

If she says to go, then I’ll go. Not like I have much choice.

“Alright, I’ll be off then.”

I got up from my seat and lay down on Yoo Eun-ha’s bed, ready to drift off to sleep.

Next ti, though, I hope we can have a more aningful conversation.

***

When I woke up, I realized I had been sleeping on Seo Ji-yeon’s lap. She was gazing down at with a loving expression on her face.

When had our positions switched?

She must have woken up before and adjusted her posture.

Ah, I really just wanted to stay like this and keep sleeping.

If Rachel catches wind of this, though, I’m 100% getting a month-long punishnt involving her infamous "snake soup."

“This is why I can’t help but like you,” Ji-yeon said.

She was just too lovable.

“I feel the sa. After being this close to you, I can’t help but find you incredibly endearing.”

She gently stroked my hair with a soft touch.

Of course. Any woman I set my sights on never ends up disliking .

Damn, I’m getting turned on again. Should I go for another round? Rub against her, lose myself, and have so fun?

I sat up and abruptly pulled her into an embrace.

“How about one more ti?”

“No can do. I really have to go see Choi Cheol-sik today. If I don’t, he’ll start getting suspicious.”

“What’s the big deal? You’re a Baekhwa Cult executive now. Does it really matter if you skip?”

Honestly, quitting that whole charade might be a good idea. If your spouse is a villain, shouldn’t it be natural to leave the association?

“That’s exactly why I need to go. To keep up the spy act.”

Ji-yeon smirked wickedly as she spoke.

And there it was again—that familiar stirring below. Damn it, I needed to hold back. But I couldn’t.

“You’re seriously driving insane.”

“Why?”

“I just want to pin you down right now. Honestly. You always know exactly what to say to get going.”

“Well, of course. I only say what I know you’ll like.”

She no longer begged for Yoo Jin-seok’s love. Now, I was the one she longed for.

What an absolutely charming woman.

“Fine. Call when you’re done.”

“Okay.”

Leaving Ji-yeon’s house, I wandered the streets. Should I go back ho?

If I did, I’d definitely get forced to eat that snake soup punishnt Rachel had prepared for .

She had already sent several obsessive texts through my Magic Gear.

Bzzt. Bzzt.

There it was again—another ssage from Rachel, most likely.

I pulled out my Magic Gear from my pocket as it vibrated, but thankfully, the ssage wasn’t from Rachel.

[At 4 PM today, Inolbu will launch the terraforming magic-powered unmanned spacecraft. Please take care of it.]

“Ah, so today’s the day.”

I already had a plan in place.

Inolbu had started a side business to scrape together so extra cash. It wasn’t just spacecraft—they even opened a fried chicken shop.

His family personally fried the chicken, which made sense, considering that lunatic worked his relatives to the bone to expand his own abilities.

But to his credit, he did distribute the money fairly. His relatives, despite being treated like employees at a black-market company, worked like fools for him.

It was the sa dynamic as Heung-bu’s family in the old tales: no matter how poor they were, they sohow found strength through unity—or in this case, exploitation.

An interview even revealed that the Inolbu family had perfected their own secret thod for frying chicken, claiming it would make them rich.

Now, I was planning to use that chicken shop as my leverage.

***

As soon as I arrived at the fried chicken shop, I decided to first observe the internal dynamics. Focusing magic into my ears, I enhanced my hearing. From the kitchen, I could hear soone yelling.

“Ugh! Brother-in-law! How many tis do I have to tell you, that’s not how you fry chicken!”

“S-sorry, brother.”

“Go make so pickled radish instead!”

“Brother, about my salary this month...”

“You expect a paycheck after frying chicken that poorly? You’ve ruined three chickens this month alone!”

“My salary is only 150, and even if we deduct the price of three chickens—”

“Shut up! Go make the radish already!”

Brother-in-law? Brother? So Inolbu’s younger brother, Heung-bu’s wife, was working here part-ti?

Wow, what a piece of work. Truly trashy behavior.

I had half a mind to feel bad for them, but nah—this chicken shop definitely deserved to go down.

Making my presence known, I walked inside.

“Hello.”

“Welco! Oh, such a cute young lady. What can I get for you?”

Sure, I know I’m cute, but damn, this woman is ugly. She had the perfect evil face, fitting for Inolbu’s wife.

And then I noticed Heung-bu’s wife in the back...

Wow. I wanted to approach her. She’s had kids, but how does she still look so pure?

No, focus. This isn’t the ti to get distracted. My mission here is to ruin this shop.

“Hmm, I’ll have a ‘Nolbu Chicken,’ please.”

“Are you sure? A whole chicken might be too much for you to finish.”

A whole chicken? Easy. If I could devour Kim Jae-soo’s parents in one bite, this was nothing.

“Oh, don’t worry. I’m a mukbang T-Tuber, after all. I’ve got this.”

“Really? Well, in that case, I’ll make sure you’re well taken care of. Wait right here. I’ll fry it up for you.”

Yes, hurry up and fry it. The sooner you do, the sooner I’ll ruin everything.

“Here’s your chicken, along with so radish and cola—it’s all on the house!”

Inolbu’s wife served the fried chicken quickly, along with the extras, probably thinking my positive review would boost their popularity.

I picked up a piece and took a bite.

Crispy, greasy batter and decent-quality chicken.

...But honestly, Kim Jae-soo’s parents tasted better.

I had considered sparing the shop if the food was amazing, but nope—not good enough.

“Hm, this is quite tasty. The interview wasn’t exaggerating.”

For human standards, it wasn’t bad, but Rachel’s cooking set my expectations way too high.

“Right? Eat up!”

As I pretended to grab more chicken, I discreetly opened a subspace portal in my palm, slipping the drumsticks and wings inside.

In short, I made them disappear entirely.

“Uh, excuse , but why is there only one drumstick here, and both wings are missing?”

“W-what are you talking about? Missing?”

“Look! They’re not here. I only ate the breast and neck portions—I haven’t even touched the drumsticks or wings.”

“What? No way. That’s ridiculous.”

She looked genuinely flustered, but co on—how can you defend yourself when you’re Inolbu’s wife? Just deal with this absurdity like a champ.

“Are you seriously going to keep denying it? Look, they’re gone! What’s the aning of this? Are you mocking your custors?”

“Miss, you shouldn’t accuse us like that. Did you drop them on purpose or sothing?”

Drop them on purpose? Well, yeah, I did, but not in the way you think.

“I haven’t even left my seat. Check the CCTV if you don’t believe —I’ve only been holding the chicken.”

She checked her Magic Gear and paled. It was clearly the shop’s mistake. Normally, offering a replacent chicken would resolve the issue, but that’s not my plan.

And I had recorded everything, including Heung-bu’s wife being scolded earlier.

“What? This can’t be... it’s true?”

“Unbelievable. I ca here despite the risks of dealing with villains, only to be treated like this.”

“Who are you, anyway?”

Finally realizing the gravity of the situation, Inolbu’s wife recoiled. If she wanted to know who I was, I owed her an answer.

I took off my sunglasses and used magic to summon my signature nun’s habit.

“I am Baekhwa! Today, you’ve made a grave mistake as the owner of this chicken shop. I’ll be taking this matter directly to Inolbu!”

“B-Baekhwa? The villain? W-wait!”

Wait? There’s no waiting in my world.

“Humph!”

I left the shop and, with Kate’s help, teleported to Gaeseong.

The chicken shop was just a stepping stone. It’s laughable for a villain like to get involved in such petty matters, but hey, it worked.

Gaeseong was ho to the spacecraft launch pad owned by the Nolbu Space Research Institute.

Today was the big day: the launch of their magical terraforming spacecraft.

On stage, Inolbu stood before a crowd of people and reporters, delivering a speech.

“Ladies and gentlen, today marks a historic mont as the unmanned magical spacecraft, Gapnolbu 1, launches for Mars’ terraforming! Anticipate it eagerly. The countdown will begin shortly, and today, you’ll witness the pinnacle of Korea’s magical space technology!”

Hearing his speech, a perfect line popped into my head. This was my chance.

Carrying a box filled with chicken bones, I strode confidently into the scene and shouted:

“Cut the crap! What technology are you even talking about? And the spacecraft? You an one missing parts, just like your chicken?!”

“W-who is that?”

The crowd turned to in shock, their surprise doubling as they recognized .

It must be shocking to see here instead of lurking around Songdo or Gyeonggi-do.

But really, this had to be done.

After all, Ha Jung-seok, my superior, had been humiliated internationally. How could I let his subordinate, Inolbu, walk away unscathed?

“I’ve co to condemn Inolbu and his wife for deceiving hunters and citizens. I am Baekhwa!”

“What? Baekhwa?! A villain! Stop her! Don’t let her near the spacecraft!”

Inolbu’s hunters scrambled to block my path. Their attempts to prevent from approaching the spacecraft were almost laughable.

I raised a single finger.

By now, Baekhwa TV was famous, and every hunter here knew what my raised finger ant.

“Hey, you lapdogs of the Blue House! This is my ability, the sa one I used to raid it! If you don’t want to die, don’t ss with !”

As I wiggled my finger, teasing a snap, Inolbu’s hunters parted like the Red Sea.

Yeah, no one wants to die unnecessarily.
