Saint Jaygarcia Saturn laughed heartily.
He had been worried that Kaido would join Pops at Marineford to stir up trouble, but it seed he had worried too much.

"A war between the Beasts Pirates and the Neo Navy, and no one knows who will have the last laugh."

If Caelan were rely a Yonko like Kaido, they would not be so concerned.
