"Demon king, this is the place that we’re inspecting today."

Though I was addressed as "demon king", it was clear by the tone that they took that they didn’t have any respect for .

I wasn’t surprised by them acting this way since I already knew that they didn’t have any respect for .

It wasn’t just the leaders that didn’t have any respect for , all of the other demons had no respect for either.

Though to be fair, it wasn’t as if I had ever done anything that was worth their respect.

Simply put, I had never demonstrated my strength other than showing the demon king energy that I had as part of my class to the leaders of the different demon tribes.

For a race like the demons where strength was everything, it wasn’t strange that they didn’t respect soone like who had never shown any kind of strength. As far as they were concerned, I was nothing more than a puppet that had been put on the throne.

It would be strange if they respected soone like that.

Still, I didn’t care at all about the way that I was treated.

After all, the more that they looked down on , the more that they ignored .

The more that they ignored , the more things that I could do under their noses.

When the ti ca, they would be surprised by the things that I showed them.

The place that we had arrived at was the Plains of Blood.

This was the place where the farming project would be taking place, which was why we had co to inspect the land ahead of ti. Though when it ca to demons and farming, this wasn’t sothing that they were familiar with.

Only the ones weak enough to worry about this would have to farm for themselves.

So there weren’t that many that actually had knowledge of farming.

Those that were strong enough would just simply steal the crops from those that were weak.

The ones that had been sent to inspect this place with were those from weaker tribes, but they didn’t actually disrespect . At the very least, their instincts told them that I was a demon that was of higher rank than them.

But in the first place, these were the weakest of the weak demons.

They were demons that any other demons could beat, so it wasn’t as if receiving their respect was sothing to be impressed by. They would worship almost all demons since they were at the bottom of the food chain.

Still, I didn’t take advantage of them.

I knew that these weaker tribes had their specialties and I wanted to obtain their loyalty as soon as possible.

If I could obtain this now, then it would be very useful in the future.

But right now, it was more important to explore these Plains of Blood.

These Plains of Blood were nad this way because of the appearance that it had.

This was a place that was completely blood red in colour.

The soil was just dyed this red colour instead of being the normal brown colour.

It really seed like this place was a place that was completely covered in blood with how red it was here.

And the reason for that was because this place had once been covered in blood.

The reason why the soil was like this was because of the blood that had once stained these lands.

This place had been the place where a large battle between demons had been fought. It wasn’t just a battle between tribes, it was a battle between almost the entire demon race.

That was because there was a demon king that had been completely enthralled in fighting, so he brought all of the demons here to fight.

It was a ti where the entire demon race had almost disappeared because of this demon king.

The blood that soaked these lands from that ti left behind this red colour, which was why it was called the Plains of Blood.

"It’s better to call this place the Plains of Iron." I couldn’t help muttering under my breath.

This wasn’t knowledge from the ga, but rather knowledge from my past life.

I knew that the reason why the Plains of Blood was like this was because of the iron that was left behind after all of the blood dried from that ti. Once the blood disappeared, the only thing that was left behind was the iron that rusted and turned red.

Though thinking about it...it also made sense to call it the Plains of Blood still since it was iron in hemoglobin that gave it its red colour in the first place.

"Alright, go ahead and scatter the things that I had you gather. Once you’re done, start monitoring the dirt and then plant the seeds once it returns to its normal colour."

There were many looks of doubts that were cast in my direction when I gave these orders, but I didn’t care. Since the other demon tribes were focused on the invasion of the human race, they had left this matter to completely.

So that ant that I was fully in charge of this place.

What I had them bring was li powder.

This was the only thing that would fix the red soil and allow us to plant here. Otherwise the iron in the soil would stunt the growth of the plants that we brought.

This was the reason why cultivating this land had failed in the past.

While they were scattering the li powder, I said, "I’m going to take a look around. Just keep working on this."

There were just a few grunts that answered.

They didn’t really care what I did since most of them thought that this would be a waste of ti.

But for , this was anything but a waste of ti.

The special item that I wanted was waiting for here, so I had to go and get it.
