"Disgusting."
That was the only word that filled my mind when I swallowed the goblins.
It really was a rank taste that these goblins had, but that was to be expected from creatures that lived out in the woods that just didn’t shower.
Before swallowing them, I could even see the dirt and mud that covered them.
They really weren’t clean at all...
Still, I just pushed my way through it and obtained a few skills from them.
Since they were basic monsters, it wasn’t as if there were many skills that they possessed.
The fact that I was able to get these skills from them was already a surprise.
Then after swallowing the fifth goblin, I was surprised by the next skill that I received.
"Goblin Transformation obtained."
It was already lucky enough that I had gotten the Human Transformation Skill from the first humans that I ate, but now I also got the Goblin Transformation Skill as well...
It really seed like I was a bit too lucky...
After all, the Absorption Skill only had a 10% chance of obtaining a skill from a target that was eaten and I had already gotten plenty of skills from the other goblins. It didn’t seem likely that I would be getting skills each ti that I ate a monster.
"Is it just because of my luck stat?"
That was the conclusion that I ca to after thinking about it for a while.
That was the only thing that could explain what had happened.
The luck stat was a special stat that one couldn’t increase, it was sothing that was assigned when a character was made. The only way to increase it was to roll until one was able to get a relatively higher luck value.
But the main body didn’t do that with any of the avatars that were created.
The reason that we all had high luck values was all because of the shared stats.
Even the luck values were shared, which ant that all of us had luck values that were much higher than normal.
Luck could affect a character in many different ways.
If one had a crafting profession, then it would make it easier for them to create higher level items.
If one had a fighting profession, it would increase the crit rate and chances of a skill procing.
That was what happened with my Absorption Skill.
Even though it was only 10%, the increased luck skill made it proc several tis in a row.
With all of these skills, it wouldn’t be a problem for to pose as a goblin and sneak into the goblin camp.
But was there anything to gain from taking control of the goblins?
This wasn’t a story about a certain sli that rose up with a tribe of goblins after all.
Instead, I used my Mana Vision to see what else was in the area.
With the commotion that was caused, it only seed likely that there were other monsters that were drawn in.
But to my surprise, there wasn’t anything here.
Though it was strange that there wasn’t anything here.
I imdiately raised my guard since I knew that there was sothing hiding in the area around .
"To think that a sli would be able to notice . It’s clear that you’re not just any normal sli." A voice ca from all around , but I was able to pinpoint the direction that this voice ca from.
Even if they tried to make it seem like their voice was coming from all around, it was easy for to pinpoint with my Mana Vision Skill.
Once I found the thing hiding in the dark, it suddenly broke out in laughter again.
"You really are a special sli that you’re able to see through like this."
It was as if it had suddenly appeared out of nowhere with the way that its figure suddenly appeared.
This was a dragon.
But it wasn’t just any dragon, this was a small black dragon.
Once the black dragon appeared, it suddenly changed forms and took the form of a human. Though the form that it took wasn’t that of an adult, this black dragon took the form of a child.
That was all because this dragon was actually a child.
With the way that it acted and how small it was in dragon form, it was clear that it was a child.
After landing in human form, the black dragon said, "I’ve already shown this much courtesy, will you refuse to do the sa?"
I didn’t respond right away, but in the end I changed into human form.
After transforming into human form, I said, "It’s not that I didn’t want to show courtesy, it’s just that I’m not used to transforming into human form. I just got this ability not that long ago."
The black dragon didn’t answer as it just looked right at with a surprised look on its face.
I couldn’t help finding it strange how the black dragon was looking at , but I didn’t say anything as I waited for a response.
"You’re quite handso in human form, aren’t you?"
I was completely caught off guard when I heard this, but then I slowly realized that this was a female black dragon...
I didn’t actually know what I looked like after taking human form, but since this was an avatar that was created based on the main body...
With the way that the other avatars turned out, it wasn’t as if this sli avatar would lose in terms of looks after transforming into human form.
It was just a surprise that this female black dragon cared about looks in human form like this...
When the female black dragon ca back to her senses, she asked, "So you took care of that carriage and learned how to transform into a human? Then the goblins found the carriage and attacked you?"
I nodded in response to this summary that she gave.
Seeing this, the female black dragon then asked, "But where did you co from?"
