After all the grand proclamations, the only thing left was none other than the crowning ceremony.
But instead of rushing in and proceeding towards the final step... Kahn instead made another declaration.

"From the very next day, the empire’s treasury and many of the resources will be allocated to different departnts.
Many new institutions will be ford, and the existing ones will also receive a great amount of funds to help the citizens of the empire." he spoke with a stern and regal tone.
"Whether it’s making new roads to connect villages or cities, burrowing mountains to create tunnels, building dams or new railway tracks to improve communication and transportation... it shall be done.
There are people I have already selected to lead these ventures. People who are loyal to and our empire.
They not only hold the strength and qualification, but also skills and experience to firmly lead these future prospects and succeed without the slightest inconvenience." proclaid Kahn, and soon, a group of people walked on the large podium, the broadcasting caras focusing on them one by one.

Most of the people who witnessed yesterday’s battles, watched the recordings over and over again, were bewildered as well as anticipating the announcent after looking at the new arrivals.
As the coronation ceremony started, these people were following Kahn, but since the focus was on the man himself, many people almost forgot to pay attention to this group.
But now that Kahn’s announcent had their attention, everyone was finally rembering yesterday’s events.

He kneeled in front of Kahn as the latter took out Lucifer and perford a Knighting Ceremony.
"Sir Oga will be in charge of protecting and controlling the security of the capital, Rathna. Ensuring the safety of the citizens and the public order of all the provinces and districts within it.
He will also be the leader of the newly ford Order of the Royal Knights and the Imperial Army." declared Kahn.
"What?! That powerful warrior who could summon thousands of teors and completely destroy his opponent in a single exchange will be protecting the capital?!"
Many people were flabbergasted as the mories of Oga taking out multiple saints together with his powerful Starfall Rampage skill were still fresh in their minds.
Then, Rudra stepped up and kneeled in front of Kahn.
Although he still hadn’t fully submitted to Kahn, he too maintained the image of his subordinate in front of the empire.
"Sir Rudra will be the Imperial Executioner. His main responsibility would be to cull out criminal organizations, underworld societies, slave traffickers, as well as those who commit despicable acts by abusing their power, wealth, and influence.
I’m also granting him the full authority to execute rogue saints who harm the peace of the capital as well as common citizens." declared Kahn while performing the ceremony.
Those who witnessed Rudra’s indomitable spirit and his nigh indestructible body surviving the collective attacks of multiple saints at the sa ti were astonished to their core.
This person with violet horns, long white hair, and gray skin was simply too powerful.
And to see soone like him becoming the Emperor’s Executioner was terrifying, for the criminals and saints who wished to rebel in the future, of course.
Next, it was Blackwall. The invincible wall who not only perford the sa feat as Rudra... but didn’t even have a simple scratch on his body or his shield when he received the full brunt of 5 saints attacking him together.
"Sir Blackwall will be one of the Commanders-in-Chief of the Military.
He will lead the North and West borders of the Rakos Empire." stated Kahn.
Following the Abyss Knight subordinate was none other than the Prince of Darkness.
Ronin, in a pitch-black coat, arrived and kneeled respectfully in front of Kahn.
"Sir Ronin shall beco the Head of the Imperial Intelligence departnt, safeguarding the citizens from the dangers lurking in the shadows. The ones we often cannot see or forget about." declared Kahn.
Then ca Ceril, this ti under his preferred appearance of Loki.
His presence sent an eerie chill down everyone’s spine, but they all had witnessed his mastery over the 7 elents of nature.
He was most likely on the verge of becoming an Archmage even in the eyes of seasoned magicians.
What they didn’t know was that Ceril was also a master in the darkness elent, as well as possibly the best Necromancer in the whole Rakos Empire at the mont.
Just that those parts were intentionally hidden during yesterday’s battle, so as not to unsettle people during his appointnt today.
"Sir Ceril shall be the next Chief of the Ministry of Magic and Research Departnt." declared Kahn in front of the people.
People related to the magical fields and industry were beyond shocked. As for the reason why?...
Because it basically ant that Ceril would now control all the Magic Towers within the empire.
These magic towers were mostly controlled by the mbers of the noble factions. The research and technological advancents of the magic-related uses, accessories, artifacts, and resources that people used were always controlled and priced accordingly by the Ministry of Magic.
So in a way, they had an unshakable monopoly and could decide what kind of magical technology was released for public use.
If Ceril were to beco the Chief... he basically controlled all of their future actions as well as money and the resources that they have all been hoarding over so far.

The one to follow after was the Mad Alchemist and the Healer of the group, who often experinted on himself to create new potions and poisons.
Sir Armin will be the Health Minister who would also start many holess shelters, hospitals that would provide free dical healthcare for the poor people, and also lead many Alchemy Associations under his command across the empire to provide aid to those in need.
Whether it is a common citizen, the law enforcent officers, or soldiers in the military... You no longer need to fork out an exorbitant amount of money just to get rid of your headache.
He will soon introduce a health insurance program that all the honest taxpayers and their families to benefit from within the next few weeks." announced Kahn as he perford the ceremony.
People related to the Alchemy profession and businesses related to this class were no different from those of the magic towers.
They, too, were gobsmacked since they had already seen Armin’s immaculate control over the plant life, his use of biochemical weapons, and the unending life force.
For the first ti in their history, people had witnessed an Alchemist basically maim and beat the hell out of his opponents from various offensive and magical classes using tree vines and creatures made from trees.
And now that overpowered Alchemist was the Minister of Health as well as the central figure of all the Alchemy associations in the empire?
What could shock them more than this?
Then ca the turn for Oliver.
He was in his Hawkman form, his real appearance had already beco a hot topic since there were very few avian species among the demi-humans in the empire.
Oliver could be considered a rare specin even among those kind.
But what also couldn’t be forgotten was his grand display of control over the skies.
Because during yesterday’s battles, not only was he the only one left untouched by his enemies from the beginning till the end, he summoned so many typhoons and massive lightning strikes that shook the world around them.
Though they fought away from the citizens by creating different realms, the broadcasts showed how, as soon as Oliver used his domain... all the opponents beca helpless in just a few minutes.
The thunderous strikes from the sky, his massive and sharp arrows, as well as the chaotic typhoons, destroyed the multiple domains of the saints he was facing.
"Sir Oliver shall be the new Commander-in-Chief of the Empire’s Air Force.
He now has the full authority on my behest to control all the warships, flying ships, and aerial battle platoons across the empire," declared Kahn proudly.

Even the military forces were stunned. This warrior was simply way too overpowered due to his AoE attacks and skills.
His cold and ruthless eyes during yesterday’s battle sent shivers down the spines of his enemies and even the citizens who witnessed that battle.
So a powerful archer like him leading the empire’s air force?... They feared that enemy forces would be obliterated before the foot soldiers even had a chance to reach the frontlines.
And last but not least... walked an existence that suddenly put the whole empire on alert mode. The entity that struck the fear of death in the hearts of the enemies and allies at the sa ti...
