1045 Terms of Contract
Kahn revealed to Oga that in just a short amount of ti, the Great War with the Demon Empire would start and thus, he needed to have an entire army of his own; not just summoned subordinates he made from monsters and warrior class species, but actual living beings of Vantrea.

Obviously, he couldn't tell Rathnaar or anyone else about the changed tiline or so events of the future due to his promise to the Martial Emperor.
In the original tiline, the Martial Emperor aka future Kahn was still inside the Beast Empire, hiding his identity and t Argos Belmont only after it had been 2 years since the Conclave of Heroes.
As for the reason why the future Kahn told the current one about the exact ti for the Great War to begin… it was to prepare for what was coming.
One of those preparations included Kahn having his own army of capable warriors that served only him and no one else.
Kahn then turned to Legolas replica and handed out the cores of the saints he killed recently.
These were the cores of Hero of Ti's party mbers that fell by his sword when they fought as Semi-Saints in the peninsula created by God of Darkness.
He threw one at Oga and ordered Legolas to hand the rest to his other subordinates to help them increase their strength and hopefully break through to the next rank.
"With these, everyone including the subordinates I left in Rakos Empire will at least be 5th-stage saints when I et them.
Having my army of saints with their own domains is sothing even the Heroes and Heroines backed by an empire don't have. One after another, I have no weaknesses left at this point." spoke Kahn with a content smile.
There was a ti when he worked as an adventurer and a hired assassin just to get B rank mana cores and ores in Flavot City. "Well, I can't call him a person to be honest given how he is a creation of divine ability, having the bloodline of a Godbeast and possessing powers of various Saints of this world.
He even has Gravity Law surrounding him." said the samurai saint.
"He… he can tell all that just by looking at in a single glance?" asked Oga, slightly taken aback and astonished.
"Yes, he is different from other saints of this world. Not because he is a chosen hero but because he too practiced the Space Law and had even higher enlightennt than .
Besides…" iterated Kahn and asked in a stern voice…
"Do you still use Raijin and Kojin?"
"Yes. I train whenever I can. But unlike my Gravity Law skills… my swordsmanship skills have stagnated." replied Oga after nodding.
Currently, similar to how Kahn had Rathnaar's soul attached to him, Oga had the soul fragnts of Skoll and Hati etched into him.
The Mythical Rank wolves, also the Godbeast Fenrir's direct descendants, were helping Oga master the Gravity Law skills.
Kahn had no access to them and could not listen to them just like his subordinates couldn't listen to Rathnaar.
Nonetheless, they had still helped Oga gain 2nd enlightennt in the Gravity Law and as per his own words, he was close to attaining the 3rd enlightennt within a year.
However, as the Commander of Kahn's subordinates ntioned before, his swordsmanship skills had stagnated.
"And that's why I brought you here.

Because the main reason Oga had hit a plateau in his swordsmanship skills was because he practiced based on Kahn's mories of the samurai culture from various dia that the latter consud as Elric.

So when he learned about Miyamoto Musashi and intentionally forged Muramasa as a Katana instead of upgrading Lucifer or creating a different weapon… this was his main goal.

Yes, contrary to popular belief, Samurai also used bows and were proficient Archery Masters. And Kahn was going to use this opportunity to learn them as well.
"But in return…" spoke the 6th Hero of Space as he revealed the other side of their arrangent.
