Hana turned to Alex, who was standing by the door, and said, "You're not coming in?"
Alex shook his head, "I don't see the point. This is a eting for your high-level officials. I'm not by a re C rank Awakened. I'll just wait, I'm sure it wouldn't matter."
Hana was about to say sothing but Master Zhun Walked up to her. "Hmm, Let him be. He is correct in his statent. I don't think so people here would like to see him here, as with his current power Alex is only a C-Rank, not powerful enough to join us and give his opinions. The best he can do is stand outside and wait for it to end. "
Alex smiled after hearing Master Zhun's words, he would have probably been forced to enter the eting if Hana talked to him but Master Zhun prevented that.
Hana nodded and walked towards her seat as she said, "Don't go off running sowhere." Hearing her words, Along laughed and stood by the door. He looked around him, his entire surrounding felt like an office space but with a more serious vibe to it. He felt his pocket and then looked at the ceiling with dread.
'HOW DO I PASS MY TI NOW? I USED TO HAVE MY PHONE BUT I DON'T HAVE IT HERE!' Alex's phone wasn't in these words. He had left it in his apartnt but it probably wouldn't have been much of a use in another dinsion. 'I saw a few people holding phones in their hands this morning, So I guess I have to get one. As I rember, cleaning the monsters that co from inside the gate is good money, I might be able to get a few things as I level up. My first priority should be to get more powerful so I can have a stance in places like this and give out my views.' Alex, said as he looked inside the eting room.
As he looked in, Alex could feel that the aura was intense. It felt like they were ready to kill each other as soon as they can. Hana however looked like she didn't care. She just sat down, arms crossed and eyes closed. Alex smiled and shook his head looking at Hana and said, "She really doesn't like places like this does she?"

Master Zhun clapped his hands to get everyone's attention. "Let's be a bit more civilized and let's not put our personal grudges on any statents. We are humans and we are flawed. Let's just be accepting of everyone's words and opinions, be regardless of their rank. Now, let's begin the eting with the most important thing at hand. The reaper that sohow got away. In my entire life, as an awakened, I've never seen a reaper get away from us awakened. Especially a mind-controlled. It's common but they are mostly found a few ters away from the original side, NOT in our own highly secure facilities. But now, we should focus on what to do next." Master Zhun started the eting.
Everyone looked to be in deep thought when they heard Master Zhun. Alex waited and listened in on what they were saying, 'I guess this will be my new form of passing ti Listening to these people talk. But If I look inside, I can already see that a few people are angry at how Hana is Nonchalantly just looking at her phone. Well, she is her own person Plus, I think she id doing this to piss soone off." Alex said as he looked around the room, hoping to see if soone was angry by Hana's actions.
'Ah! There! The guy who seed to get the angriest when Master Zhun said that he couldn't see my powers. That guy is getting pissed off Hana.' Alex laughed as he looked around the hallway once again.
"Hello there." A man said as he walked past Alex.
Alex smiled back and replied, "Hello." The man nodded and entered the eting room, Alex looked at the man and smiled, 'Must have been a high ranking awakened to just waltz into the eting room like that. Alex said as he watched the man enter the room.
"Ah, Ryan. You're here." Master Zhun's delighted voice said as soon as the man entered the room. Alex once again peeked his head to see what was happening.
The man looked at Hana and smiled, "As grumpy as always, but don't you think today was an interesting day? I'm talking about your friend there." He said as he looked at Alex once more and smiled.
Alex smiled back and looked at the ground, his expression clearly showing confusion. 'What I don't rember seeing him anywhere in the room. What did I do for him to say that I was interesting?' Alex questioned as he continued to think.
So ti passed, the eting continued as normal. 'I can't even rember what they discussed. I zoned out for a few minutes and the next thing I know well, I don't know anything. They really hurried with making a conclusion of that topic" Alex sighed.
As Alex stood outside, he saw a figure walk past him and head into the room. Alex, curious about who it was, looked inside to see the man. Everyone looked confused by the man suddenly entering the room. Master Zhun looked at the man and said, "Brad, we don't need any food or water. This is a eting. Go back to your working desk." But the man didn't move from his spot. He was standing right behind Hana, a weird smile on his face.
Alex looked at the man carefully, and his eyes opened wide in horror.

Seeing this word instantly made Alex jump into Action, he quickly equipped the dagger and threw it towards the man. He knew that if he didn't prevent what was about to happen, Hana would be dead.
However, even before the dagger could reach the man, it shocked Alex to see that there was a hole in the wall and the man had disappeared.
