Zain’s smirk faltered as the enemy closed in.

Their eyes were full of rage, but there was sothing more now.

Sothing primal.

They could sense his growing power, the aura around him thickening with each heartbeat.

He felt it, too.

His body was already absorbing the blows.

The pain was becoming a catalyst.

Each injury, each slash, was feeding into his strength.

Without a second thought, Zain fully activated Angelic Demon Shift.

In an instant, his body was covered in a dark red aura.

Black and red horns sprouted from his skull, curling nacingly.

His muscles expanded, his body filling with a surge of power.

Massive wings, black with a glowing red undercurrent, erupted from his back, stretching wide.

Zain’s eyes flashed with a savage gleam.

"Now," he muttered to himself.

He felt the overwhelming energy coursing through him.

His heart was pounding. His body was trembling.

His anger burned, and he didn’t hold back.

The pain from the injuries only fed him more, pushing him toward sothing darker.

"Please be my food," Zain growled under his breath.

He could feel the demonic rage beginning to consu him.

His enemies moved in a coordinated charge.

The first slave, massive and built like a bull, rushed forward.

His iron skin gleaming like armor.

He swung a spiked club downward with the force of a battering ram.

Zain didn’t dodge.

Instead, he took it straight to his shoulder, the spiked club sinking deep into his flesh.

Zain roared, barely flinching.

He grabbed the end of the weapon and ripped it from the enemy’s hands.

He tossed it aside like it was nothing.

The slave stumbled back, shocked by Zain’s unrelenting strength.

Before he could react, Zain charged.

His fist crashed into the slave’s chest, sending him flying into the wall.

The tal-bodied slave staggered to his feet, but Zain was already on him.

Zain grabbed him by the shoulders and slamd him into the ground, breaking the concrete beneath them.

"Is that all?" Zain spat.

His body ached but the pain only pushed him further.

Another slave, this one smaller but quicker, lunged at Zain.

His sharp claws fully extended, aiming for Zain’s throat.

The slave slashed.

Zain didn’t move to dodge.

The claws cut into his face, leaving deep gashes along his jaw and cheek.

Zain laughed madly and excitedly.

"You want to play too?"

He grabbed the slave by the wrist, twisting it until a sickening crack echoed through the air.

The slave scread in pain, but Zain didn’t let go.

With a sudden jerk, Zain ripped the arm free, throwing the slave across the room like a ragdoll.

The pain was sweet.

Zain could feel it, each injury feeding the darkness growing inside him.

His wings flapped, and he surged forward again, faster than before.

The remaining slaves, two more, one with jagged tal armor and the other with venomous fangs.

They tried to overwhelm him.

The tal slave charged, his fist glowing with power.

While the other slave opened his mouth wide, releasing a stream of poisonous gas aid at Zain.

Zain’s body was already a feral storm, moving unpredictably.

His arms swung, shattering the incoming fists and blocking the poison with his raw power.

"You think you can kill with venom?" Zain taunted.

He closed in, his fists connecting with the tal slave’s jaw, crushing it with a single strike.

The slave staggered back, his helt crumpling under the force, but Zain wasn’t finished.

He grabbed him by the neck, lifting him off the ground with ease.

The poisonous slave lunged at him, but Zain saw it coming.

He spun, smashing the slave’s skull with a backhanded blow.

He sent him sprawling to the floor, his fangs snapping uselessly in the air.

The tal slave struggled in Zain’s grip.

"You’re all just puppets," Zain snarled.

With a sickening snap, Zain twisted the slave’s neck, silencing him for good.

Zain straightened, breathing heavily.

He could feel the heat in his body rising.

He was getting closer and closer to reaching the third stage.

More pain. More battle.

Zain turned toward the last remaining slave.

A feral beast with sharp claws and wild, unblinking eyes.

It was massive, towering over him, muscles rippling under darkened skin.

"Your turn."

Zain grinned despite the intense pain rippling through his body.

His broken hand was barely held together, fingers snapped and shredded, but he ignored it.

The beast roared, its fangs bared.

It launched forward, faster than Zain expected.

Its claws extending like blades aid straight at his throat.

Zain’s body moved without thought.

His body was a swarm of injuries, bruised, torn, and shredded.

His broken hand scread for relief, but there was none.

Zain barely registered it as he swiped at the beast’s claws.

He blocked the strike with a brutal punch to the beast’s chest.

The impact forced Zain back, his foot slipping in the bloodied ss beneath him.

But the beast was already on him again, its claws slashing down.

Zain’s movents were getting slower.

His wings flickered, each flap barely holding his body aloft.

Every breath burned, but he wasn’t going to stop. He couldn’t stop.

Zain’s eyes widened, his vision blurring as he saw the beasts around him.

More slaves, rising from the shadows, stepping forward from the far corners of the room.

They were the AA-ranked ones, the real threat.

Damn it.

Zain felt his body slow. The pain was overwhelming.

His broken hand hung useless at his side, his ribs cracked, his face a mask of gore.

"I can’t lose here," he muttered under his breath, his voice hoarse and desperate.

"I can’t..."

The slaves surrounded him.

More of them than he had anticipated.

They were fast. Stronger.

And there were so many of them.

But Zain, too, was relentless.

He roared, throwing himself at the nearest one with broken limbs and all.

His ripped body fought with sheer willpower.

But the pain ca crashing back. He staggered, barely able to stand.

He couldn’t stop.

He charged again, ignoring the pain of his shredded chest as another AA-ranked slave.

He grabbed him by the throat, lifting him off the ground.

Zain’s eyes burned with fury as the slave squeezed, choking him.

"You think you can stop ?" Zain hissed, his voice a growl of madness.

"I’m done playing."

With a final burst of strength, Zain twisted, sending the slave crashing back.

But Zain’s body was too broken.

His hand was ripped apart, his side pierced, and his vision flickering.

Almost there... almost at my limit.

But the pain—it only fueled him. Rage surged.

"I’ll kill you all," Zain snarled, voice rising into sothing feral.

Zain lunged at the remaining slaves, battering through their defenses.

His punches were wild and unrestrained, driven by pure madness.

His body was collapsing, but he refused to stop.

The slaves didn’t stand a chance against him now.

Not when he was this far gone.

Zain’s vision blurred, his body breaking down more with each strike, but he didn’t care.

"I won’t stop... I can’t..."
