"Groan, kill ..."

Ronald’s voice was filled with misery.

This reaction, akin to that of a startled bird, even took Qin Chu by surprise.

Goodness, what on earth did this man go through in the demon territory?

However, considering what Luo ng had said earlier about arranging for thousands of demons to ’entertain’ Ronald... It should probably be Ronald entertaining thousands of demons, right?

It’s estimated that he’s completely lost his mind, so such a reaction was quite normal.

But there definitely weren’t any issues with the food; Ronald was so full he wished he were dead.

Qin Chu didn’t rush to kill Ronald, although he was well aware that doing so directly would be the cleanest solution, but if that were the case, the revenge would be less enjoyable.

When one possessed sufficient strength, even toying with a mouse like a cat didn’t matter, and villains didn’t die from talking too much... He probably counted as a villain.

To this world.

Qin Chu wasn’t a good person, at least not in this lifeti.

In the human world, he deliberately ntioned the nobility and the deaths of ninety-three thousand civilians in front of Banar, repeatedly bringing up the nobles’ role in those deaths.

Onions also played a divine role, deepening the resentnt of these civilian soldiers toward the noble class.

He had no intention of guiding those civilians to rebel, to overthrow the Oville Empire or the nobles, as there was no aning in it for Qin Chu.

What he wanted was chaos.

The more chaotic it was, the less people would notice him.

It was the sa with the demons. Originally, among the many demons, Prince and Second Prince were the strongest. Eventually, Second Prince recognized the situation and chose to submit to Prince, leading to little internal strife among the demons.

Now, Qin Chu was fostering a Luo ng, causing ripples on the peaceful surface of the demon’s internal affairs. If Luo ng really had the capability, perhaps he might turn those ripples into a tsunami.

At that ti, humans would be in disarray due to the conflict between the civilians and the nobles.

Demons would be in disarray competing for the successor’s position.

Ironically, the human civilians’ leader would be grateful to Qin Chu for his past help and advice, while the nobles relied on the Hero.

On the demon side, Seventh Prince saw him as the most important partner.

Nobody knew that Mr. Brave was actually the one stoking the fires of chaos!

Just thinking about that scenario was quite entertaining.

But before that, he still needed to deal with Ronald first.

The nobleman’s body was curled up, trembling continuously as his eyes bulged out, unfocused.

It seed as if Ronald had seen sothing horrifying, or countless fearso, grotesque demons pouncing towards him. He couldn’t help but scream uncontrollably.

It was as if he had co to the deepest depths of Hell.

He scread loudly, like a madman.

Qin Chu was not in a hurry; he quietly stayed by his side, silently watching, wanting to see just how far Ronald would degrade.

He didn’t know how much ti had passed when Ronald finally realized that the visions he saw were rely his own illusions, and his spirit cald down slightly.

Then, to his surprise, he found that his surroundings no longer consisted of a cage surrounded by railings, but were instead a jungle.

He could no longer see the spectating demons around him.

Although he didn’t know the reason, it seed he had finally escaped from that cage.

In that mont, Ronald felt a profound sadness.

Just think about who he was — a distinguished gentleman, a mber of the Hero Team — what honorable status, what formidable strength?

Normally, wouldn’t those demons tremble with fear upon seeing him, terrified that they might not escape fast enough to save their lives?

But now, he was like a monkey caged and observed by so many demons.

Even facing such cruel tornt from the demons, all his dignity, all his glory, all his pride, had vanished over those few days—more humiliating than even the most wretched civilians or street beggars of the Oville Empire.

Thinking about how Luo ng, that bastard, had completely dispersed his Fighting Energy and even shattered his Fighting Elent...

A lifeti of hard training, gone.

For a Swordsman, that might be the most intolerable and unacceptable outco.

With a shattered Fighting Elent, the difficulty of training anew was imnse; even spending his entire life, he might never reach his forr heights.

Previously residing at the Peak of Heaven, he had suddenly plunged to the deepest depths of Hell, and the drastic fall made Ronald unable to hold back any longer; he covered his face with his hands and wept aloud.

Anyway, there was no one else here, no one to see his pathetic crying.

He was like a girl, arms wrapped around her shoulders, shivering.

That sight made even the compassionate Qin Chu sowhat uncomfortable.

He kindly passed over a tissue, "Hey, pitiful thing, don’t cry anymore, don’t cry, wipe your tears away, it’s all over."

"Oh, thank you," Ronald said subconsciously as he took the tissue and wiped the tears from his face.

Then, Ronald suddenly realized there was soone else here.

Since there was no Fighting Energy inside him, he hadn’t noticed anyone approaching.

Ronald opened his eyes wide with confusion. His head was still a ss, his consciousness and spirit highly disordered, and he only saw a tall, sowhat handso young man standing in front of him.

Of course, when it ca to appearance, Ronald was confident he was superior.

This mysterious youth left Ronald sowhat perplexed. Although his appearance was already disheveled, Ronald still tried to maintain his last shred of dignity.

He smoothed his nearly depleted hair with his hand and then stood up, bowing elegantly to Qin Chu, "Sir, was it you who saved ?"

"May I ask from which noble family you are? I shall certainly visit to express my gratitude another day."

Ronald spoke elegantly.

Yet, his brow furrowed almost imperceptibly.

Now, it appeared he had escaped from the Demon Territory, but his problems were far from solved... His Fighting Elent was destroyed, turning him into a crippled man.

But as long as he was alive, even though he had lost his strength, as a forr mber of the Hero Team, he could still enjoy the highest standard of treatnt in the Empire and live a worry-free life in the future.

However, if what he experienced in the Demon Territory was exposed, he would beco a complete laughingstock.

People might even regard him as a disgrace. As long as he was alive, this disgrace would persist, and then, one day, he might suddenly die from an illness, or perhaps kill himself from despair...

As soone from this world, Ronald understood better than anyone how corrupt and filthy it was.

So, everything he had experienced must be kept as the most important secret of his life, never to be revealed... If the person before him really rescued him, then he surely knew what Ronald had gone through in the Demon Territory.

To keep it a secret, he had no choice but to kill him...

This world was corrupt and filthy, and so was Ronald.

A surge of intense murderous intent flashed through Ronald’s chest, but the mont he considered that he was now disabled and unable to do anything, and that since this man had rescued him from the Demon Territory, he must be very strong, right?

His heart sank; he simply didn’t have the ans to kill this man. He hadn’t sensed any Fighting Energy or Magic Power from him either.

Qin Chu observed the changes in Ronald’s eyes and sneered inwardly. Sure enough, even without the act of backstabbing, Ronald was definitely no saint.

Suddenly, Qin Chu felt, that what Ronald had experienced in Luo ng’s territory was still insufficient. Perhaps he should let him suffer for a few days more.

Though he mocked in his heart, nothing showed on Qin Chu’s face. He just tilted his head and laughed, "Noble? Ah, no, I’m not a noble."

"I’m rely a passerby."

Not even a noble?

Ronald’s gaze carried a hint of disdain; after all, in this world, only nobles were considered people.

"Also, it wasn’t who saved you. I just found you lying here in the forest and happened to wake you up," Qin Chu said.

Ronald breathed a sigh of relief.

Could it be that the Demons thought he was already dead, so they discarded him in the forest as a corpse? Quite possibly, although humans were only food to Demons, he had been filthy and reeking at that ti, making him perhaps even repellent to Demons.

Unexpectedly, those filthy traces had actually played a role in saving his life.

So, he wasn’t really his lifesaver; he hadn’t done anything.

Then he probably didn’t know what Ronald had gone through in the Demon Territory.

This reassured Ronald sowhat, but, just to be safe, he still had to eliminate this man.

A re passerby, neither a noble nor possessing strong Fighting Energy or Magic Power — although Ronald was now a cripple, his combat experience remained, and it shouldn’t be difficult to kill him.

In any case, Ronald would not leave any possibility of his secrets being exposed.

While harboring malevolent thoughts, Ronald spoke, "Oh, is that so? Though it is so, I still want to thank you..."

His tone inadvertently carried a touch of arrogance.

Qin Chu didn’t mind and simply smiled slightly, "Oh, did you just say sothing about being unable to stomach it?"

Gross!

At that mont, Ronald’s complexion turned extrely sour, and an overwhelming nausea surged within him. This damned fellow, bringing back those terrible mories.

Suddenly, he noticed that Qin Chu was tossing sothing up and down in his hand. A closer look confird that it was indeed his storage ring.

Jie Luo’s Soul Fragnt was inside that storage ring.

Suppressing the murderous intent within him, he narrowed his eyes, "Esteed sir, that storage ring in your hand is mine. May I have it back please?"

"Of course..." Qin Chu casually tossed the storage ring back to Ronald.

The use of the storage ring did not require Magic Power, and Ronald could barely open it. Yet, just a glance was enough to see that everything in the ring, including Mana, Holy Crystal Stones, and Magic Scrolls, had vanished.

Most importantly, the Soul Fragnt of Lord Jie Luo had also disappeared.

This revelation made Ronald’s body shiver violently. Could it be that Luo ng, that bastard, had taken everything from him? Recalling how Luo ng had snatched away the storage ring imdiately after capturing him... To think that all his wealth and Lord Jie Luo’s Soul Fragnt had likely fallen into Luo ng’s hands, the thought that all his efforts and humiliations were in vain filled Ronald’s heart with imnse sadness.

"Are you looking for this?" Qin Chu smiled as he produced a crystal stone.

As Ronald saw what was in Qin Chu’s hands, his pupils contracted uncontrollably, and he couldn’t help but scream, "Why do you have it?"

Qin Chu did not respond to Ronald’s question. Instead, he placed one hand over his chest and bowed elegantly:

"Oh, revered White Muddy Swordsman... ah no, esteed Mr. Ronald, I’m afraid I haven’t introduced myself yet, how rude of ."

"Pleased to et you, my na is Qin Chu."

"I am the Second Generation Brave Warrior."

Hum...

In an instant, Ronald’s mind violently shook, everything turned pale.

The Second Generation Brave Warrior?
