Before he reached Qin Chu, with a wave of his hand, the sword blade imbued with Frost Battle Energy ripped through the air. Seven streaks of sword energy instantly pierced through the atmosphere, with a speed nearly imperceptible to the naked eye, enveloping Qin Chu from front, back, left, right, above, and below.
Hiss hiss hiss...
Amid the slight gasps of the audience, the sound of tearing through the sky split the heavens.
Qin Chu raised his head, calmly watching the rapidly approaching sword energies.
His right hand naturally fell to his side as silver Fighting Energy coiled and spread along his arm, quickly converging into a sharply ford long sword.
Though Qin Chu did not take the Prince seriously at all, considering him unworthy of being his opponent, he still paid considerable attention to the Prince’s strength.
This guy now possessed a Strength that was extrely close to Level 80.
His eyes had locked onto the trajectory of every sword energy around him.
The next instant, the long sword swept across in a flash.
Clang~~~
Seven clear clashes almost ford a straight line, and the seven streaks of sword energy instantly turned into fragnts scattering in mid-air.
The long sword, condensed from Fighting Energy, was buzzing and trembling in Qin Chu’s palm.
Blocked it...?
Clearly, this outco was beyond everyone’s expectations.
Around the stands, a group of people imdiately let out cries of despair, for they had heavily bet on Qin Chu failing within the first second of the fight; no one expected Qin Chu to block the Prince’s first round of attacks.
Another group was smug, having said that the Prince wouldn’t end the duel so easily and was bound to play to his heart’s content.
At this mont, the Fighting Energy within Qin Chu’s body suddenly surged violently, with silver flas fiercely coiling around his hair, shoulders, and limbs.
A large amount of Fighting Energy poured into the long sword along his right arm, as the blade extended, beca longer and thicker, and in an instant, it transford into a huge long spear.
Before everyone could react, Qin Chu kicked the tip of the spear, and it abruptly leaped into the air.
With a thud, it just managed to intercept the Prince, who had charged toward Qin Chu.
Qin Chu seed to have precisely predicted where the Prince would appear, a scene that caused the complexions of four bigwigs in the VIP seats to turn grave. Such anticipation requires thousands upon thousands of battles to form an instinctual reaction, how could Qin Chu have this ability?
The Prince’s expression shifted slightly, apparently not expecting his two attacks to be blocked by Qin Chu. Pivoting and twisting his waist as he was about to sweep his long sword towards Qin Chu’s neck, he found that the spear had already hissed as it thrust toward him.
An inch longer, an inch stronger.
The Prince was forced to retreat, increasing the distance between himself and Qin Chu.
But, Qin Chu’s offensive was not over yet.
He seed to have long anticipated the Prince’s reaction, taking a sudden step forward, his black hair fluttering, and his body tensing like a drawn bow, his right hand gripping the shaft of the spear tightly.
Whoosh!
The long spear was thrown out of his hand in an instant.
Like a teor tearing through the night sky, the spear vanished on the spot.
Only a silver streak of cold light appeared before the Prince’s chest as if it had teleported through space.
Even though Qin Chu did not spare it another glance, he accurately predicted where the Prince would be.
Where the silver long spear tore through, a terrifying storm was churned up, the air was intensely compressed due to the fierce impact and then suddenly exploded. The stone plate on the floor of the Duel Arena was instantly marked with a deep indentation.
The Prince’s eyes were about to split with rage, as he saw the long spear heading straight for his chest. Gritting his teeth tightly, without ti to dodge or block, his right hand swiftly reached for the spearhead, the Fighting Energy in his palm condensing into hard ice...
Screech!
Accompanied by an extrely unpleasant sound, the long spear and the Prince’s palm fiercely rubbed against each other.
The intense collision uncontrollably sent the Prince retreating backward until he slamd into a stone pillar with a bang, causing the entire Duel Arena to shudder for a mont.
Dense cracks appeared on the surface of the round stone pillar.
The long spear, ford from Fighting Energy, gradually dissipated.
Deafening silence filled the venue, this scene left countless people dumbfounded, even doubting if their eyes were playing tricks on them.
Why did the Prince, who seed to have a higher Level, a full 28 levels above, end up being the one at a disadvantage, how could this be possible?
This certainly can’t be true.
The Prince stood up straight again, annoyed that he hadn’t been able to defeat Qin Chu in a dashing manner to impress Rose Vesper with his handso and suave appearance.
"Is this your real strength?" he coldly asked.
"Not bad, it seems I have to take out a bit of my real skill to deal with you," the Prince said in a chilling tone.
He still maintained his pride as soone of higher status and greater strength.
"You’re quite long-winded, has anyone ever told you that you talk too much?"
"My ti is precious, I really don’t want to waste too much of it on you."
Qin Chu slightly stepped forward with his right foot.
The Prince’s face darkened, his smile growing more brutal. Was Qin Chu placing himself on the sa level as him?
A re Over 40-level warrior, and you think you’re worthy?
All of a sudden, the Prince felt a spine-chilling cold behind him.
Almost out of pure instinct, the Prince abruptly stepped to the side, and the next instant, a spike of earth shot up from the ground, almost grazing past the Prince’s thigh.
