The clever Asina would deduce from these ambiguous hints that Jie Luo’s Residual Soul might be attached to Qin Chu. Catherine’s deliberate obstruction further convinced Asina of her own judgnt.
When Asina appeared before him, he intentionally adopted a despicable, vicious deanor, saying things like "You wouldn’t want to see crush Jie Luo’s soul..." Qin Chu wasn’t really such a shaless person.
How could he use such a disgraceful thod to threaten a girl?
This was just to sully his own image to make the upcoming impersonation of Jie Luo seem more noble and credible—it definitely wasn’t what he wanted to say.
