The next morning, Garion did not imdiately train Rovak.
Instead, he sat near the base with several new sketches about weapons and training plans spread across a stone table.
For once, Garion looked like a real gym owner thinking about the future instead of a madman trying to crush soone with gravity.
Rovak arrived at the training field with his usual loud laugh. "Hahaha! Garion! What torture are we doing today?"
Garion waved a hand without looking up. "Rachel will train you today."
Rovak froze. "Rachel?"
Rachel stood nearby with a gentle smile. "Yes. I’ll be helping you today."
Rovak looked at her soft expression, warm aura, and calm eyes.
Then he looked back at Garion with disbelief. "Uh... are you sure?"
Garion turned his head toward him. "What?"
Rovak scratched his head. "It’s just... I an, look at her. She doesn’t seem like the type to train soone like ."
Dahlia, who was resting on a nearby rock, suddenly grinned. "Oh, this will be funny."
Rovak frowned. "What?"
Rachel only smiled at him. "Don’t worry. I won’t hurt you too much."
For so reason, Rovak felt a chill, though he had no idea where it ca from.
A mont later, training began.
Rachel only raised one hand, and soon, a warm pink aura covered Rovak’s body, surprising him.
He could feel his physical state becoming even better. Even the soreness from yesterday’s training began fading quickly.
Rovak’s eyes widened. "What’s happening to my body? Even my recovery doubled."
Rachel nodded gently. "That’s my power. I can strengthen the bodies of those near and increase their recovery."
Rovak grinned. "Hahaha! This is amazing!"
Then Garion’s voice ca from the side. "Good. Increase the weight."
BOOM!
The gravity around the training field directly increased, freezing Rovak’s smile.
Rachel smiled softly. "Since your body heals faster now, you can train harder."
Rovak slowly turned toward her. "Harder?"
Dahlia laughed. "Welco to hell."
For the next few hours, Rovak learned the disgusting truth about Rachel.
Although Rachel looked gentle, her training was absolutely brutal.
No.
Compared to Garion’s training, it was hell.
Whenever Rovak’s muscles tore, his bones cracked, or his energy nearly ran out, Rachel’s power quickly helped him recover.
So in the end, every ti Rovak thought he had reached his limit, he would recover a little in the next second, and Rachel would calmly say, "One more ti. You still have more in you."
By midday, Rovak was dragging a gravity sled across the field while wearing weighted chains and fighting against wind resistance.
His entire condition was terrible, but he could still laugh a little. "Hahaha... ha... damn..."
Rachel walked beside him with a calm smile. "Your left leg is slowing down. Keep your balance."
Rovak gritted his teeth. "You... noticed that too?"
Rachel continued to smile. "Of course. After all, I’m your trainer, so I’m checking everything while you train."
Then, just like before, Rachel’s power activated again. Rovak’s recovery speed increased, and his body recovered a little.
But at the sa ti, he frowned. Because recovery ant the training was not over.
And that ant the suffering would continue again and again without limit.
He looked at Rachel’s gentle smile and finally understood why Dahlia had laughed at him at the beginning.
Rachel was the kind of trainer who made sure everyone she trained survived long enough to suffer even more.
Rovak’s mouth twitched. "Goddamn sadist..."
Rachel tilted her head. "Did you say sothing?"
Rovak imdiately straightened his back. "I said your training is very effective!"
Rachel smiled. "Good."
Dahlia laughed loudly as she watched Rovak’s miserable condition.
Rovak kept pulling the gravity sled with tears of determination in his eyes.
For the first ti, he wondered if coming to God Gym had been bravery... or stupidity.
---
After Rachel finally ended the training, Rovak collapsed flat on the field.
His arms and legs were spread out like a dead beast, his chest rising and falling heavily.
Garion walked over with both hands in his pockets and looked down at him. "So? How was Rachel’s training?"
Rovak slowly turned his head and stared at Garion with tired eyes. "Your wife..."
Garion raised an eyebrow. "Yeah?"
Rovak’s mouth twitched. "She is a real sadist."
Garion paused for a second before laughing out loud. "Hahaha! Don’t let her hear that."
Rovak shivered slightly. "I already learned that lesson."
Garion sat down on a nearby rock and looked at the stormy sky. After a mont, he suddenly asked, "Rovak, do you know how to beco Star Realm?"
Rovak blinked for a mont before frowning and thinking for a while. "Star Realm?"
Garion nodded. "Yeah. I want to understand it properly."
Rovak scratched his head while still lying on the ground. "Honestly, I don’t know much."
Garion looked at him. "You don’t?"
Rovak shrugged weakly. "I only heard so things from the elders. They said that to beco Star Realm, your body, soul, and mana need to align with the Cosmic Universe."
Garion tilted his head. "Align?"
"Yeah." Rovak slowly sat up. "Basically, Awakening Realm ans you broke past the limits of your ho world. But Star Realm ans your existence truly becos cosmic."
He pointed at his chest. "Body. Soul. Mana. Everything has to adapt to cosmic laws and cosmic energy. Only then can you be considered a real cosmic lifeform."
Garion frowned slightly. "A real cosmic race..."
Rovak nodded. "Sothing like that."
Garion stared at him. "Then how do you do it?"
Rovak imdiately looked away. "Don’t ask ."
Garion’s face went blank. "What?"
Rovak coughed. "Our race is different. When Drakhor people grow up and their bloodline matures, most of us naturally step into Star Realm."
Garion stared at him for a long mont before sighing. "Of course you do."
Rovak grinned proudly. "Bloodline advantage."
Garion ignored him and fell into thought.
Atlas had once said that normal cosmic mana was like muddy water.
His God Physique was different because it was basically a prototype god body, and every cell could absorb higher-level energy directly.
Divine energy.
It was extracted from the muddy cosmic energy and refined into sothing so pure that most beings couldn’t even touch it unless they beca a god first.
Garion narrowed his eyes. "So even if I do nothing, I’ll eventually beco Star Realm?"
A tiny silver-haired figure appeared beside him, invisible to Rovak, and grinned.
[You got that right.]
Garion’s eyes lit up slightly. "I see. But is there a way to quicken it?"
Atlas shrugged without hesitation.
[Don’t know.]
Garion’s eyebrow twitched. "You don’t know?"
Atlas smiled innocently.
[Search yourself.]
Garion clicked his tongue. "Damn useless system."
Atlas pointed at him.
[Damn lazy owner.]
Rovak looked at Garion talking to empty air and frowned. "Are you arguing with the wind?"
Garion glanced at him and grinned. "Sothing like that."
Rovak nodded seriously. "This gym is really strange."
Garion looked back at the sky, his grin slowly fading into thought.
He wasn’t only thinking about the next training plan, which would include weapons.
He was also thinking about Star Realm.
He clenched his fist lightly. "Looks like I need to study more than training now."
