On the prison grounds, Selene is forced to fight with another female prisoner, Reina. This happened because Reina challenged her, feeling that she did not want to lose to Selene who had been talked about in the prison as the strongest woman there.
She was disgusted and also envious, even though she had been the one who was considered the strongest and most feared woman in the prison, because of the cactus she had done.
However, Selene, who was still considered a new resident, had earned that nickna in just a few weeks. Naturally, she did not accept this, as the nickna that she should have had was taken away from her.
Therefore, she challenged Selene to a fight to prove that she was the strongest. However, she was actually defeated by her.
'How can that be? How could she beat , I was the strongest all along!' she said to herself with a feeling of anger.
When Selene grabbed her hair, raising her head to look at her. Reina was already completely surrounded by vengeance.
"You owe one punishnt. Now it's ti for you to take off your clothes and start touching yourself," Selene said.
Reina, who did not accept that, imdiately took out a knife from her pocket. This startled Selene, as well as the other prisoners and the warden.
They are not allowed to keep sharp objects. Then how did Reina get the knife?
Before she had ti to react, Reina imdiately stab Selene's thighs deeply enough to make the woman gasp in surprise and imdiately fall down. She then pulled back the knife, trying to stand up to stare at Selene with the knife in her hand.
"Damn it, you're playing dirty with a weapon!" said Selene angrily, her blue eyes becoming intense and full of hatred for Reina.
"I don't care. I should be the strongest here, not you! You took my title!" she snapped despite her broken teeth.
Selene frowned when she heard that sentence. It wasn't her fault that people considered her the strongest in the prison rather than Reina. And now that woman wanted to get rid of her just because of stupid gossip from people?
She tried to get up even though her left thigh was injured quite badly. Blood was flowing profusely, when the wardens intended to save her Reina was blocking them.
"If anyone dares to co close, I'll kill you! I can do just fine with this knife!" she shouted.
So of the prisoners didn't dare to co closer, and the wardens were afraid of her threats. Although there were still guards who intended to grab the knife. But Reina's movents were very fast.
It was as if they were not even given the chance to take a single step closer, even just to examine the wound on Selene's thigh. Under these circumstances, Selene could lose a lot of blood due to the wound on her thigh.
But of course, the other prisoners were cheering and wanted Reina to continue the fight.
'Damn, it hurts like hell. But she won't let anyone pass by to save , I have to do sothing without waiting for help from them,' Selene thought as she monitored the situation.
Struggling, Selene tried to move away from Reina as there was no way she could fight her under these circumstances. She was in excruciating pain, and honestly her body felt so weak from the pain. She could collapse at any mont, but she knew she couldn't give up now or Reina would really kill her.
She then turned her head in a direction to her right. Selene raised her hand, then she clenched her right hand three tis, opened it three tis and closed it three tis in that direction.
This was noticed by Reina who imdiately made fun of her.
"What are you trying to do? You're making weird movents like that, performing a ritual?" she asked at that ti.
"No, I just felt my hand was aching so I lifted it up and moved it a bit," Selene replied with her trademark smile even though it was obvious she was enduring so pain.
Her face began to turn pale, she felt that the blood must have co out quite a lot and her head was already starting to hurt.
"Starting to ache, huh? It's possible that your death is imminent. So you raised your hand thinking an angel would pull you to heaven?"
Selene chuckled when she heard that. "Maybe. I was hoping the angel would take my pain away by taking to heaven. But hey, I know I won't end up in heaven but hell. And maybe it's not an angel who will help , but a prince."
Amidst the tension, Selene even joked that a prince from hell would save her. That made Reina laugh out loud, saying that Selene was hallucinating because she was going to die soon.
"In no ti, you'll be dead and your prince from hell will never co to get you!"
The blonde woman then walked over to Selene while holding a bloodied knife.
She was preparing to attack her again, and it was now her job to be ready to dodge imdiately. And sure enough, Reina returned to attack Selene who was already looking pale and weak.
"I'm going to kill you right now, show everyone that I'm much better than you!"
As she swung her hand at Selene, a gunshot suddenly rang out so loudly that everyone's focus was drawn to the origin of the sound.
BANG!
They turned around to find the Chief Warden walking towards them. His face looked flat, but there was anger in his eyes. As soon as he saw Selene's state, the daylight seed to beco a very dark cloud, filled with thunder and lightning.
"He's here! The end of Reina!" the prisoners whispered.
However, his steps were halted when Reina threatened him not to co any closer. She said she would kill Selene violently if Caelum insisted on approaching her.
"Don't co any closer, I'll brutally kill her if you keep coming!" she threatened.
However, Caelum didn't care and instead took off his hat. Selene squinted her eyes, trying to figure out what he was going to do.
'Is he going to use his hat to... Oh I see,' she thought.
Without saying anything, Caelum threw his hat at Reina's face, distracting her focus for a few seconds. In that short amount of ti, the man attacked her and pulled the knife from her hand, knocking her to the ground.
He dropped Reina's body to the ground, with her face pressed down. His knees held Reina's back and his hands were forced behind her body until she whimpered in pain.
"How dare you make such a big fuss, even injuring one of the prisoners in my prison."
