Xylander’s face turned dark, his expression twisting into disappointnt and rage.
Now she had touched the tail of the beast. Who gave her the right to vomit those words on his wedding day?
The audacity. The sheer impetus.
"Nicole, don’t make hate you completely, because if I do—your life will never remain the sa. Leave now, and let this wedding end in peace," Xylander threatened openly, his voice carrying the weight of authority.
Even at this point, the dia continued recording, and the people watching outside were going insane.
New York City’s inhabitants stread the drama live, all on their toes, waiting for the next explosive move.
Nicole’s face hardened at Xylander’s threat. Then she laughed bitterly. Turning to Daniel, she spat venom.
"This cunt you took from the gutters is nothing but a gold digger and a thief. He stole all of our precious jewelry and stacks of cash from the safe. As I speak, it’s nowhere to be found. Why am I even surprised? You picked up a hungry fool."
Daniel’s face went hollow with anger and humiliation. Hungry? Did she just call him hungry?
The crowd stirred again. Side comnts drifted like wildfire, slandering Daniel’s na.
"This is when God is against your marriage," a fat man sneered, his voice loud enough for all to hear. "Take a look at that boy—distinct features of a whore."
"Sodom and Gomorrah! This generation is finished," another chid in, his words echoing through the hall. Both Daniel and Xylander turned their gaze sharply toward the man.
Amid the chaos, Alexander had slipped out. He was fetching a cara, ready to expose Nicole for good. Today would mark her ultimate end as a visitor in the golden palace.
Xylander opened his mouth to speak, but Daniel stopped him, gently pressing a hand to his lips. Daniel then advanced toward Nicole, who was still trying to speak, until they were just inches apart.
Their eyes locked—Nicole glaring, Daniel radiating a cold, formidable power that silenced the room.
"Cunt? , Nicole—a cunt?" Daniel exclaid, clutching his chest in mock shock. Caras zood in, his every move blasted across social dia.
"You," Daniel continued, his voice sharp as glass, "are a disgrace to humanity. A sha to womanhood. Tell , what man would want a cheap plastic doll who sold herself? Oh—silly . You’re not even worth being called a living thing."
Gasps rippled through the crowd.
"A plastic who doesn’t rate herself, who throws herself on any man, and now accuses the fiancé of that sa man? Girl, are you that blind? If he doesn’t want you—leave."
Daniel’s words cut deeper.
"No one—neither man nor woman—can use you. You’re rejected by both genders. So, Nicole, carry your timber body and get lost." His venom hovered in the air like smoke.
Nicole shook violently. His words rendered her immobile. Plastic?
Daniel pressed on, relentless.
"Can’t speak? Rat got your tongue? They say silence is the best answer for a fool, but you—you make fools look smart. Are you so wretched that begging for a man’s affection is your only way to survive?"
He smirked. "He’s not straight. He’s marrying . Get off your high horse. Pack your cabbage belongings and head into the forest—where you belong—with your fellow animals."
The hall erupted in gasps. Daniel’s mouth was pure poison, a blade of words cutting without rcy.
Xylander felt a rush of admiration. Not only did Daniel look srizing in his outfit, radiant like the sun itself, but he was also unshakable, refusing to take anyone’s shit. Respect blossod.
Ride on, Daddy, Xyle praised silently.
But the crowd shuddered.
"How can soone utter such cruel words? The body shaming—it’s disgusting!" the sa fat man sneered again, glaring in Daniel’s direction.
This ti Daniel’s gaze turned on him—brooding, dangerous. The man gulped.
"If you’d put as much effort into your life as you do spewing homophobic nonsense, maybe you’d have made sothing of yourself," Daniel fired back. It was disrespectful to an elder, but Daniel didn’t care—not when the man’s words were filled with venom.
"What makes you think you’re holier than ?" Daniel sneered. "This conversation is a waste of oxygen. You can’t even relate to the quality of air I breathe."
He smirked again, tilting his head. "Breathing should be a curse to you. You don’t know how to use that air except to spew garbage. But fine—if all animals are killed, how else would we enjoy watching them misbehave in the zoo?"
The dia lowered their caras. Even for them, this was too intense.
The fat man trembled like a leaf, hiding his face in sha. Daniel’s words had reduced him to nothing more than an animal in the public’s eyes.
Nicole’s sha, however, was worse. When she realized no one—not even her friend Maxine—ca to her rescue, she crumbled. Maxine, who had sneaked into the wedding, simply sat frozen, refusing to stand up for her.
Nicole burst into tears, sha overwhelming her.
"What was my offense? Was it loving you with all my heart?" Nicole wailed.
"Shut up, bitch," Daniel snapped, shutting her down imdiately. "You never loved him—you loved his money. If I’m a gold digger, then you’re worse."
Xylander’s chest swelled again. Was this progress? Was Daniel finally beginning to fall for him? Too early to say, but still—it counted. This mont was engraved in Xylander’s mind forever.
Nicole sobbed harder, clutching her gown, attempting to retreat—but Alexander reappeared, blocking her path.
"You started this, so you’re not leaving until you finish it," Alex declared, holding up a cara.
Nicole’s pulse skyrocketed.
This wasn’t the plan. She thought Xylander would rage if he learned his money was tampered with. Money was the one thing he never played with. But when Alex showed the video, Nicole froze.
On the screen, she was caught red-handed at the safe—sneaking glances, stuffing her bag with cash, jewelry, and precious stones. The cunning fox had been exposed.
Xylander’s eyes turned murderous.
"I warned you just monts ago, and still you disrespected and my groom. Nicole—you’re banned. Forever." His declaration echoed like thunder.
Maxine shot to her feet, about to speak, but Xyle’s chilling glare cut her down.
"Don’t you dare," he barked, and Nicole flinched.
Alex didn’t wait. He yanked Nicole by her hair, dragging her rcilessly through the hall. She was shoved, thrown, and finally tossed into the waste compartnt—landing among dung, cabbage, and trash, swimming in filth.
The hall grew silent again.
Xylander’s voice softened, sweet and commanding. "Dear priest, conclude the wedding ceremony."
Daniel turned back to him, their eyes eting.
"You may now kiss the bride—or... the groom," the priest stuttered nervously.
But Xylander didn’t care. He had been dying for this mont. Without hesitation, he seized Daniel’s lips with his own, claiming him completely in a kiss that consud everything.
