The atmosphere was light, bringing two souls together with music. Daniel wasn’t feeling lost anymore. If anything, instead of emptiness, he actually felt joy.

One of the things he enjoyed doing the most—sothing that had once been used against him—was now becoming a source of happiness again. He was still unaware of the recording happening behind him until Xylander turned him around with a smile, walking suggestively toward him before taking hold of the phone and showing it to Daniel.

Daniel’s eyes widened at the sight of the whooping views on the screen.

"What is all this??" Daniel stamred, finding it hard to utter another word. All of a sudden, his voice felt lost and he couldn’t comprehend anything anymore.

Xylander was relieved that Daniel took it well. At least he wasn’t panicking about the fact that he had been recorded without knowing. Even if he beca angry about it later, Xylander knew this was for his own good and nothing else.

"You recorded ???" Daniel asked once more, still rooted to the spot.

He saw the comnts rising rapidly beside the live video. So many people were asking who he was.

So wondered if he was one of the contestants because of the way he was dressed. Others questioned why he wasn’t on stage with the rest. The questions kept pouring in, putting Daniel in a very difficult position.

He suddenly blanked out, staring frozen at the screen until Xylander ca to his rescue.

"Of course, guys, he is one of the contestants. But according to the rules he didn’t make it, so a rare talent like him isn’t going to be among the top performances. I’m sure you all don’t want it to go that way."

Xylander decided to use emotional blackmail.

The audience who were craving more performances from Daniel couldn’t help but agree.

His voice, his emotions, and the pain they heard in his singing—they felt it all. Many of them wanted so badly to be part of his journey, but the heartbreaking thought that he wouldn’t perform pushed them to take action.

They began pressing the theater manager online, demanding that Daniel be allowed to perform. Otherwise, they threatened that future performances in the theater would be boycotted.

Xylander watched the discussions unfold online, ssages popping one after another, and he smiled.

Everything was working exactly like he predicted. This would make it much easier for Daniel to climb that stage with the audience’s full and undivided attention.

By the ti Xylander finished briefing them, the views had already grown to over two hundred million as people continued protesting online.

Finally, Xylander turned off the live stream and dropped his phone before facing Daniel again with a grin.

"See? You’re now a star even though you were snubbed," Xylander announced happily.

Daniel, still struggling to find the right words, couldn’t stop the emotions bubbling deep within his chest.

Xylander had done all this for him.

For soone he had just t.

It didn’t make sense.

Xylander had friends and many other people who could benefit from this kind of exposure. Why did he choose him of all people? The reason remained unclear.

"Smile for , Daniel. At least you got what you wanted. And rember, this thing you’re doing is for you only. Don’t push yourself just to prove anything to anyone. Just follow what you love. If you stay in touch with , I’ll support you in any way I can. Maybe with my guitar skills and your piano lessons, we are definitely going to make a great team."

Xylander dragged Daniel closer to his bosom, making him look small and adorable.

Daniel felt much better now that he had perford, and he couldn’t help smiling widely.

"Your mom... won’t she be mad that you ruined her organization with this?" Daniel asked worriedly.

Xylander waved it off casually.

His mother loved him deeply. If he said he did it for soone close to him, then nothing serious would happen. Besides, this place would soday beco his responsibility to manage, so he considered this a lesson in leadership.

"Don’t worry. My mom is very sweet. She would definitely love you."

Xylander led Daniel out of the music room, and they both left the hallways, unaware that chaos had already begun in the main theater.

A crowd had broken into the theater holding banners with Daniel’s pictures on them, along with sheets of sugar paper boldly displaying the na Daniel Lancaster.

They pushed through the security guards trying to hold them back, gnashing their teeth angrily when they were refused entry.

"Daniel Lancaster deserves to be on the stage!" a man yelled.

Once he shouted, the others followed.

"We want Daniel and no one else!"

They raised the banners higher.

The perforrs who were on stage at that mont had no choice but to stop, including Talia, whose attention was drawn to the small riot happening below the stage.

She wondered who this Daniel was.

And why security hadn’t removed the crowd yet.

Just the sight of their haggard clothes and rough appearance irritated her deeply.

Talia couldn’t stop herself from frowning.

She also sensed the displeasure coming from the wealthy parents seated in the audience who had been interrupted by the noise. They looked at the protesters with irritation while whispering among themselves.

Talia wasn’t foolish.

She knew that if she didn’t handle the situation imdiately, her legacy could suffer permanent damage.

"Okay! Okay! Can we understand what’s happening?" she called out, trying her best to appear calm.

Calmness was the key to leadership.

She flashed the crowd a perfect smile as the perforrs stepped aside, allowing the director herself to address the situation.

But sothing suddenly shifted in the air.

The door to one of the inner rooms opened.

It was the dressing room—used by perforrs to prepare and wear their glamorous outfits before their big monts on stage.

All attention shifted to the two small figures stepping out slowly.

It was the son of the showrunner herself.

The son of the wealthiest shareholder in the entire business world.

A boy whose family na alone commanded fear and respect.

And the little Wolfe boy wasn’t alone.

He was with the blonde boy everyone rembered climbing the stage earlier when the competition had begun.

They were holding hands.

And the way they walked together made it seem like they had always been this close.

Talia, who usually knew all of her son’s friends, felt strangely confused.

Why was her son heading toward the stage?

And now that she thought about it—why hadn’t he perford earlier?

What was wrong with this boy?

How could she make him understand that this theater was ant to be his future?

Her eyes fell on the boy standing beside her son.

Talia fell silent as the two boys stepped fully onto the stage.

The crowd that had been shouting monts ago suddenly beca quiet.

Mr. Alessandro Lancaster watched everything from his seat.

His face brightened imdiately.

Earlier, he had begun feeling uncomfortable because Daniel was nowhere among the perforrs. But now, seeing him standing right before him—and beside the director’s son—made him grin widely.

His son had done well.

He had captured the attention of the Wolfe boy.

So Alessandro leaned back, curious to see what Daniel would do next.

"What is this about, Xylander? We are not in a playground. Go and join your fellow perforrs and let continue," Talia reprimanded sharply.

But Xylander didn’t spare her a single glance.

Still holding Daniel’s hand tightly, he bowed slightly to the crowd before finally releasing Daniel.

Daniel stood there trembling.

He couldn’t handle the overwhelming stares and felt suffocated under their gaze.

But he knew this mont was his cue.

This was his chance.

He began to sing.

Xylander started playing the guitar, the lody flowing softly through the theater. The sound pulled Daniel’s mind into the rhythm, and he sang out loud.

His voice soared higher and higher, hitting each note with stunning clarity until the song finally ended.

At first, nobody said anything.

Then suddenly—

The entire hall erupted.

A loud roar of applause filled the theater as everyone began clapping loudly, over and over again until their hands could barely continue.

Surprised by the overwhelming reaction, Daniel finally spoke.

"I’m Daniel Lancaster..."

And instantly—

The entire room held its breath.
