"This flawed seed..." Zhi Xuan murmured, his eyes staring at the cracks on the dark circle. "This crack is a wound left by Heaven, a reminder that... I am still very far from grasping the stars."
"Six Paths of Reincarnation, Life-Death Slaughter," Zhi Xuan hissed, a bitter smile creeping onto his lips as he closed his eyes. "Everything is the Will of Heaven."
Zhi Xuan slowly clenched his fist, hiding the flawed Domain Seed back within the recesses of his soul. The light from the spatial rift outside the window reflected off his face, creating sharp and erratic shadows.
He touched his storage bag, his Divine sense creeping in to see the statues of the villagers and the shape of the gate from the Star Village. The vibration in his heart cald, as if those wooden statues were a physical anchor within him.
"Master," Yuyan Die’s voice broke the silence, the flutter of her soft purple glowing wings approaching Zhi Xuan’s ear. "Do you feel sothing strange? Since that Heavenly Leaf moved away, the void flow ahead no longer flows straight. It is as if... it is being sucked into a massive vortex."
Zhi Xuan did not answer with words, but his sharp eyes caught the anomaly. In the distance, the points of starlight that usually appeared motionless on the void horizon began to rotate, forming a giant funnel that swallowed all light.
"Elder Xuan Ji!" the roar of Ji Haoxuan’s voice was heard from the lower deck, carried by the spiritual wind entering through the pavilion gap. "Look ahead! Our navigation path... it is disappearing!"
Zhi Xuan stepped out of the upper pavilion, his black and white robe fluttering loudly as he stood on the balcony. From that high vantage point, he saw a sight capable of shrinking the courage of even a Weaver practitioner. The Pavilion of Heavenly Secrets ship ahead of them began to sway violently.
"This is not just a void upheaval," Zhi Xuan murmured, his voice remaining calm in the middle of the storm. "This is the breath of the Huang Tu Land. We are nearing the border of its territory."
Suddenly, from the darkness of the giant funnel ahead of them, points of blood-red light appeared. Those points moved with a terrifying speed, eting the two ships struggling against the current.
"Those are... Void Scavengers!" Wei Tianfeng shrieked from below, his face now completely ashen. "Why are those cursed creatures in this void path?!"
Featherless birds with wings made of dark energy began to strike the ship's protective formation. Every collision emitted a deafening explosion, and every ti a bird detonated itself, thick death energy seeped into the ship.
"Wild beasts!" Ji Haoxuan snorted; he moved his fingers and ford a seal that finished off the birds before they could get close. "Begone!"
Zhi Xuan rely stared at the slaughter in front of him with a hollow look. A transparent ripple radiated from his fingertip, carrying with it the will of his cracked Domain Seed. Even though the seed was flawed, the law contained within it—a law born from heavenly wrath—was not sothing that could be held back by lowly void creatures.
DENG!
A subtle vibration traveled from where Zhi Xuan stood, piercing through the formation shield and instantly sweeping the birds away without requiring a significant upheaval. The birds seed to freeze for a mont before dissolving into void dust. Atop the flying ship, the Taiji circle glowed softly, emitting a wave that swept through.
Imdiately, the void funnel ahead widened, revealing the gate to the barren Huang Tu land. The ships from the Ji Clan and the Pavilion of Heavenly Secrets shot out from the mouth of the void vortex like two arrows released from a giant bow.
Zhi Xuan narrowed his eyes, looking downward. There, beneath a sky decorated by twin orange suns and one blood-red sun, the expanse of sand like eternal blood stretched endlessly. He looked with a sense of familiarity, yet this was another region far from the Valley of Heaven's Ruins.
In the distance, a sweeping spiritual wave spread out, carrying an aura thick with blood and warfare. Zhi Xuan sharpened his consciousness, his Heavenly Eye piercing the long distance to stare at where a spatial rift was cracking below, and dark creatures were crawling out from the underworld.
Above the sky, the aura of Weaver experts from the Ancient Chen Clan had already moved, radiating a rged Domain glow, yet the dark creatures seed endless. It showed that the Golden Seal of the Emperor had experienced a widening crack.
"The underworld is opening faster," Zhi Xuan hissed. "The scent of Jiu-Quan and this thick death aura... it cos from that rift. We must draw closer; at the very least, that is the opportunity."
"By the Heavens... what is happening there?" Lu Qingyan murmured, her fan falling from her grasp as she stared toward the horizon.
In the distance, over a landscape forming a canyon basin, a spatial rift stretching like a gaping wound on the body of the earth continued to spew darkness. From within the rift, creatures with rotting bodies yet possessing speed like black lightning—creatures of the underworld—crawled out in uncounted numbers.
However, what was more soul-shaking was the presence of figures standing like coral monunts in the middle of that ocean of darkness. In the orange sky, qilins stood in the air, stomping their feet upon the void radiating golden seals.
Beneath the stomping feet of those majestic qilins, a giant golden seal stretching like a massive spiderweb over the rift in the earth pulsed dimly. Every ti a dark creature from the underworld tried to surge upward, the ancient characters on the seal glowed fiercely, burning those rotting fras into black ash scattered in the air.
"Bone Demon," Zhi Xuan murmured; he turned toward the Weaver experts standing in the void. "There is no fluctuation of a Holy Son or Daughter; they... only sent envoys and elite disciples. Those elite disciples in the sky are peak-stage Weaver Transformation experts."
The aura radiated by the Ancient Chen Clan envoys was like pillars of light supporting the collapsing Huang Tu sky. Their ceremonial robes fluttered, and the blood-red clouds behind them churned in a haunting vortex.

"The Golden Seal of the Emperor has reached its limit!" the voice of one disciple thundered, resonating with his surroundings. "All practitioners from the outer plains, if you desire the opportunity from the underworld, do not just stand there!"
"Let do it," the voice ca from the figure of an elite disciple atop the recently arrived heavenly leaf. "Envoys of the Ancient Chen Clan, provide a place for this Heavenly Leaf Sacred Pavilion."
Instantly, a bright light shone into the sky, forming the silhouette of a giant tree that shed sacred leaves. When the leaves touched the ground near the canyon, a territory was ford, and the blooming of those leaves erased the dark creatures in succession.
"Hmph, this law..." the Ancient Chen Clan elite disciple snorted. "The law of a Divine Transformation is indeed peerless. Holy Maiden Ye was very generous to give a shred of her law to her disciple."
"Incredible... the law from the Holy Land is truly able to suppress the darkness of the underworld," Ji Haoxuan murmured, his eyes radiating admiration mixed with a sense of inferiority.
The Bone Demons continued to crawl from the darkness; the long rift was not completely covered. Each of the practitioners from the two flying ships began to move, taking their places in the sky and deploying their techniques to ward off the Bone Demons.
Ji Haoxuan and the practitioners from the Ji Clan ship moved; bright lights illuminated the sky and spiritual energies collided in the air. The sight of those Weaver experts was dazzling, as if the heavens themselves had descended to fight the dark creatures.
Suddenly, the Huang Tu earth shook more violently than before. From within the gaping rift, the sound of a faint yet heavy clinking was heard, its frequency capable of making the spiritual energy within the bodies of Weaver practitioners too close turn into total chaos.
DONG—
The sound was like a death bell struck from the depths of the ocean of darkness. Instantly, hundreds of Bone Demons crawling upward suddenly stopped before their bodies exploded into thick black blood mist. The mist did not disappear but solidified to form giant hands trying to grab the feet of the Ancient Chen Clan Qilins in the sky.
The qilins responded with sharp roars, stomping their feet and moving through the sky, each staying out of the giant hands' reach. The qilins opened their jaws, their sharp roars tearing the hands apart and dissolving them.
Zhi Xuan took a step and appeared in the sky. His presence imdiately suppressed anything higher than a peak-stage Weaver Transformation. In the midst of the clashing domains erasing the dark creatures, Zhi Xuan spread his arms, and instantly the Six Paths of Reincarnation disc appeared behind his back.
Six gates appeared in a row behind him; he moved his fingers and the gate of the Asura Path opened, spewing asura mist carrying the aura of destruction and war madness. Not long after, the gate of the Hungry Ghost Path opened wide, spewing hungry ghosts that lunged at the Bone Demons.
The waves of red mist from the Asura Path and the high-pitched shrieks from the Hungry Ghost Path instantly changed the color of the sky above the Huang Tu rift. The hungry ghosts spewed from Zhi Xuan's reincarnation gate shot out like a storm of shadows; they did not slash, but tore the death essence from the Bone Demons with a horrific greed.
"Devour the Demon." Zhi Xuan moved his fingers, spewing the fras of those Asura warriors and hungry ghosts even more thickly.
Asura warriors with bodies as tall as small mountains, holding maces and rusted swords shrouded in the fire of hatred, began to trample the Bone Demons like crushing dry twigs. On the other side, the hungry ghosts crawled on the ground, chewing the black bones crawling out from the rift.
DONG—
The bell sounded once more, louder and more painful than before. This ti, its vibration swept the surroundings until it flattened Zhi Xuan's Asura army and hungry ghosts. Even the domains of the Weaver experts were swept away as if the depths of the underworld had cleared everything in the sky.
Zhi Xuan jolted; he withdrew his domain and gripped his chest. The vibration did not just erase every domain but also multiplied the dark creatures, making them larger and more nurous. Around him, the Weaver experts from the Ancient Chen Clan and the Heavenly Leaf Sacred Pavilion appeared to stagger in the air; their pillars of light dimd, and the sacred leaves that had been blooming now withered instantly.
"That bell... it does not just ward off our domains," Lu Qingyan whispered, now leaning on her knees in the sky. "It is... calling."
Right after those words were uttered, from within the darkness of the rift, a pair of giant hands appeared that were not made of bone but of stacks of ancient armor fused with rotting flesh. The giant figure crawled upward, followed by thousands of similar creatures far larger than the previous Bone Demons.
"General of the Underworld!" Elder Xuan Ji shouted from a distance, his voice containing a dread no longer hidden. "Everyone retreat! This is no longer just a leak; this is war!"
The giant figure struck the air with its weapon; a wooden beam hit the Weaver experts who were too close, instantly shrouding them in a dark aura. Their roars were aningless as their bodies exploded into blood dust.
"Retreat! Quickly retreat to the ship formation!" Ji Haoxuan roared while moving his sword, creating a light screen to protect Ji Yuanyi and other young practitioners who were beginning to be pressed by the wave of foul aura.
"Wild creature!" hissed one of the Ancient Chen Clan disciples, stomping his foot in the sky. "Die!"
From the sky, a void vortex appeared and four seals manifested stacked in the air. The seals glowed in bright light, descending from the sky and causing the Bone Demons around the underworld general to collapse.
However, the Underworld General rely looked up, his empty eye sockets radiating a horrific emptiness. With a soul-shaking roar, he raised his giant weapon, slamming it exactly toward the four stacked seals pressing down.
BUM!!
The collision created a shockwave that flattened the surrounding sand hills. The seals belonging to the Ancient Chen Clan disciple cracked, shattering into pieces like glass hit by a sledgehamr. The elite disciple was thrown back, blood spraying from his mouth as his sacred body was forced to swallow the impact of the destruction of his own law.
"Great Qilin!" roared the Ancient Chen Clan disciple, moving his fingers. "Devour the darkness!"
The golden qilins in the Huang Tu sky roared, their bodies expanding until they covered part of the horizon. Their jaws opened and spewed fireballs like sacred suns; instantly explosions erupted everywhere, the rift crack filled with blazing fire.
The sacred fire explosions from the majestic qilins turned the Huang Tu horizon into a blazing giant cauldron. Tongues of reddish-gold fire licked the air, trying to purify the death mist enveloping the earth's rift. However, instead of receding, the Underworld General stood tall in the middle of the sacred fire. His rusted ancient armor began to glow red, yet his rotting flesh seed to absorb that sun.
DONG—
The third bell strike rang. This ti, the vibration was no longer just a sound wave, but a pulse of reversing law. The Qilin's sacred fire that was burning the darkness suddenly changed color to a cold pale green. The fire no longer purified but rotted every spiritual energy it touched.
The qilins roared in the air, yet Zhi Xuan did not retreat an inch. He waved his hand, calling the Heavenly Trifold Reincarnation Cauldron which humd a low DING! The Divine Cauldron rotated in the air, but the pressure it exerted forced the Underworld General to sink low.
The Underworld General groaned, the sound coming from his rotting throat sounding like the scraping of iron plates at the bottom of hell. He tried to raise his weapon, but every ti he moved, the weight from the cauldron seed to add the burden of thousands of mountains upon his shoulders.
"That object..." the Ancient Chen Clan elite disciple murmured, his eyes wide staring at the cauldron floating calmly beside Zhi Xuan. "This aura... does not belong to the lower realm. How can a Weaver practitioner control an artifact with such a heavy law burden?"
From the sky, the Divine Cauldron expanded; the burden it carried increased many tis over as if the earth were being dropped onto that rift crack. Zhi Xuan stood in the sky, staring coldly at the Underworld General.
