Feng coughed up a mouthful of blood, his vision swimming as the poison spread through his body.

Even he didn’t expect to be this injured after fighting soone at the 8th level of Qi Condensation.

I think my head is starting to get a bit too big for my own good, Feng thought bitterly as he sensed the state his body was in.

The poison coursing through him, combined with the injuries from taking that attack from the Erald Poison Toad head-on, had caused severe damage.

Right now, he could barely move as he struggled to stand.

Yan Hao and Yan Li, seeing Feng’s state, quickly shouted in concern, "Big Bro Feng!!!" They were about to rush over to help him, but when they saw the condition Huang Bei was in, they felt conflicted, if they left their Elder Brother Huang Bei now, he could also be put in a difficult spot.

At that mont, Huang Bei, seeing their hesitation, scread in anger.

"You bastards! If you don’t get out there and help him up right now, I’ll beat you so badly you won’t be able to walk for a week!"

Hearing that, Yan Hao and Yan Li shivered and quickly nodded before Yan Hao spoke.

"All right, Big Bro Huang, you stay here and don’t move. We’ll go help Big Bro Feng."

"That’s right! You better not make any unnecessary movents unless you want to die!"

Yan Li added seriously as the two rushed over to support Lin Feng, helping him off the ground.

When they saw Feng’s nurous injuries, even they started to feel scared—it really looked like he was about to die.

"You damn wolf bastard, how the hell are you so strong? Are you sure you’re really human?" Yi Bei suddenly scread, looking absolutely furious.

But at the sa ti, fear flickered in his eyes—not just because Lin Feng had pushed him this far, but because he once again rembered that he was clearly only at the 6th level of Qi Condensation, not even the seventh, which was a known bottleneck.

This only ant one thing: if he fought Lin Feng at the sa cultivation level, there would be no way he could beat him.

This realization brought Yi Bei an imnse sense of humiliation.

It was one thing to lose to soone with a higher cultivation base—at least that gave you an excuse—but when soone clearly weaker almost killed you, the imdiate reaction was to feel sha and jealousy.

And right now, that was exactly what Yi Bei was feeling.

"Lin Feng, right? You’re a walking disaster waiting to happen.

If you don’t die now, one of these days you’re gonna co back here and kill all of us one by one," Yi Bei said, grimacing from the pain in his shoulders as he slowly looked at the spot behind him before bowing despite the agony.

"Young Master Chen Yang, I implore you to save from this predicant and kill this person," Yi Bei said, pointing straight at Lin Feng.

Lin Feng was stunned when he heard Yi Bei’s words.

He clearly didn’t understand what was going on, considering he hadn’t sensed anyone observing them from the place Yi Bei pointed to.

A few monts of silence passed before a loud hmph suddenly echoed through the surroundings.

A powerful spiritual energy pressure enveloped the entire area as winds howled and the Silverpine trees shook, a feeling of death creeping through everyone present.

Lin Feng, Yan Hao, Yan Li, and even Huang Bei felt the sudden increase in pressure, and one by one, they lost all hope.

For Qi Condensation cultivators like them, a spiritual energy pressure at this level was more than enough to get rid of all of them in an instant.

"Hey, Yi Bei, didn’t you say you could handle this on your own? I told you I didn’t want to deal with this—that’s why you’re here, isn’t it?" a cold, arrogant voice suddenly echoed from the void.

Everyone looked up and saw a figure standing on a massive purple serpent.

He had long black hair and cold purple eyes filled with malice—clearly not soone with good intentions.

But the real threat wasn’t him—it was the spiritual beast he had arrived with.

Its thick, shimring scales glowed with soft blue lines that pulsed like flowing energy.

The serpent’s body stretched nearly 100 ters, its long tail curling through the air in slow, graceful movents.

Its piercing blue eyes glowed in the dim light, and each flick of its tongue sent a shiver through the air.

But its sheer size wasn’t the most terrifying part—it was its cultivation base.

A Foundation Establishnt-level spiritual beast!?

Feng shuddered as a wave of despair washed over him.

How could he have possibly known that a creature this powerful would show up as backup?

This serpent was on the sa level as the Blackwood Ruler—what were they supposed to do against sothing like this?

Of course not, Young Master Chen Yang, but I am a valuable subordinate of your father, surely you wouldn’t want your father getting mad at you over sothing as simple as this, right?"

Yi Bei quickly spoke, his voice trembling with fear.

Beads of sweat ford on his forehead as he nervously glanced at Chen Yang.

He knew all too well about Young Master Chen Yang’s awful temper—anyone who even slightly offended him was poisoned to death, either by his own hands or his subordinates.

Stories of his cruelty were whispered in secret across Silverpine City—servants vanishing without a trace, commoners left broken and begging for death, and much more.

Yi Bei swallowed hard, desperately hoping to avoid a similar fate.

Chen Yang’s lips curled into a sinister smile, his eyes narrowing dangerously.

"You dare to order around, you peasant?" His voice was cold, each word dripping with disdain.

Without warning, he flicked his finger, and a sharp snap echoed through the air like a whip crack.

Yi Bei, already heavily injured from his fight with Lin Feng, suddenly let out a blood-curdling scream as his body convulsed violently.

His skin flushed red before darkening to a sickly purple, and his wounds—especially the one on his shoulder—began to bleed even more, streaked with shades of purple.

"AHHHH! IT HURTS! HELP! PLEASE FORGIVE , YOUNG MASTER!" he cried out in agony, begging for rcy as his life force slowly faded—a clear sign that he would die if this continued.

When Lin Feng and the others saw this, they all started to tremble—especially Yan Hao, Yan Li, and Huang Bei, who clearly knew the identity of this terrifying person.
