After finishing most of the Greenscale Python, Feng felt an invigorating rush of energy coursing through his body.

However, he soon realized that the intense surge of spiritual energy he experienced at first had started to dwindle.

Eventually, it disappeared entirely.

"Hmm, I guess I can't just eat spiritual beasts and get stronger forever.

It loses effectiveness after a while," Feng thought, frowning slightly.

He stood up and extinguished the fire.

The Blackwood Ruler, clearly satisfied with its al, pointed toward the cave with its massive paw, signaling its intent to rest.

"Yes, Senior. Thank you once again for your teachings," Feng said respectfully, bowing slightly.

The Blackwood Ruler nodded before turning and heading into the depths of its cave.

After cleaning up the fire pit and carefully placing the remaining cooked python at into his bag of holding, Feng sat down, deep in thought.

"All right, I need to make sure I rember everything the Blackwood Ruler taught .

If I forget even a little, I'll regret it later," he muttered to himself.

Feng frowned, realizing how unreliable his mory could be.

Just as frustration began to creep in, a familiar voice echoed in his mind.

[System mory Updated]

[Blackwood Ruler Physique]

[Level 1: Blackwood Claws]

Focus spiritual energy into your fingernails, mimicking the sharp claws of the Blackwood Ruler. This technique hardens and sharpens the nails, allowing them to extend slightly for increased lethality.

[Level 2: Blackwood Skin]

Channel spiritual energy into your skin, significantly enhancing its defensive properties.

[Level 3: Blackwood Body]

At this level, your muscles beco infused with Darksilver Spiritual Energy, granting imnse physical power and resilience.

[Blackwood Dominance Art]

[Alpha Wolf's Domain]

Utilize Darksilver Spiritual Energy to project an oppressive aura. This aura intimidates enemies, weakens their will to fight, and at higher levels can suppress their cultivation base.

[Wolf Bane]

Concentrate spiritual energy into your fingernails, imitating the Blackwood Ruler's claws. This technique deals significant damage, proportional to the strength of your physique.

[Ruler's Howl]

A howl infused with the oppressive aura of the Alpha Wolf's Domain. It generates a shockwave that paralyzes enemies through fear. The effectiveness depends on the strength of the aura.

When Feng heard the chanical voice of the system in his head, he froze, stunned.

His shock quickly turned into excitent.

"What? You can perfectly rember what the Blackwood Ruler demonstrated to ?

Doesn't that an I don't need to comprehend techniques myself? I can just let the system teach !" Feng exclaid, his face lighting up with enthusiasm.

[System Response: The system can interpret cultivation techniques that are at the host's current level of cultivation.]

[However, the system cannot assist the host in physical training. It can provide directions for improvent, but the host must complete the training personally.]

"Oh, so I can't just sit back and let the system do all the work," Feng muttered, his excitent dimming slightly.

Still, his disappointnt quickly faded as he realized the imnse value of the system's abilities.

"Wait, doesn't this an I can use the system to figure out if a cultivation technique is suitable for or not?" Feng's eyes glead with anticipation as he thought of the possibilities.

He took a deep breath, his mind shifting to a more serious tone.

"Whatever. At the end of the day, it all cos down to hard work.

Even if the system gives advantages and boosts my potential, I'm still weak right now.

Anyone could kill in an instant.

If I don't turn this potential into actual strength, what's the point?

If I don't beco soone unrivaled under the heavens, then all of this talent is aningless."

Feng clenched his fists, determination etched across his face as he shook off any lingering traces of arrogance.

"All right, I have a direction now. It's ti to cultivate," he said to himself.

His gaze dropped to his hands, studying his nails with renewed focus.

"First, I need to strengthen all my fingernails.

Once that's done, I'll officially complete the first level of the Blackwood Ruler Physique.

Hopefully, I'll also figure out how to extend my claws."

He sat cross-legged, settling into a ditative posture. '

With a steady breath, Feng closed his eyes and concentrated, drawing spiritual energy from the atmosphere into his body.

Guiding it carefully, he directed the flow toward his fingernails, visualizing them hardening and sharpening, transforming into tools of precision and murder.

At first, it was difficult to maintain his focus.

The energy flow wavered, slipping away from his control.

"No distractions,"

Feng muttered under his breath, steadying his thoughts.

He recalled the Blackwood Ruler's claws—razor-sharp, unyielding, and fearso.

The image beca his anchor, his goal, as he molded the spiritual energy into his nails, layer by layer.

After an hour of focused effort, Feng paused and flexed his fingers.

His nails shimred faintly under the sun, a testant to the spiritual energy infused within them.

Curious to see the results, he stood and approached a nearby boulder.

He raised his hand and slashed at the rock.

A faint screech echoed as his nails scraped the surface, leaving shallow grooves behind.

"Not enough," Feng muttered, shaking his head. "I need to keep going."

Returning to his ditative stance, he resud channeling his energy, this ti refining the process.

He tried to imagine how the spiritual energy flowed around the Blackwood Ruler, how he was able to make his claws so sharp it was able to destroy the land, and eventually he began to feel a subtle resonance between his nails and the image inside his head.

Hours passed in this cycle of ditation and testing. Feng's focus was unbroken, his goal of becoming stronger was not right in the palm of his hands, and he would not give up.

He alternated between circulating spiritual energy into his nails and testing their strength, each slash against the boulders becoming deeper and more precise.

As the sun began to set, the dim light casting long shadows across the ground, Feng delivered another strike.

His hand moved with precision, and this ti, his nails pierced through the boulder, leaving five distinct holes.

A grin spread across his face as he pulled his hand free.

"All right! One arm down," Feng exclaid, inspecting his nails with satisfaction.

"But I still can't figure out how to elongate them yet. If I stay here and observe the Blackwood Ruler, I'll eventually figure it out."
