This made Mu Daochun increasingly incredulous. He realized that these nine golden needles were extraordinary, yet he still couldn’t discern what kind of Gold Needle Secret Skill it was.

Within fifty seconds, the nine golden needles seed to be gathering the power of the alcohol lamp’s flas. Gradually, one of the needles began to emit a white vapor, while the others started to bead with droplets of black blood! This was the result of puncturing the old master’s heart ridian, yet his complexion remained deathly pale, showing no sign of change.

At this mont, a cold smile crept onto Mu Daochun’s face as he prepared to deliver a stern rebuke. But just then, Qin Long flicked one of the golden needles with his finger.

BOOM!

Seeing this, Mu Daochun’s eyes flew wide open, as if he had just recalled sothing incredible.

SWOOSH!

The golden needle vibrated continuously, causing the other eight needles to vibrate in turn. It was as if so unseen force was being channeled into the old master’s body.

"This... This is...!" Seeing this, Mu Daochun could no longer contain his shock and cried out.

Others couldn’t discern the profundity of the technique, but Mu Daochun, with his lifelong obsession with golden needles, instantly understood the secret. Qin Long was using that one needle to repair the old master’s damaged heart ridian. The black droplets from earlier were simply stagnated blood from the vessels. Under the guidance of that single flicked needle, all nine were now working in concert to nd the damage. To be precise, the nine golden needles coordinated with one another, weaving through the old master’s body like a golden dragon to repair him from within.

Under the coordinated effort of the nine golden needles, the old master’s complexion slowly began to recover so color. His breathing gradually beca more even.

"The Fla Needle..." Mu Daochun gasped, sucking in a sharp breath of cold air.

Without a second thought, he dropped to the floor with a thud, his head striking the ground heavily.

"Little Mu pays his respects to Grandfather!" Mu Daochun kowtowed repeatedly before Qin Long, his reverence absolute.

The onlookers were instantly dumbfounded. Since when had Qin Long beco Mu Daochun’s ancestor?

But Mu Daochun, with tears streaming down his face, wept profusely, his head bowed, not daring to speak.

"Haha, so you recognize the Fla Needle," Qin Long said, looking at Mu Daochun and shaking his head helplessly. "Unfortunately, this isn’t the Fla Needle."

At these words, everyone was startled. Mu Daochun, too, frowned deeply as he slowly got to his feet. If it wasn’t the legendary technique, then there was no need for him to kneel and kowtow to Qin Long. He felt his old face flush with embarrassnt.

However, Qin Long’s next explanation shocked him to his core once again.

"The Fla Needle, the Ice Needle... they are rely derivatives of my Taiyi Jiuyang Needle. They are nothing remarkable."

Qin Long spoke in a level tone, but to Mu Daochun’s ears, his words crashed like claps of thunder. In his mind, the Fla Needle was the absolute pinnacle of golden needle techniques; even with decades of study, he had only grasped the barest rudints. Yet Qin Long’s words clearly implied his own Taiyi Jiuyang Needle was far more wondrous.

"This Taiyi Jiuyang Needle is also known as the Jiuyang Divine Needle," Qin Long stated calmly.

SWOOSH!

At this, Mu Daochun’s body trembled violently, his face turning pale.

THUMP!

He fell to his knees beside Qin Long once more, crying out loudly, "Ancestor!"

Mu Daochun kowtowed again and again, his entire body shaking uncontrollably, his expression one of sheer ecstasy.

Hearing him cry "Ancestor," the mbers of the Tang Family were completely and utterly stupefied. They still hadn’t wrapped their heads around him calling Qin Long "Grandfather" a mont ago. Now he was on his knees again, casting aside all pride to call him "Ancestor"!

What in the world was going on? It was simply unbelievable! Mu Daochun was in his sixties, old enough to be Qin Long’s grandfather, yet here he was, kowtowing and calling him "Grandfather" and "Ancestor." What the hell?

So, who exactly was this Mu Daochun? He was the fad dical Saint of Jiangzhong, his Golden Needle dical Technique unparalleled. Whether it was powerful regional magnates or business tycoons, all showed him the utmost respect, treating him as a guest of honor. After all, the rich and powerful feared death more than anyone and would do anything to live a few more years. Therefore, Mu Daochun’s status was incredibly revered. Not only that, but he was old enough to be Qin Long’s own grandfather. Yet this esteed figure was now bowing and scraping before him, kowtowing to curry favor. This was beyond everyone’s comprehension.

Even Mu Daochun knew he was being impulsive, but he didn’t regret it. To be able to learn the Taiyi Jiuyang Needle, what is calling soone Grandfather or Ancestor? What is kowtowing and currying favor? It’s all worth it!

"Ancestor, please don’t take offense at Little Mu!" Mu Daochun said, his face a mask of reverence, not daring to speak loudly.

The Tang Family mbers watched this all unfold, finding it utterly incredible. For a mont, even the old master lying on the bed was forgotten.

"Don’t call that. I am neither your grandfather nor your ancestor," Qin Long said, rejecting Mu Daochun’s prostration. "There’s no need for this."

"But your technique, it’s clearly..." Mu Daochun was in turmoil. His grandfather and father had told him that if he ever saw soone use the Taiyi Jiuyang Needle, he must imdiately kneel and call that person Ancestor. He dared not disobey.

"Alright, get up," Qin Long said, cutting him off with a faint smile.

"Yes, sir." Mu Daochun slowly sat down to the side, his eyes still filled with shock.

The Tang Family mbers were stunned silent.

Wang Ming, however, was furious. He had given Mu Daochun many gifts to persuade him to treat the old master, all in a bid to win Tang Xuewu’s heart and have her throw herself into his arms. But who could have imagined that this idiot Mu Daochun would kneel and call Qin Long "Grandfather," and even "Ancestor"? That cripple Qin Long stole all the damn lilight! He seethed with frustration.

"dical Saint Mu, have you lost your mind?" Wang Ming huffed, glaring at Qin Long. "He’s a cripple! How is he worthy of being your ancestor? A piece of trash who can’t even heal himself..."

Mu Daochun was about to explain, but then he recalled the secret his father had told him. The Taiyi Jiuyang Needle was a great taboo, not to be discussed carelessly. That was why he had panicked and knelt, calling Qin Long "Ancestor." Looking back now, I was too rash, he thought with regret. The technique must not be exposed. I cannot reveal Qin Long’s secret skill. The Taiyi Jiuyang Needle was a technique passed down from ancient tis. If word got out, Jiangzhong would erupt into a bloody war as factions fought to possess Qin Long.

At that thought, Mu Daochun kept his mouth shut about the wonders of the Jiuyang Needle, though his eyes still shone with worshipful reverence.

"Ances... Mr. Qin, I was mistaken. My eyes deceived ," Mu Daochun explained hastily.

Hearing this, the expressions of the people around them finally eased. So, it was just a mistake. After all, Qin Long was only in his early twenties. How could he possibly be Mu Daochun’s ancestor?

"Damn, that scared the hell out of ," Tang Yuxiang muttered to himself, wiping the cold sweat from his forehead. "I actually thought that fool had so kind of heaven-defying power."

The nearby Tang Family mbers also felt a great weight lift from their hearts. They had no choice but to believe the words of Mu Daochun. The fact that Qin Long knew a little acupuncture was one thing, but if he had a powerful backer, they all feared they would be dealt with harshly.
