Jiang Hao was sleeping, but when he felt the movent of qi, he also woke up.

He knew imdiately that soone was breaking through. He also had a solid guess who it was.

Senior i Ling was in the late stage of Void Reversion according to Senior Huan, and she had created that pill while assuming that Senior i Ling hadn’t found one and broken through yet.

So right now, it was definitely Senior i Ling who was going through a breakthrough. It looks like the location of the basent is quite deep, about 100 ters at least, as the movent of qi is minuscule here.

Jiang Hao watched for about 1 minute and slept again. He doubted anything would go wrong in this pavilion.

After 30 minutes, everything began to quiet down; the breakthrough was successful.

...

Jiang Hao woke up naturally after sleeping peacefully for a long ti. He stretched himself and looked outside the window again. It was evening right now, and the sun would set in 2 or 3 hours at maximum.

He doubted anyone would disturb him at this ti. He looked towards the direction of the other city. He hadn’t marked it but knew that it was about 150 miles from this city.

The direction was easy to figure out also due to the Dark Forest.

Now that he was in the Core Formation realm, his distance of teleporting using all his qi was increased to 1000 miles.

So if he wanted to teleport near the other city, he had to use a little more than one-tenth of his qi. It would be enough to take him as close to the city as he wanted. Well, it would be better if nobody saw him appear; the chances of that happening were low but not zero.

He looked once again in the desired direction before marking this room for his return and disappeared.

When he appeared, he was right beside the Dark Forest, and there was a massive city visible in his view. It was about 10 miles away. Since he was in the air, he could see it easily.

He ca down and looked towards the city again. It was hidden behind trees. Even though he wasn’t in the Dark Forest, there were still so trees here and there, and they were enough to hide anything 10 miles away. Even the city walls are quite big, it didn’t matter.

He had seen a road going towards the main road of the city from above, so he moved towards it. There were no people in the vicinity, so he was safe to assu that he wasn’t discovered for appearing out of thin air.

He increased his speed and reached the road and walked like a simple Qi refinent cultivator.

He reached the main road and finally saw a lot of rchants going to the city. It was evening, so the traffic of entering the city was high.

He moved at his usual pace and reached the city gates. This city was a place where the strongest of their enemies were present. The two mid-stage Heavenly King realm cultivators must be here too.

He was still wearing his mask, so he didn’t have to worry about being found by them, unless they were checking every single person irrespective of their cultivation realm.

But it was definitely not an ideal situation, as this would create too much commotion, and others might beco dissatisfied with it.

Well, given any situation, they wouldn’t even be checking anyone that carefully unless they had confirmation that he had left the Forbidden Zone.

He went past the city gates easily; no one even tried to check more than just his cultivation level.

The city was the sa as usual; not much had changed from the last year he ca here.

"Senior, will this be enough, or will I have to go closer to Sky Pavilion?"

He asked, knowing that she would definitely be hearing it.

"More than enough. In fact, even if you hadn’t entered the city, it would have worked."

He heard a voice in his head.

He sighed. Couldn’t she have ntioned that first? Whatever, it wouldn’t change anything.

"Senior, do I need to do anything, or will you handle it on your own?"

This ti he didn’t hear her voice. He looked towards his ring, thinking that she might have left already. He didn’t even feel anything.

....

Everything was normal in Sky Pavilion.

Two n were sitting alone in their rooms, cultivating in silence.

One was Ze Yu from Azure Sky Sect, while the other was Bo Wen from Ethereal Cloud Sanctuary.

They didn’t know that a mysterious woman who was in her soul form had entered the Sky Pavilion without any obstructions. Not a single protective array or trap array was triggered.

She was moving in a different dinsion altogether. Unless soone had good enough mastery in spatial laws, they wouldn’t even be able to see her, much less stop her.

The mont she entered the Sky Pavilion, she knew that the Truth Seeker was in the basent.

Treasures related to fate are very mysterious, and they are connected to almost everything that has fate. They are able to read fate because of this connection.

To her, seeing the convergence of so many fates was easy. She entered the basent easily; the arrays in the basent were also a joke to her.

Her eyes finally landed on a bowl in which the Truth Seeker was kept.

She nodded to herself; it really was just a single branch of the Main Thread.

Her silver eyes glowed as she tried to pry deeper into the connection of this treasure.

It didn’t take her long to find the strongest fate connection of this treasure. She pried into it and used her spatial vision to see where it ended.

The end result was the mountain she had seen in the Dark Forest, the sa mountain on which the person or thing with which Jiang Hao was fated to et.

She had tried to pry to see what was on the mountain the previous ti too, but wasn’t able to, as everything beca chaotic, as if chaos had covered the whole mountain in a barrier.

She could have seen through it easily if she had recovered so more, but right now it wasn’t possible.

She was sure that it was a person from the Xuanluan Clan because only they were able to master the Dao of Chaos due to their special cultivation technique.

But was Jiang Hao really fated with this person or sothing they possessed? She wasn’t sure of it.

She really wanted to et this person now. She was on good terms with the Xuanluan Clan before. She wondered if they even rembered her or not; after all, it’s been too long.

But since this person was chosen by the Thread of Fate, he or she should be quite capable.

The Thread of Fate might be in the hands of the Xuanluan Clan, but not everyone can use it. Only those it deems worthy beco its master.

She ca to Jiang Hao and went inside the ring before saying to him,

"Alright, you can leave now."

Jiang Hao took a breath and left the city peacefully. He found a hidden place inside the Dark Forest and marked it for future visits.

He didn’t ask for any results, as she would definitely tell him if she wanted. He looked towards the direction of his village one ti and disappeared.

He appeared in his room where he had marked the location. Each mark is like a node in a different dinsion, which can only be perceived by wearing and binding the ring.

As expected, the mont he entered, he heard her voice.

"What I have assud was true, and yes, the owner itself is in this world. I already know the location too."

Jiang Hao nodded. So that ans that if they want to make the Truth Seeker ineffective, they can ask the owner itself.

"But Senior, it’s not like the owner will listen to us. Not to ntion, since they are from the upper world, their strength must be higher even in restricted form, right? So what if they decide to kill instead?"

"That can be true, as I haven’t seen them, so it is impossible for to tell their exact strength. The barrier where they live was created by using an array that can only be activated by using Chaos Laws, and the person who used it is definitely stronger than the boundaries of this world."

Jiang Hao was stunned. He knew that Xuanluan ant sothing related to chaos, but he thought they just used the na. After all, chaos is the epito of everything.

"But about the part of killing you, that might not be the truth. People from the Xuanluan Clan were all upright. They are peaceful and don’t attack anyone unless they are provoked.

It’s their ancestral beliefs, and everyone who had the blood of the Xuanluan Clan had followed these beliefs in the past, no matter what.

Or else, given their strength, they could have easily controlled more worlds than they controlled in my ti. The worlds that are under their rule are all those who had waged war on them first."

Jiang Hao’s eyes widened. Control the whole world in the upper realm, not to ntion many of these worlds—what kind of strength is this?

"Shocked... hehehe, well, you haven’t seen nothing yet. There are far more terrifying things in this whole universe, and you can’t even imagine how big it is."

Jiang Hao didn’t disagree with her. He was just 17 years old with so knowledge. He hadn’t even seen this world completely, not to ntion there are countless lower worlds.
