They didn’t have to wait long before, Zhi Hui and Huan Caiyi both arrived together.

"Ohh..ao you guys ready for you next spar, it will be fun"

Huan Caiyi bought out two chairs , both Zhi Hui And Huan Caiyi sat down like they are going to watch so great show.

Jiang Hao beco speechless, is this really a way a senior should behave in the front of two juniors sparring , wouldn’t it be batter if they protect them from getting injured? He sighed and looked toward Ming Yue.

She doesn’t have much of reaction and nodded to him and both them again entered the training ground.

They stood at least 15 ters apart just like yesterday’s spar.

"Junior brother, before we start I will tell you to not hold back even if you are about to injure severely.

My physique is quite special, since I have mastery over Ice, I don’t bleed.

Jiang Hao nodded in understanding.

"Senior sister you have to do the sa, I know you are stronger but please don’t hold back. Although I bleed , It is only for short period of ti and fun part is that I don’t run out of blood"

Ming Yue smiled when she heard, she understood his aning, it ans he can heal very fast. Ming Yue was now really looking forward to it.

She went to the side and picked up wooden sword, now that she had removed her restrictions it will be too much dangerous to use her real sword, even if Jing Hao said he can heal faster, it would be better to be cautious.

The wooden swords are also very sharp and ca easily deal shallow wounds on the opponent so they are very good for sparing seriously too.

Both looked each other for brief and took proper stances.

Ming Yue was the first to move. In a graceful flash, she swept her sword forward in a controlled arc aid at testing Jiang Hao’s defenses. The blade’s path was both elegant and deceptive, a study in precision and artistry. Jiang Hao, parried with swift, asured movents of his body, channeling his spirit qi to anticipate and mitigate the force behind her strike. The impact was gentle yet deliberatly a light collision of power and precision that sent a soft shockwave rippling through the air.

With that, she retreated a few paces, allowing Jiang Hao a mont to gather his qi. He shifted his stance, his bare hands radiating a subtle aura as he concentrated his spirit energy into a series of rapid strikes aid at disrupting her rhythm. His attacks were ant to test the agility and resilience of her unrestricted strength . Each move was a blend of his raw movents which he had developed while fighting in mountains.

They kept exchanging blows, Jiang Hao discarded dodging and took so blows, she was lot faster then him and if he have kept dodging then it would have beco almost impossible for him to even attack.

Although he was definitely better than in her physically strength and also he might be slightly better in speed, agility is different matter all together.

Jiang Hao stepped forward, his body already marked by a few fresh cuts from earlier clashes which healed almost instantly. Even Ming Yue was surprised when she saw that, isn’t his speed of regeneration too much? When Zhi Hui and Huan Caiyi saw that they were also stunned.

His spirit qi flowed steadily, though he bore the signs of repeated impacts. Ming Yue advanced with a single-handed wooden sword held in a relaxed grip, her control over ice evident in every deliberate move.

Without preamble, Jiang Hao launched a rapid strike using his concentrated spirit qi. The energy surged forward in a narrow, focused beam aid at Ming Yue’s midsection. In response, Ming Yue moved with calculated precision, twisting her wrist to summon a swift barrier of hardened ice. The spirit qi collided with the barrier, shattering its surface in a brief burst.

But that was enough to exhaust all his qi in that attack, Jiang Hao got suprised, that attack consists almost 80% of his maximum strength right know and he had no doubt that she can create that barrier little thicker if he used more qi to attack again.

They continued with a series of rapid exchanges. Jiang Hao pressed his attack with successive strikes of spirit qi, each one forcing Ming Yue to adapt her defense. With her sword, she parried and redirected his energy attacks. In one instance, a particularly fierce surge of spirit qi caught her off balance. Ming Yue countered by extending her free hand and summoning a thin layer of ice that spiraled around his arm. The cold shock numbed his skin and left a clear mark—a shallow but painful wound.

Jiang Hao gritted his teeth as the injury flared, but his extre healing abilities soon began their work. The wound, though deep in spirit, started closing as his qi pulsed internally. He was again suprised, because the wound wasn’t that deep to make him feel painful unless that ice was really not a normal ice.

"I must push forward," he murmured

Ming Yue took advantage of the montary distraction. With a precise flick of her wrist, she advanced her single-handed wooden sword in a clean, arcing motion aid at Jiang Hao’s side. A fresh bruise spread across his torso. Even as pain flared, the regenerative process accelerated; scars that might have lingered instead vanished within monts.

"Keep your guard up, Junior Brother," Ming Yue advised between controlled strikes, her tone pragmatic. She was not indulging in praise, only issuing practical instructions to ensure their spar remained instructive.

Jiang Hao acknowledged her counsel with a swift nod, and he countered with a more unpredictable barrage. He twisted his body, channeling spirit qi into rapid, sweeping attacks aid at testing every facet of Ming Yue’s ice control. Each strike carried a raw intensity. At one point, he focused a burst of concentrated qi toward her extended arm. Ming Yue barely had ti to react, and a thin line of frost spread over her skin where the qi grazed her defenses.

Without delay, she let her innate control manifest, a quick call of focus, and a layer of regenerative ice coated the bruise. She shifted her stance, swinging her sword in a precise, horizontal arc designed to et his next attack head-on.

Jiang Hao launched himself forward, spirit qi condensing into a concentrated, ferocious fist. Their limbs t in a clash that sent shockwaves through their internal energies. His fist struck her raised forearm where a defensive layer of ice had just solidified. The impact forced a few ice fragnts to break off, and a thin line of pain flared along her arm. Imdiately, she channeled her control over the elent to reform the protective layer, sealing the wound before it could deepen.

The battle escalated. Each attack by Jiang Hao was t with a counterstrike from Ming Yue, and each counter left evidence of their relentless exchange. Jiang Hao’s injuries accumulated, a split lip, a shallow cut along his cheek, and several bruises that marred his arms and torso. His healing abilities worked relentlessly behind the scenes, each new wound beginning to knit itself closed even as he advanced further.

Ming Yue’s attacks, although more asured, had similar effects. A near miss from Jiang Hao’s spirit qi forced her to adjust her footing, and her sword left a shallow scratch on his shoulder during one exchange. Despite this, her own skin bore only minimal marks, thanks to her ability to use a quick freeze to numb any significant pain.

Between strikes, the only dialogue was their succinct exchanges. "Senior Sister, you’re fast," Jiang Hao admitted as he retracted a fist that had just narrowly missed her defense. The words were practical, a re observation rather than an accolade.

"Junior Brother, you’re getting reckless," Ming Yue replied as she brought her sword down in a controlled, slicing arc aid at his exposed side. Her tone carried neither admiration nor criticism—only the straightforward assessnt of the battle’s flow.

With each collision of qi and ice, the rhythm of their spar evolved. Jiang Hao attempted to combine feints and real attacks, using misdirection to catch Ming Yue off guard. At one point, he feinted a left strike, only to pivot and drive a concentrated stream of qi toward her midsection. Ming Yue’s reaction was almost instantaneous; she spun her sword in a circular motion, channeling her ice to form a protective barrier that intercepted the attack. The collision was stark, energy clashing against hardened ice, leaving both combatants with renewed determination.

Jiang Hao’s body bore the marks of this relentless exchange. A deep gash along his forearm, caused by a particularly sharp counterattack from Ming Yue, began to ooze. True to his abilities, his internal healing surged forward, the wound knitting itself almost as quickly as it had appeared.

"Senior Sister, forgive my carelessness,"

He murmured, his tone low and apologetic even amid the fight.

Ming Yue gave no special attention to his apology, rely adjusting her grip on the sword as she prepared for the next wave.

"Junior Brother, be more careful"

she replied. Her focus was solely on the battle, her moves deliberate and precise.

The clash continued in a rhythm of attack and counterattack. Jiang Hao, relying on his spirit qi, initiated a series of rapid, unpredictable strikes that forced Ming Yue to continuously adjust her defensive maneuvers.

Each ti his qi collided with her ice, a brief flash of impact marked the contact—sharp, clinical, and devoid of excess sentint.

His body, resilient as it was, absorbed each hit, the pain registering only as a minor inconvenience before his healing abilities took over. Yet, despite his quick recovery, the accumulation of injuries slowed his rhythm ever so slightly.
