Ming Yue and even Jiang Hao were a little surprised upon hearing that. In this world, Void Reversion Realm cultivators were strong enough to beco elders of a sect, but in the upper world, they weren’t even considered cultivators.
The difference was truly trendous. One could only imagine what truly powerful beings were like in the upper worlds.
"Senior, what changes really happen?" Jiang Hao genuinely wanted to know.
"A lot. Since you’ve already awakened your Soul Sea, I’ll tell you everything about the Heavenly King Realm. Listen carefully."
"When you break through to the Heavenly King Realm—the first major change that happens is the withering of your spiritual roots."
Ming Yue and Jiang Hao were stunned for a mont, but they didn’t interrupt her.
"Your spiritual root withers, and in its place, the seeds of law are born within you. These seeds align with your elents.
For example, if you have an earth-grade spiritual root with tal and fire elents, then two seeds will be born from it: one seed of fire law, and one seed of tal law.
These seeds will enter your Soul Sea and take root there.
Now, this isn’t the only way to obtain seeds of law—I’ll explain more about that later.
The second major change is that your dantian transcends and reaches your Soul Sea. It becos the dantian of your nascent soul.
The nascent soul looks exactly like you. Once you’ve awakened it, you’ll understand what I an.
This dantian is called the Spiritual Dantian. The law seeds that were lying dormant in your Soul Sea will occupy this dantian once you sprout them and begin walking the path of Dao.
This transformation occurs gradually—from the early stage of the Heavenly King Realm to its peak.
The third major change is that your ridians beco re husks—ruins of your forr self. They are the last ties you have to your mortal cultivation. Once you shed them, you transcend mortality.
These are the transformations that completely change your previous path of cultivation.
Also, these are only changes to your body, but since it changes everything you once relied on to cultivate, everything else changes too.
There’s a reason why I used to say that abilities are only useful while you’re still mortal—here, that ans until the Void Reversion Realm.
Once your ridians are gone, you can’t use skills the way you used to before."
Ming Yue and Jiang Hao had knowing expressions—abilities were, in fact, manipulation of spirit qi, and it was done through ridians.
"Now, instead of using ridians, you use your law to manipulate qi through your thoughts.
This is far easier if you understand how your abilities really work. In a nutshell, it depends on your comprehension of the skills.
The more you comprehend your law and walk on the path of Dao, the easier it will be for you to control your elental law.
Rember when I said you can get law seeds of other elents if you want? It’s simple—you have to comprehend new laws.
And if you’ve done it before, like cultivating special cultivation techniques that use other laws from the start, like Chaos or Life... then you will get that law seed, similar to how others get theirs from the withering of spiritual roots.
One more point to note is the size of the seed. If you have Heavenly spiritual roots, then the size of the seed born from them will be double that of seeds born from Earth-grade spiritual roots.
It gives you an edge, aning you can sprout it much earlier than an Earth-grade one.
Once it sprouts, you will reach the Mid stage of the Heavenly King Realm.
Making the seeds reach their maximum size before sprouting takes ti because you need to comprehend the law of that seed—and here, your comprehension ability matters most.
A Heavenly spiritual root cultivator can lose to an Earth-grade spiritual root cultivator easily in cultivation speed if their comprehension ability is weaker than them.
Huan Caiyi and Zhi Hui are getting started, so watch for now. I will tell you more about the Dao later."
Both Jiang Hao and Ming Yue nodded. This was completely new knowledge to them. No wonder Will and Comprehension ability were the best criteria used to choose talented disciples in every clan.
Jiang Hao also understood why Senior Yin used to tell him that only these two matter among the strongest people.
You can comprehend anything you want if you have supre comprehension ability, and an immovable will to not give up until you do so.
Only so supre laws like Chaos might need help from celestial cultivation techniques or special physiques.
Just as Jiang Hao was thinking this, he felt the spirit qi gathering around both Senior Huan and Senior Zhi. The amount of spirit qi was so vast that it felt like a windstorm near them.
None of the spirit qi was entering their bodies yet—they seed to be sitting at the center of a violent storm.
Suddenly, the spirit qi revolving around their bodies rushed toward them and struck them head-on. It entered their bodies through every single ridian, tearing them apart.
Their expressions changed imdiately. It was painful, no doubt. It felt as if multiple blades were tearing them from the inside.
Jiang Hao and Ming Yue couldn’t see what was happening inside their bodies, so they just hoped that everything would go smoothly without any issues.
After the ridians were shredded, the qi storm beca slightly calr and entered the spiritual roots of Huan Caiyi and Zhi Hui. The spiritual roots shone with a golden hue before withering into ash—only one seed was left behind in their place.
In Huan Caiyi, it was the law seed of fire, shining with a crimson hue, while in Zhi Hui, it was the law seed of wind, glowing with a greenish hue.
Both seeds were ethereal in nature—they existed, yet not entirely within reality. These seeds moved toward their foreheads and entered their Soul Seas, floating above the ethereal waters within.
Their transformation hadn’t ended yet. The leftover qi entered their dantians, which began trembling—as if they too were shedding their roots in the mortal body.
It felt like the dantian was breaking through into another dinsion. After an intense struggle, it finally broke free and vanished.
In the Soul Seas of Huan Caiyi and Zhi Hui, their nascent souls trembled and opened their eyes for the first ti. Imdiately, a small vortex appeared in the center of their nascent soul’s stomach—right where the dantian would normally exist.
From that vortex, the original dantians of both Huan Caiyi and Zhi Hui erged and took root inside their nascent souls.
