“How did you call my wife, mortal? Repeat it again if you have the courage.”
That single sentence fell with the weight of a sacred mountain. Princess Tao, hit squarely by Yasenia’s horrifying aura, slipped back in pure terror and began trembling. “Y-You! H-How dare you call
a mortal! I-I am a dignified Level One Transcendence Realm Cultivator!”
Yasenia, looking down, was internally surprised and quickly weighed her aura. The second she did, a massive sneer appeared on her lips, her gaze disdainful. “You are so weak that I didn’t even notice.”
The guard captain, being a respectable powerhouse, quickly stepped in front of Princess Tao even when all his instincts were screaming for him to run. Still, being loyal to the crown and soone with dignity, he couldn’t do nothing while the princess was attacked.
“Senior, please rein in your anger. We didn’t know that Lady Andrea was your wife.”
Honestly, when he heard that sentence, he knew that they were in deep trouble. After all, Andrea had said many tis in the past that she had a wife. So, right now, he was betting on his evaluation of Andrea’s character, which he saw as quite kind and understanding.
In the past, he had felt that if there was soone who could right their Princess’s bad habits, it would be Andrea. Hence, while he knew Andrea was against it, he was quite supportive of their pairing.
He even beca sowhat acquainted with Andrea and also heard her complain openly that this would only end badly for them. At that ti, he didn’t take her too seriously, only now did he know that there was soone utterly terrifying behind the tall, heroic, and righteous woman.
When Yasenia heard those words, her eyebrows naturally furrowed. She could sll that there was so kind of lie in his words. So, to confirm, her gaze moved toward her Darling. “You didn’t tell them about ?”
Compared to her terrifying tone a mont ago, now she sounded like a wronged wife complaining to her loving husband. Even her tail was throwing a fit behind her.
Hearing that bone-softening whining tone, even the Guard Captain was almost tempted to blurt out the truth. When he noticed this feeling, he was horrified. ‘Heavens almighty, what level of charm does this woman have?’
Andrea naturally understood the Guard Captain's thoughts, and while she resented the royal family for forcing her, she had nothing against these guards. On the contrary, they had been quite a good help at keeping Princess Tao from acting much more radically.
They were, in part, the reason why Andrea was confident in lasting for long enough to gather strength and face King Tao.
Still, Andrea had not forgotten one very important thing when dealing with her dearest dragoness. That was, she needed to be absolutely truthful with her, and most matters would be easily resolved.
If she were to lie to her dragoness, Andrea would never forgive herself. So, she floated down slightly and slowly gathered Yasenia into her arms, pacifying the gorgeous girl. ‘T-This is honestly quite difficult…’
Previously, Andrea had not noticed, but now that her initial burst of emotions was sowhat calr, her brain instantly noticed the utterly irresistible charm oozing from every pore and gesture of the dragoness.
When she looked down and saw Yasenia looking up with a pair of alluring and slightly reproachful eyes, Andrea’s mind flashed with many thoughts that were not safe for children. Slightly biting her tongue to resist the raw attractiveness of her lover, Andrea coughed and explained.
“Love, while I am delighted that you are angry because of , these guards have done nothing wrong. They have even been helpful—”
“I don’t care about that!” Yasenia pouted, almost crumbling the weak defenses Andrea barely put up. “I want to know if you told them about !”
Andrea very quickly folded. “Yes, yes. I told everyone that I had a soul-stirring dragon as my wife…” This ti, it was Andrea’s ti to be a bit wronged. She harrumphed. “Still, because a certain soone took almost a century to co looking for , they didn’t believe .”
The counterattack was too effective! Yasenia’s pouty look instantly turned ek as she glanced at Andrea guiltily.
Andrea: ‘Such a sinful expression! It’s against the rules, I say! Against them! Who can get angry at such a face!?’
Our heroic and beautiful girl was about to have a ntal breakdown. She didn’t know what happened to make each and every gesture of her lover have enough charm to “awaken” little Andrea!
“Sorry, Darling. I wanted to co quicker, but with the pregnancy…” Yasenia’s eyes lit up. “I almost forgot about our baby!”
Seeing Yasenia fly away for a mont, Andrea also froze, and suddenly, she beca extrely nervous. “R-R-Right, baby. My baby… My dragoness was pregnant with my baby…”
‘Why do I feel even more nervous than when I gave birth!?’
After a few monts, Yasenia returned holding a dragon egg that could only be described as empyrean. The egg’s shell, looking like a cosmic background, was nothing short of breathtaking.
However, when Andrea saw the size of the egg, she almost fainted. ‘How did my previous little dragoness lay such a large egg!?’
While she was eager to hold her child, she was more worried about the mother! “Y-You, are you okay, Yasenia? Such a large egg. Oh, Heavens, is everything alright? Did sothing go wrong?”
Seeing Andrea flash around her body at such speed that it left afterimages, Yasenia laughed and extended her hand forward, stopping Andrea perfectly in front of her. “Silly Darling, of course I am okay! Here, take it.”
And so, Andrea had the egg stuffed into her embrace. Her arms very carefully closed around the egg, and in that instant, she felt an instant connection to it. The blood connection between them made Andrea emotional. “My baby… Hm?”
Andrea blinked her beautiful light green eyes, her spiritual sense probing the aura around the egg. She looked at the smiling country-toppling seductress and asked, baffled. “Why is the aura of this egg that of a Mythical Core Realm Beast?”
Yasenia blinked innocently. “He was born in the Sixth Realm. So, of course, that’s his aura.”
Andrea stood there, utterly dumbfounded.
“Sixth Realm?”
“Yes.”
“Just born?”
“Yup!”
“...Heavens.”
Andrea didn’t know how many tis she had been shocked just a few minutes after her reunion with Yasenia. She felt like a little frog at the bottom of a well, being presented with the vastness of the oceans and the sky.
Seeing Andrea stand there, stupefied, Yasenia blinked and turned toward the business she had left aside. Her face quickly cooled down. “So, from what I’ve deciphered, you lot were trying to force my Darling to be with that waste by your side?”
The Guard Captain had dared not interrupt, and he had even stopped Princess Tao from speaking a single word. He felt deep in his gut that if he had interrupted that exchange, not even Heaven would’ve been able to save their lives. A very accurate decision.
Not to ntion, he heard that they even had a child together. He almost fainted from fright! ‘Thankfully, we didn’t force her. Thankfully! Otherwise, our Tao Dynasty would’ve disappeared overnight!’
With lingering fear, he spoke with utmost respect. “S-Senior, I am sorry for lying right now. In this situation, I was trying my best to save our lives. Still, in the end, nothing ever happened between them. Princess Tao and Madam Andrea have not even touched hands yet. Therefore, please, be magnanimous and find it in your vast heart to forgive us.”
Yasenia spoke coldly. “Human, it seems you are mistaken about sothing. I am not a Dragon Human…” Yasenia’s golden eyes shone, and as she soared to the sky, her voice reverberated around the entire world.
“I am a dragon.”
The sky flashed with blue light, and a mont later, darkness fell. It was as if night had suddenly arrived, with countless stars, the Moon, and the Sun brightly glowing in the sky.
However, while it looked like that for most mortals, the high-level cultivators beca utterly terrified. The sky had not transford into the night.
Instead, a Dragon that could blot out the entire sky from horizon to horizon had manifested above them, looking as if the cosmos suddenly chose to take the shape of a Dragon and manifest.
Andrea looked up, her jaw hanging loose. “Heavens… Has my little dragoness decided to shake my old heart a hundred tis in a row today? What is this size!?”
Princess Tao, who, while afraid, had remained defiant, was now sprawled on the ground, looking at the sky as if she was witnessing the descent of a primordial beast.
Guard Captain: ‘Crap. Crap. Crap. Crap. Crap…’
Yasenia’s voice bood out everywhere, spreading across tens of thousands of kiloters effortlessly. “Now, do you understand? Why should I forgive you? Why should I not raze your dynasty to the ground for coveting what’s mine?’
The Guard Captain was on the verge of a breakdown. He honestly didn’t know how to answer this ti around. Even children knew not to steal from a Dragon, much less steal their spouse!
Still, steeling his veteran heart, he bowed deeply. “Please. I beg you from the bottom of my soul. Forgive us this ti. We swear to support and compensate as much as we can.”
Did the Guard Captain hope that their king was enough to stop this woman? Before her transformation, there was a hint of hope in his heart. However, after seeing Yasenia’s dragon form, those hopes were extinguished as effortlessly as a candle’s fla lit up in the middle of a hurricane.
At this mont, a voice that sounded like the songs of a thousand heavenly fairies singing reached his ears.
“Yasenia, love. Listen to
this ti. Isn’t it better to receive a bunch of treasures instead of killing two unimportant people?”
The dragon that covered the sky looked at Andrea, and then, she harrumphed once. “Alright, I’ll listen to darling.”
Blue light covered the sky, and when Yasenia returned, she was still wearing her white dress and even her makeup. How? Well, during the one second she changed back, Anna and Eve had done everything at a speed that would blind even Sixth Realm powerhouses.
After returning to her human form, Yasenia looked at Princess Tao, but knowing that this woman’s mind was already broken, she turned toward the Guard Captain. “Guide
toward the capital. I want to have a chat with your King about the good deeds of his pampered daughter.”
The Guard Captain felt as if he was granted amnesty from certain death, and his legs almost buckled in sheer relief. Still, listening to her words, he dared not delay and quickly looked at the few guards that remained around him with enough strength to move. “You’ve heard Lady Dragon, move out and carry our brothers and sisters who have fainted with you. I will carry Princess Tao.”
With that order, everyone moved out, Yasenia and Andrea following behind, and Tatyana, Feixue, and all 300 maids following behind them.
