Ding: "System component has detected...."
Just as Ayaan entered the cave, many notifications started to resound in his head.
'What the. What system component?'
Ayaan beca confused as he saw many notifications in front of him on the screen. What is going on here? Are there more components of the system in this world? What does this an?
Many possibilities born in his mind, but he still wasn't able to put his hand on the current situation.
"Hahaha! This is the component.we found the second component, haha~" When Ayaan was buried in his thinking, a peal of laughter resounded in his head, reminding him of the existence of that cunning bird.
"What is happening?"
Ayaan asked in confusion while looking around and found an environnt little familiar. It reminded him of the ti when he entered that eerie tunnel before clearing the trials of legacy.
"This is one of the components of the system, which...Ummm.. must have broken when enemies attacked the greatest demon." Birdy said, but from her sound, she didn't seem convinced.
"Are you sure? Why do I feel like you aren't convinced yourself by this statent?" Ayaan asked with so doubt in his voice.
"Alas, you are right," Birdy sighed, "I am not confident because I don't rember much."
Ayaan's eyes went wide when he heard her, without wasting ti, he asked anxiously, "Wh-what do you an you don't rember?"
"I don't rember much, but I know, there are many components of Magic library scattered in this world, and there might be other people with one of those components of the magic library." Birdy replied to him.
"Why didn't you tell before?" Ayaan asked.
"Why? What will change by telling you?" Birdy replied languidly.
Ayaan, who heard it opened his mouth a few tis to say sothing, but no word ca from his mouth.
Ayaan took a deep breath to calm himself down and changed the topic, "Wasn't the Quest about finding egg?"
"Check again," Birdy replied.
Ayaan opened his status window and directly went to check the Quest.
What he saw made his eyes wide, and his body trembled in excitent.
Ergency Quest: All the previous quests have canceled. The tracking device detected the lost component of the magic library. The missing part is in an egg form; you need to find it and assimilate it with your magical library. After absorbing, the magic library will update and beco sothing superior.
Reward:
1) Protection for a month: no one below heaven rank will be able to hurt you.
2) Archaic Art of the magic library system.
3) Knowledge of mysterious things and planes.

"In the egg form? Isn't that an, the lost part of the system is the sa thing for which we ca here!" Ayaan said in a loud voice, "but if the system knew about this egg, it must know, this was the part of the system, then why did it assign previous mission!?"
"You are wrong. There can be many things which have identical looks. Magic library couldn't sense it's aura from a significant distance.
It must have seen this egg, and that's why assigned a minor mission to you, but when it confird that it was a real component, Magic library changed the task, imdiately." Birdy explained, and Ayaan listens to everything with his mouth wide open.
Suddenly, Ayaan rember sothing and asked, "What do you an by magic library decided? Aren't you, the spirit of the magic library? Shouldn't you also know everything about it as well? In other sense, you are a magic library yourself."
As Birdy heard, she sighed, with a human-like manner, "You are right, I should have every information about magic library about Quests and all, but I am still not completely assimilated with it, I will need ti to do that."
After that, Birdy explained everything. It seems she needs to assimilate with the magic library before she could control it and know everything about it again.
Without connection with the library, Birdy's compatibility with it decreased, and that's why she had a difficult ti to incorporate with it.
The magic library had started to develops another consciousness, and that why it was working fine without even spirit, but it will need hundreds of thousands of years to produce another soul, and that is enough ti for her to beco one with the library.
As Birdy finished her explanation, Ayaan was excited but confused as well. He looked number two reward in confusion. He heard Birdy saying, Heaven destroyer Art was the most potent magic art he had seen but now system providing another mystic art.
"Didn't you say, heaven destroyer art is most powerful?" without wasting his ti, he asked Birdy, who was the only person he can rely on to get the answer to his questions.
"I did because I don't rember any other art which is as domineering and powerful as heaven destroyer art." Birdy replied in a casual tone.
"Which ans to say, there could be more arts like it or even powerful?" Ayaan asked, with so anticipation hidden in his voice.
"Yes, maybe, I don't know," Birdy replied, " For now, you need to focus on the Quest. Suppose this new component has already developed its consciousness and produced a spirit like . It will be tough to acquire the component."
"What do you an?" Ayaan asked in confusion.
Birdy sighed before replying, "If there is a spirit in this component, it will try to devour to beco strong and vice-versa."
Ayaan imdiately understood what was going on. If he were able to assimilate the two components, they would beco one, and a single entity can't have two-spirit.
As he thought about it, his expression as well beca severe. He was already attached to Birdy and didn't want any other spirit to take her place.
Ayaan ca back to his senses and looked around him, Rebecca was standing beside him while looking everywhere curiously. This tunnel wasn't any different from the one he previously encounters, but this ti he didn't feel any fear maybe because there wasn't any pool of demon in this place.
"Why anyone else didn't find this place?" Ayaan asked curiously.
"Did you forget what happened when you brought Noor in the caveat that ti? She wasn't even able to see the tunnel much less finding the legacy. Only a few lucky individuals with imnse destiny can find places like these." Birdy replied.
When Ayaan heard her, he rembered the ti when he took Noor at the entrance of the tunnel inside the cave, but she wasn't able to see anything.
As he rembered this, Ayaan looked at Rebecca curiously before asking, "So, why Rebecca can see this place?"
"How would I know, maybe after spending so much ti with you, her destiny was influenced by it." Ayaan was surprised when he heard her and asked, "Is that even possible? One person can influence the destiny of another person."
"Of course, it's possible or why else I would say such a thing." Ayaan nodded and didn't dwell on this topic anymore because he knew he wouldn't be able to get any information from this cunning bird. He looked around before saying to Rebecca, " Let's go."
Rebecca nodded, and without wasting any more ti, both of them walked inside the tunnel.
As Ayaan neared towards the component of the library, he felt sothing was calling him. He increased his speed, but soone wasn't able to walk side by side to him.
Rebecca fell on the ground, breathing heavily. She looked towards Ayaan and smiled bitterly before saying, "You go ahead, I will wait here. "
Ayaan wanted to stay by her side; however, he also can't miss this opportunity to beco more powerful. He felt weak and useless when they encounter the Oriel. He couldn't do a thing at that ti to help Rebecca. He never again wanted to feel that helplessness again.
Therefore, he nodded towards her and threw sothing at her. When Rebecca saw what it was, her eyes beca wide in surprise.
"This is defense type magic equipnt, no one less than high mage can hurt you." This was the equipnt he just bought after spending a total of 10 credits.
Before Rebecca could say anything, he walked away. She looked at his fading figure with a deep gaze as if trying to see through him.
She supported her body by the stone, which was lying at the side and waited for him to co back.
After walking for ten more minutes, Ayaan ca in front of the platform. When he focused on it, he realized, an egg was placed at the center of the platform. The golden color continuously emitted from the egg, which made the scene surreal.
Without wasting ti, he walked towards the platform.
"Watch out!!"
Ayaan looked in front of him and saw an arrow made of water was shooting towards him.
Not having much ti to think, Ayaan jumped at the side and was able to dodge the attack by an inch.
'Splash!'
The water arrow landed on the ground beside Ayaan and ford a small pit.
His whole back beca wet from sweat when he saw the impact of the attack if it had landed on him by mistake, what would he beca-minceat?
Afterward, he turned his gaze towards the egg again, and an illusionary shadow started to appear from the small egg.
Shadow slowly took the form of the small turtle with blue eyes; a black shell covered the long neck and back of the turtle. Four tiny legs as well could be seen.
The turtle stared at Ayaan as if looking at a formidable opponent.
"Heh? I didn't think soone would gift one of the components of the system." The turtle said after a few seconds.
Without replying, Ayaan looked at the spirit and activated his innate skill.
Nothing happened.
No attribute appeared, neither any data about the spirit.
The turtle knew what Ayaan wanted to do and chuckled, before saying with a mocking voice, "Your system gave the innate skill, and I am the spirit of the system?"
"Really? Then, let's decide who is the real spirit of the system."
As the voice faded, a silhouette of a bird erged on his right shoulder. Ayaan was surprised by seeing Birdy erging. It was the first ti she appeared after he acquired the legacy.
The turtle looked at the bird on Ayaan's shoulder before saying, "I was waiting for you to co out; let's talk as an equal now."
"You think a turtle-like you, with a hideous shell can beco equal to soone as magnificent as ?" Birdy replied, and the expression on the turtle's face beca ugly. Ayaan heard her bragging and rolled his eyes at her.
"How dare you!!"
Another arrow materialized in front of the turtle and, it sent towards the Birdy.
"How boring-you don't even know a second spell," Birdy sighed and said sadly to the turtle, which was like oil in the fire.
"I will destroy you!!"
"Alright~Alright, co let mama teach you a lesson." Birdy replied, and black energy started to form around her.
"Death energy!"
Ayaan looked at it and imdiately knew what it was because his first elent was the death elent.
